Our heroine's friend disappears and she goes to a rival for help. But when the authorities are more hindrance than help, things might go deeper than expected.
This is book six of the series, but it is written as a standalone. No prior reading is required.
This is a romantic suspense story with some intrigue, action and romance in the mix. I have read most of the series and I think it keeps getting better. This one has an excellent plot with several twists to it that kept me guessing as to where it was going. The characters were also well developed and had real chemistry. It was fun watching them come to trust and work together. Overall, a highly enjoyable read.

Wow I enjoyed this book. The characters are well developed and engaging with undeniable chemistry between the couple which made for a storyline that kept me turning the pages. The author definitely gave us a storyline I could get caught up into.

This was a nice addition to the series. There were parts that were a little too slow for me but all in all a good read.
