Corsar

Rate this book
I thought I’d seen it all. And then the green guys showed up and abducted me.

Me and a few other girls destined for slavery crashed a spaceship on an alien planet. The green aliens weren’t happy about that.

While running through an alien jungle, avoiding slavers, giant spiders, and who knows what else, I found myself rescued. Normally, I’m not into being rescued, but I also don’t usually end up in the very muscular arms of a handsome man with big . . . wings.

He makes me feel things I’ve never felt before, but there’s no time to examine those feeling too closely because the slavers want me back. And they’re not the only ones. Other aliens, bigger and meaner, want me too.

She’s far from home and needs protection. I shouldn’t want to make her mine.

I saw a girl without wings try to fly. My heart belonged to her from that moment on. An enemy from the past wants to take her from me. They’ll have to kill me first, and I’m not just fighting for honor. I’m fighting for the woman who sets my soul on fire. I’m fighting for love.

Corsar is the second alien romance in the Sky Warriors series. Each book is a complete romance with a happily ever after and no cliffhangers, although there is a continuing story line that unfolds throughout the series.

Corsar and Chloe

Chloe was one of the human women kidnapped by not-so-little green men and rescued by winged warriors.
Corsar was the winged warrior who caught Chloe as she fell, now the two of them have to make sure Chloe stays free...

A quick read in an increasingly fascinating universe. We learn a little (very little) more about the ‘big bad’ in this second novella in the series.
It’s a well written series, interesting characters, intriguing world building, and of course the mystery behind it all.
The story is not a read alone, the overarching background story continues from one novella to the next, so read in order!

An enjoyable story, recommended for sci-fi romance fans.

Love the short read

Wow, just like the first book, females abducted from their planets, during an escape the spaceship crash lands on a planet inhabited with human like beings with bird wings. This read is about Chloe a hard assed journalist with a potty mouth and how Corsar her warrior kinda plucks her from air as she jumped off a cliff taking 2 of the aliens who abducted her. I liked how the author writes about the heroines they are sassy, straight up and knows what they want and sure as day goes and gets it, bugger the consequences. The read itself had action, and funny ..loved it

So good!

We met Chloe in the first book and this is her story. She and Corsar are making eyes at each other. Chloe keeps getting attacked or kidnapped and Corsar saves her. Good steam and lots of action.

A good story.

I like Chloe. She's a war reporter who gets abducted by slave-trading aliens. Chloe fights back . She is mo damsel in distress. Cosar is a Kariathian warrior. Together they fight the enemy. I like action. Chloe and Cosar have good chemistry.

Great short read

Wished there was more world building in this book to add to the previous book. More depth. Good character building of the two main characters. I skipped over the sex scenes, a bit to long.

Hot

This was a good follow up with Chloe. I admire her tenacity. She was a fierce fighter and I’m glad she received her HEA.
