This was an unexpected romance between two people; workplace but out of the workplace, close proximity, fake marriage, set amidst beautiful Hawaii by way of New York. It’s about for a brief moment feeling like you’re in a very sexy fairy tale you don’t want to end but then time is up and it’s time to go back to the real world-but do we still want each other outside of this fairy tale we’ve been living in? Ahh it was delightful, I loved it

This is the third book in Rebecca Hunter's Fantasy Island series of stand-alone novels, but the first I have read by the author - and it will definitely not be the last. Adrian and Ruby are your classic enemies-to-lovers, opposites attract pairing. Well...until you get to the know these two characters written with such depth and authenticity, and realize that deep down, they are really not that different. Both are boxed in by rules they have made for themselves, though their age difference (he is thirty-eight to her twenty-five) and statuses at work (he is the CFO to her Social Media Manager) make their differences seem magnified. There has been an electricity between them ever since she started working for the company three years ago, and when they end up playing husband and wife in Hawaii as a favour to their colleagues and friends, the close quarters force them to confront their attraction. Neither thinks giving in is anything more than working the other out of their system (in some insanely hot and steamy ways), but rules have a way of being broken when it comes to matters of the heart.

Adrian and Ruby have intense chemistry between them, and watching each other break through the hard-coated shell they have both wrapped around themselves makes for an engaging, emotionally charged holiday romance you will not be able to put down.

Yummy Sunshine and the Grump romance!

Rebecca Hunter can always be counted on to bring the decadence to her heartwarming romances, and this third trip to the Kalani resort has all the simmering heat and soul-deep connection a reader could hope for.

Ruby is a young dynamo who can't resist the much-older Adrian, despite his gruff and grumbly manner. Adrian is determined to avoid a workplace romance, and he's equally convinced that Ruby is far too young for him. But, when their bosses need them to spend a romantic week at a fantasy-fulfilling resort, pretending to be a married couple (of course), all bets are off.

The familiar tropes all get a fresh, rejuvenating treatment here, with layers of sizzle and deeply emotional revelations that have these two baring their souls and laying everything on the line. And I absolutely loved every last bit of it.

The beautiful HEA was everything I was hoping for. I adore this romance every bit as much as I love the earlier books in this series. Indulge in a little fantasy fulfillment and read them all! I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

Alone together in a one-bedroom paradise cabin, faced with a planned schedule of romantic outings and intimate meals, Ruby and Adrian are reaching the breaking point…

I adore Ruby and Adrian. Energetic Ruby is grouchy Adrian’s perfect foil, and while the age difference between them is a huge part of their story, it’s really their outlooks that bring the story to life. Somehow, despite everything that should keep them apart, they’re really perfect for each other, and the story of them getting to know each other -- to really open up and see who they each are – is spectacular. Ruby’s fun, flirty approach to sex draws Adrian in and his serious, determined approach makes their scenes together totally delicious. It doesn’t slouch in the Christmas department either! Pure Satisfaction is a delicious romance with a lot of heat, and a lot of heart.

Oh my, what a book! Up there with my absolute fave DAREs, Pure Satisfaction sucked me in and didn't let me go until the very end...and even then I'm still thinking about it. Such a great read! I loved the fact that both parties had been fantasising about the other for years and only now, on their secret mission, does it all come out and forced proximity means they have no choice but to acknowledge the heat between them.

This really is a case of living out your sexual fantasy (it's what DARE is about after all!) as this forbidden/older man/younger woman trope gets played out to perfection. It's hot, it's deep, and both characters are fabulously portrayed. I couldn't get Harvey from SUITS out of my head reading this one and that only made it hotter and HOTTER!

This vacation is not theirs but they are going to enjoy it anyway. Their bosses task them into taking their place at an Hawaiian resort.
Ruby is all set into seduction mode. She is the more vivacious of the two. Adrian is attracted to Ruby but with his last relationship still fresh on his mind and the fact that Ruby is much younger he has kept his distance. But this fake relationship, the scent of her and those lips are pushing him to react, and boy does he. But can a fake relationship turn real back home? Can they sustain this feeling and turn it into a real future. Ruby maybe the vivacious one but that is to mask the loneliness and the fact she has no one. Adrian may want Ruby now but can he shed his serious and stodgy attitude and be the guy she needs.

