What would you do if you weren't afraid? In this compilation of inspirational and personal essays which aim to answer that question, readers will find a space to reflect, set their own tone when it comes to thinking about fear, and explore the actions they would take and decisions they would make if fear never entered the equation. The Fearless reader is a woman with big dreams—and big doubts. An overthinker, she fears her own vulnerability and wears a brave mask to help her get through the day. She thinks that putting her family first means that she comes second, and that hard work will compensate for a lack of self-love. She fears being who she wants to be. But what she doesn't know is that pretending to be brave makes her brave. Inspired by the author's own journey to fearlessness, it aims to inspire anyone who has ever faced a fear to answer the "What would I do if I weren't afraid?"

I could have finished this book in less than two hours. It is short and easy to read, however, I felt the necessity to take my time and have a calm reading. As I said before, it is very short, nonetheless, that doesn't devalue the powerful message the author wants to transmit to her readers. I felt such empathy for her life and personal problems and other times, it was like I was her, like a reflection in the mirror, and her mistakes were mine; her issues were mine, her insecurity was mine. I never fit so well with a book like I did in this one.
The way she gets naked through words is unbelievable, how passion and security to write such personal secrets and mistakes is encouraging to learn the self-forgiveness. Simply speechless.
I really enjoyed every chapter and I know for sure I will read this again because, despite all what she (the author) passed through, her standing up and overcome of fears make this book a great, marvelous, and inspirational reading.
The author takes you by the hand and guides you through her journey finding about what she fears the most. But more importantly changes your focus towards the actions you are doing in order to overcome her fears and hopefully yours too
Intimate, personal, and inspiring book. Key messages, learnings and ideas explained in a simple and relatable manner, definitely a book to trigger further reflections on very different areas of life. Highly recommend it, independently if you are a man or a woman, very enjoyable reading!
Sometimes we fight our internal demons without knowing exactly how; I’m happy to hear your story, but mostly impress on how you turn the negative into positive and how you found your purpose, something that brings you peace and make you live listening to your hearth, instead of your mind.
A simple yet motivating book with the author's lesson learned through life. I did wish that the author would have dwelt a little bit more in some parts, since I felt they were merely just glossed over. But overall it was a really good book. I think I'm going to start applying the question "What would you do if you were not afraid" to my life crisis when I feel extremely anxious. Also, gotta say my favorite part is the way she encourage us women to be each other cheerleaders. I totally agree and I'm on board with it. I believe if we all support and unite each other we could achieve the equality we need.
When we think about the definition of FEARLESS, we think of a concept impossible to achieve. It is even harder to think we can't live without fear. When I read the experience of the author, A REAL LIVING PERSON, being fearless becomes a reachable concept. I love the way this book is based on experiences the author had. Reading this book make me feel that it is okay to have fears but it is also a MUST to learn how to OWN YOUR FEARS and don't let them stop you from achieving your goals.
I totally recommend this book. A MUST READ FOR EVERYONE , especially those of you who are in the middle of taking big decisions in your life.
Great book for someone looking for life inspiration written in short and easy to read stories. The book goes through the authors life biggest challenges to date but it also shows how she has overcome come those challenges by being fearless and how those challenges led to great personal and professional achievements.
