Happily married and yearning for time alone, Taness and her husband, Syvad, arrange a romantic weekend getaway for their wedding anniversary. Much to their dismay, their plans go awry at the last minute.
Determined not to let their intimacy take a back seat once again, Taness creates opportunities of passion while up against a reluctant husband and interfering children.
Creativity and hope assist these two parents in their attempt to reclaim their home in this erotic novella.
This was a really cute cure…I enjoy reading stories about already established couples trying to reignite the spark in their relationships….this short was about a married couple with 3 children trying to find their special time without interruption from their bad ass kids😂…Cute short.
Basically when you have kids and are married trying to make time for each other can be hard and tricky. Syvad and Tee are a loving married couple with 3 children trying to have time for themselves to rekindle their love while still parenting.
This was a sexy erotic story and I loved how well it was written. The author made every scene and every detail real to the mind.
My only gripe is that I want this to be a little longer. But it was a great story exactly what I needed to read especially now since we are still in quarantine this was perfect. I will be reading much more from Moon Bey.
Whew chile! The struggle to get it in while having a house full of kids was real in this book. Making Time reminds why I don't have rugrats to call my own. The author did a great job showing us the realistic and relatable struggles married couples go through while trying to balance life, kids, and their relationship. Even though their kids were ALWAYS interrupting their personal time, Taness and Syvad managed to find the humor in it and found a way to make it work. I loved that they were never frustrated or angry with the kids. Me personally, I couldn't imagine having my kids constantly interrupting my sex life. Making Time was my first book by Moon Bey and it did not disappoint. I look forward to reading more from her.
I saw this book on Instagram, It peaked my interest so I decided to give it a chance.Taness and Syvad are preparing to celebrate their 8th wedding anniversary when they received news that their babysitter has food poisoning. With their parents out of town and no one available to babysit on such short notice, they decided to make the best out of the situation by creating opportunities to be intimate with each other. I thought the author did a great job showing us realistic and relatable struggles couples encounter while trying to balance life, kids and a relationship. This story is a great reminder to compromise, communicate and keep things spicy. While I did enjoy the spontaneous moments, I expected a more exciting storyline filled with amazing sex. The sex scenes in this story were boring and basic .I feel I would have liked this story so much more if the couple was more fun and interesting.
A couple attempts to keep the passion alive in their marriage while unexpectedly being stuck with their three children during what was supposed to be a romantic weekend getaway to celebrate their wedding anniversary. This was short, sexy and sweet. I liked Taness and Syvad as a couple and wish their story had been a tad bit longer. They sure did have some little blockers on their hands lol but somehow they still managed to make the few moments of uninterrupted time they had together work in their favor.
Sometimes when life and kids are involved it's hard for a couple to keep that spark alive. I'm glad this couple was able to find their way around that and share those moments with each other.
I wanted more in the scenes. I wanted it to be more spontaneous. I do like that it was realistic. This is my first read from this author and I do want to know what is going to happen next. Let me go read book 2
This was my first read from the author and it was cute quick read. The sex scenes were good and had me wanting more. I couldn't imagine kids constantly interrupting my sex life 🤦🏾♀️
Not bad but I was looking for more. Being a parent of multiple kiddos I recall trying to make time and balance it all that is what actually what peaked my interest, but the book had me wanting more.
This was my first read from the author so I’m interested in reading another book to see if I can make a love connection.
This new piece was on point! As a mother of 2 and a wife this was the most relatable chapters I have read. I loved the spontaneity and the visuals!!! This was definitely a reminder to be sure to make time for each other, even with the kids home 💜
Omg omg ommmmmgggggggg now wait a minute I’m really having hot flashes at work all from reading a book.... I have to stop and give myself a few minutes so i put the book down and went outside to cool off because this book was is littttt 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. I normally read book that are emotional and have drama but today I switch it up.
The adult scene in this book will have you running to the bathroom , bedroom , living room or some where very quiet so you enjoy it .
The name of the book is called Making Time. It about a married couple name Syvad and T. You could feel the love between them. You are reading about them trying to make time for each other while juggling their job, kids and their relationship. The struggle they had to go through was real. The author did a wonderful job showing us the realistic and relatable struggles married and single couple goes through.
Making Time was my fist book by Moon Bey and not my last. You won’t be disappointing. I really needed a laugh today and this book did it for me. Making time was a quick read for me, but it left me wanted more to read. Time to download some more of her books. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
I started this series on a whim. It was listed as a recommendation, and I said why not it’s a new author (and I’m always looking for those) so let’s give her a try. I was not disappointed in the slightest with this book!
Moon Bey gave an excellent novella I loved Taness and Syvad and their adorable kids. This series is based at a time when the Corona virus is just becoming known, and our way of life is changing. The way this couple was forced to keep their sex life alive with three kids was hilarious even though I truly felt for them 😂
Although this was a novelette the flow was excellent. The dialogue, sex and the interactions between all the characters was enjoyable. I can’t wait to see who’s next!
This author didn't disappoint with this story. Syvad and Taness relationship is very relatable to what happens in real life between couples. But those sex scenes were hot. But I can't wait to read part 2 because the book left me on a cliffhanger to what Taness parents were talking about. Spicy and fun read.
So, first of all, this was the first book that I’ve read by this author. I enjoyed reading about the struggles that the couple were having with getting their couple’s time in due to children. That ending really has me confused though. I’ll definitely be reading more of Moon Bey’s books.
Hot little quickie showing parents getting it in where they can with kids constantly around. Good storyline, love the family dynamics and the friendship, comfortability and chemistry between Syvad and Ta. Cute story that I would’ve liked to have more of. Ended to quick😞
The shortie was a good depiction of young couples in real life. Trying to fit in a little time for one another with three kids was super cute. I remember those days too, this one was a good filler.
Really enjoyed this book! As the saying goes, If you want to make God laugh, make plans! This is the theme for this book, but Syvad and T make it work. And when they made it work, it was 🔥! New author for me and I can't wait to read some of her other books!
If this didn't hit home for myself and hubby, I don't know what would. Having twins and an older child, they too want to be with us and we cherish it, yet it's hard to get in that quality time, but we make time. This was short and nice. Love, Love, Love it💕
Syvad and Taness are working parents to a T. I related to EVERY part of fheir story and struggle. I'm glad that they found ways to make it work for them.
When you're married and have young children, sometimes taking those L's can be overwhelming. However, as long as you're on the same page, those L's can be a blessing in disguise.
Syvad and Taness learned they had to be creative in turning those L's into small W's. The more creative they were the more they learned it was best to concentrate on the now and worry about nothing but each other.
Making Time by Moon Bey This was a sexy and entertaining read. Also this was my first time reading from this author catalog. I will continue to read more of her work.
I just loved tanessa and Syvad their relationship was everything and it shows you the side most people don’t talk about when you have kids! It was a great read
