Great box set of brilliant romance with amazing chemistry and sparks between the different brothers. Here we have 5 of the brothers stories. All romp along with good pace and interesting subjects, twists and the guys are Hot, hot, hot!!! First time with this author and I enjoyed them immensely. Few typo’s and grammatical errors but we are all human!!
1st story - Billionaire Brother’s Interior Designer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is a short story about Adam and Kiara. I can’t say I particularly liked Adam, he was very full of himself and a bit annoying. He also didn’t seem to do anything there wasn’t much depth to him. Kiara as a character was hard working and determined, but it would give a few details of her past then skim over them and not delve into it. The story was ok but nothing really stood out to make it memorable.
2nd story - Billionaire brother’s club manager ⭐️⭐️⭐️ This story is about Jaxon and Rachel. Jaxon is a club honour and hears Rachel say she’s finished her degree and is looking for work. He offers her a job as a manager to his newest club. This book was better than the first and the characters were more likeable. It’s a shame that some of the story was repeated. Jaxon’s mum is brilliant!
3rd story - Billionaire brother rock star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I preferred this story. There was more chemistry with these characters. It’s Erica and Theo’s story. Theo is a rockstar and has suffered some sort of trauma and is struggling to cope after coming back from rehab. His manager arranges for him to have a housekeeper. Erica is a writer and her boss gets her to apply for the housekeeper position so she can get close to Theo and find out more about his rehab, then write a story about him. She gets the job. They start to fall for each other and thats when things get complicated. I enjoyed this story, but would have liked to know more about Theo. We never get to find out what happened to him and why he needed to drink to forget. I feel that the writer just skimmed over it, leaving me wanting more.
4th story - Billionaire brothers escort ⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is Grayson and Molly’s story. Grayson runs an escort agency and hires Molly a new escort to work for him. Unbeknown to him, she is an FBI agent who has been sent to work there undercover to find out if there’s any prostitution going on. I enjoyed their story although there was quite a big mistake in it. You read how Grayson goes to have breakfast with his mum, so he can’t meet Molly. Then the next chapter he’s at his office meeting Molly, when he clearly can’t have been in two places at the same time. This made the storyline not flow as well as it should have. But it was still a lovely story.
5th and last - Billionaire brothers fake wife ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is Hunter and Blake’s story. This was a lovely story. Blake’s twin brother goes missing after an aeroplane crash and she asks Hunter her brothers best friend for help. Hunter is more than happy to help her as they’ve been friends forever. He’s a bit surprised when she tells him what she needs, is for him to marry her so that people in her brothers company take her seriously. He agrees, and after they get married things get complicated when they realise they both have feelings for each other and it’s not just pretend anymore.
I enjoyed the stories except for the fact that each was very similar if not the same. The characters had sex the same and each character battled their feelings of the other character almost identical.
I don’t mind the occasional error in a book when the storyline grips you, after all mistakes happen and aren’t always caught by proof reading but a large grammatical error in the very first sentence that is then repeat it only 2 short paragraphs later along with other grammar mistakes, sentences that just didn’t make any sense and an over abundance of commas all had my head spinning in the first few pages if the first book in the series. I pushed on a little further but just couldn’t get into the smarmy, entitled attitude of the male lead or the reasoning behind the female leads refusal to go home with him for a one night stand, not because she objected on principle but because somehow it could derail her vocational plans because it would occupy a couple of months of her life? Unfortunately the first chapter was so convoluted due to all of the errors and the characters where so awful, I couldn’t bring myself to read any further. Maybe the books get better as they go along, I would hope the brothers learn humility somewhere along the way while the author and proofreaders improve their skills but there are too many other, well written books out there for me to carry on with these. I have given 2 stars instead of 1 as I know this review may seem harsh and the books may well get better if you have the patience to carry on reading them.
This was an okay set of books, but I felt like I was reading the same book over and over. Seriously, the first two were almost exactly the same. If books are going to be in a set, they really need to be diversified a little bit. At least the stories did get a little better as they went along. The other thing I found really frustrating about all of these books was that the author had the characters say and think the same things over and over...like every three or four chapters, it was the same thoughts. Each of these books could have been at least half the length and they would have been much better. We get it, they’re falling in love but don’t want to tell the other person..they have their own life to live and want to be independent...they want to be there for their families! Readers don’t have to get the premise beaten into their brains by repeating the same thing 15-20 times in a book!! It’s insulting. It also comes across as lazy writing. And if you’re going to be that lazy, at least fix all the typographical and grammatical mistakes and for God’s sake, get the characters’ names right!
This is a new author for me and the book was an interesting concept. While she followed the traditional rich guy, poorer girl trope each story had its own flair. I did notice some errors in continuity of characters. Mo became Mel, for example. I’d thought being who they were the men would be more diligent on the use of condoms with women they just recently met. Also I would like to read the mom’s love story. I’d definitely would like to know about the other brothers in such a large brood. Otherwise these were fun stories that had you rooting for each couple.
While I am not much of a fan bbq of this writer's style of writing I did very much enjoy the stories. In telling the stories in first person past tense, for some reason I get the impression the author really doesn't know a lot about how to "flesh out" the story to make it more substantial and believable. Or, maybe it's just the way THIS author uses that tense. Overall, though, this was an enjoyable read and I would be interested in reading more about these brothers.
OMG this is one of the best books ever I fell in love with all the brothers I feel like I know there mother, all of the women were so real I would love more I could read it twice."Question how did the father make all the money what I do with the signs one and I would love to have a sequel to this book excellent excellent excellent this has been an awesome easy read thank you
The writing leaves a lot to be desired. A few errors here and there. Nothing major but the stories just felt like I was in someone’s head with incoherent thoughts.
I really enjoyed reading more of the Black family! The reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because there is just too much thought process throughout, and it takes up a lot of extra pages. Some of it seems redundant. Some background stuff is mentioned twice. The stories themselves are great though!
I was glad to finish this as it dragged along each of the books was so similar in its format that it became boring the style of writing is a little stiff and none of the characters were particularly endearing. Just did not find this a particularly entertaining series.
I thoroughly enjoy all 5 B👀ks, as soon as I finished I purchased the other 5 Brothers storys " Hot Billionaire Brothers: A Billionaire Romace Series" and cant wait to start reading these. I fell in love with all the characters and really enjoy all the storys. I highly recommend ❤📖😘 xx
The book is made up of several short stories about 10 brothers and most of them finding love. I enjoyed the book I just wanted the characters a little more interconnected.
Well written, each story has ups and downs but all comes together in the end. The brothers help each other and stand up together, with their mother advise caring, protecting and loyal to them. Recommended😃
I so enjoyed reading about these sexy brothers. They each had to overcome different issues to get their HEA. The story for each one keeps you reading into the next... Pam James
Great collection of five hot and steamy billionaire brother romances. Each storyline very different making this whole series a great read. Read an ARC for an honest review.
I was good. But I definitely think it would have been better If there were more details in here. It felt like I was reading summaries instead of the whole story.
