This is such a useful book. I keep it on my nightstand and before going to sleep I open it randomly and read 1-2 pages. Perfect to open when you need grounding and calm in your day.

A simple, straightforward guide to meditation and thoughts surrounding it. Great for beginners to meditation. Even better to read a page or two at a time.
