Manuel “Manix” Abrera graduated with a degree in Fine Arts from the University of the Philippines–Diliman. He is the author of the daily comic strip Kikomachine Komix in the Philippine Daily Inquirer, and the weekly webcomic News Hardcore in GMA News Online. He has currently authored twenty books and has won the National Book Awards for his wordless graphic novel 14, comics compilation News Hardcore, and comics compilation Kikomachine Komix 14: Alaala ng Kinabukasan. Anyway, favorite ko yung mga Parallel Earth at Bertong Badtrip's Special Hell.

Maybe it comes with age also. Tbh, di ako masyadong makarelate sa terror prof, kasi apart from yung PI 100 prof ko na nagbigay sakin ng zero sa reaction paper, wala naman na akong profs na torturers level. Haha!

Thank you, Manix Abrera! Thank you for the howls of laughter and good times while reading this latest Kikomachine Komix collection. I terribly need this dose of levity and light as it darkens around me. Still witty and funny.

So it has come to this: as political blunders continue to increase like they are in a contest with the Fibonacci sequence, I read Kikomachine comic strips to distract myself and hopefully lower my blood pressure. This collection may not solve the ills of this world but it sure helps living in this hellhole more palatable. I think I need to live in a parallel Earth.

Rated "Amazing" dahil kahit iba na ang book format at iba na rin ang papel na ginamit (at take note, ika-15 isyu nya na 'to), hindi ako nabigo ni Sir Manix na ma-amaze pa rin sa mga komix nya na bagamat pareho pa rin ang mga tauhan; pareho pa rin naman ang sayang naidudulot nito sa mambabasa dahil sa malikhaing kaisipan ni Sir Manix.

Speaking of the title, maituturing misteryo nga kung bakit at paano naging terror si Madam Terror Prof. Teorya ko: di kaya mag-ina sila ni Bertong Badtrip (na isa rin sa nagkaroon ng highlights sa isyung ito)? Ooohh, misteryo talaga! Rakenrol!
