A manga series called My BOYFRIEND in Orange, but we're 9 volumes in and they're very much still not dating lol.

But there's a kiss!

Recap: V-DAY chocolate making, saving a person with CPR, going to the station to give them to Ebi, Himeno hides her in the bed, rumors spread about him with a girl, Ebi's jealous, takes her to the movies, she tells him what happens, bestie date, gets rejected, Ebi tells Moe not to pursue paramedics, another firefighter tells her that Ebi lost his paramedic girlfriend 7 years ago in an accident, she runs to where he is in the park and demands he confide in her, he kisses her.

I'm honestly just reading these to read them now, I can't say I'm invested, but sunken cost, ya know.
