This book has made me so happy at the turn of every page! "Baking with beans", "Baka med bönor" in the original Swedish is sure a book that has recipes that suit my taste: healthy grains, pretty low in sugar (with the exception of desserts), ingredients that are pretty easy to find and not too expensive. Almost all recipes with the exception two I think, have pictures. The cherry on the cake is that the recipes are so unique and flavourful, high in nutritional value. I may be biased since I'm married to a Swede but who wouldn't like to try Pizza with goat's cheese, artichoke and pesto, Saffron cake with figs or Red lentils crisp bread with chili and cumin? Yes, expect unusual recipes but please give it a try, you might be surprised and actually enjoy some of the recipes. Plenty of choice for those who want gluten free recipes too.

Excellent!

Bought the Kindle version first and read it through immediately. Loved the recipes so much I immediately ordered the hardcover edition. Can’t wait to get it and start trying all the recipes.
I also had to purchase a few ingredients I didn’t have, such as a xanathan gum, psyllium powder, and a few different flours.