This book really sets the notion of what will you do when temptation beckons? Adrian know that Ruby is much to young and innocent for him, but he desires her anyway. She is like a siren to him and he can't hold himself back from their chemistry. Although they are sent to Hawaii to impersonate as a couple, when she initiates the first kiss, its like a wildfire burns between them and nothing can hold him back any longer. Their passion was really fun to watch unfold and I think that despite their age different, they really make a cute couple. the question is....what will happen when they have to go go home?

A nice, enjoyable novel. When two people who think they know what they want, realise they are both wrong, that can only result in a page-turning, romantic novel, filled with angst and desire. Ruby and Adrian, going on a Hawaii trip pretending to be happily married, lead to lines being crossed with steam rising and leave minds and hearts confused. The author had a great plot and her character description, use of language and vocabulary were spot on. This is quite a delightful novel that I am sure many readers will enjoy.

This is Book 3 in the Fantasy Island Trilogy by this author. It is an age gap, office romance between Ruby and CFO Adrian. These characters are likeable, the connection strong, the chemistry combustible, and the unique plot makes for an interesting read. It is a love story with enough drama, steam, frustrating moments, sweetness, and some twists. Overall, it is a sweet read with engaging secondary characters and a happy ending. It can be read as a standalone but you enhance your reading pleasure if you read the other books in the series.

This is book in the Fantasy Island Series and it is Ruby and Adrian's story. I loved this book so much as the characters and storyline pulled you in right from the first page and you have to keep reading to see what would happen next. This is the first book that I have read by Rebecca Hunter but definitely not the last and I look forward to reading more of her books in the future as it was so well written and definitely worth reading.

Ruby is a outgoing live for the moment twenty five year old working with CFO Adrian who is grumpy and in his late thirties wanting a family asap but she thinks he is also the hottest guy if he would just change his attitude. When they are both assigned a job in Hawaii to pose as their boss and her husband they both dread it because they are both attracted to each other but know it would never work out. As the week on the beach proceeds with her tiny string bikini he begins out lighten up and they end up having a hot fling but when they get home will they go back to their old ways.

Adrian was the CFO at a social media company and Ruby works there too. He is stoic and pragmatic while she is outgoing and vivacious. They were tricked into spending Christmas week at a resort in Hawaii posing as their bosses. He had always been gruff with her, but attracted. He had a previous bad relationship and was still suffering. She had a lonely childhood with parents who constantly argued. Good story, strong characters, and hot scenes! Good read!

I loved how Adrian tried to deny his attraction to Ruby at work, because he was older and his position in the company they both worked for. But when the owners asked them each to impersonate them on their exclusive vacation, they couldn’t say no to being in close corners for a week. What follows is Adrian losing his willpower as Ruby pushes the envelope. What will happen when their vacation is cut short? You have to read to find out and won’t put the book down until you turned the last page!

Age-gap romance with great chemistry and steamy scenes!

I loved this story! I enjoyed reading every page (even at 51% when he wouldn’t stop with the age thing...). The only thing I would change is an epilogue- I wish there was more to read!

Pure Satisfaction is the third book in the Fantasy Island Series by Rebecca Hunter but my first by this author. Ruby and Adrian were simply amazing together. What began as enemies quickly turned to lovers when they agree to spend a week together hidden away in Hawaii pretending to be their bosses. Adrian thinks Ruby is too young for him but the temptation to be with her is just too strong. Adrian has suffered a loss but is Ruby the one to give him a second chance at love?

Adrian is older in more series than Ruby. Ruby is fun and flirty the perfect compliment to Adrian. Ruby knows what she wants and Adrian knows what he wants. Does the age difference matter? Ruby and Adrian are wonderfully crafted characters. The way they compliment each other was written beautifully. I thought the story flowed and it was just a great book.

Adrian has been fantasizing about Ruby but has kept away. Ruby has also been crushing on Adrian not knowing how he feels about her. Neither has acted on what they feel but suddenly they are sent on an assignment to a fantasy resort disguising as a loving couple. An age gap romance that will have you fanning yourself. I loved Adrian and Ruby and his need to do the right thing by resisting Ruby. The chemistry is explosive though and you can only hold out for so long. It's steamy and sweet and in set in paradise.
