Interessantes und teilweise spannendes Buch über Google obwoht gewisse Informationen bereits überholt sind.

Das Buch fand ich spannend, aber wie andere Rezensionen bereits gesagt haben, sind manche Infos veraltet worden. Deswegen würde ich dieses Buch im Jahr 2020 nicht kaufen. Zum Glück fand ich eine Kopie in der Bibliothek.
Den Inhalt selbst fand ich gut recherchiert; leider hat der Autor seine Zuneigung für das Unternehmen am Ende des Buchs doch spüren lassen. Bei Sachbücher liebe ich es eher wenn der Ton durchaus neutral bleibt.

This book is ok. It tells you a bit about the background on how google started and the dreams of Larry Page, the founder of google and what they really.
One could say that google's end goal is to strive for a utopia through technology that will make our life convenient and easier. Be it through self driving cars, contact lenses that measure your blood sugar, air balloons that will provide free WiFi to poorer nations. They do it by investing in "moonshot" projects, projects that might fail, but if they succeed would be the equivalent of shooting a rocket to the moon.
The later part of the book is about google and their struggles with the European Union due to the stricter privacy law in america, and whether or not automation through AI and robots will be beneficial for mankind. Google is optimistic that it will be.
I didn't regret buying it, and it was enjoyable and informative, but that was it. Three out of five stars is not a bad score after all.

Irgendwann, so in 2000 Jahren, wird dieses Buch, das von einem heiligen Gral, seinen Jüngern und einer sich entwickelnden Welt berichtet, gefunden werden und, ähnlich den Schriftrollen von Qumran, Zeugnis einer 'Religion' sein.
Aber mal ernsthaft: ein ausgezeichnetes Sachbuch mit viel Hintergrundwissen und anschaulich erklärten Zusammenhängen.

번역이 어려워 읽기 힘들었지만, 흥미진진해서 구글 한영변역기를 돌려가며 읽었다.
쉽게 접할 수 없는 래리 페이지 머릿속을 잠시 들여다보고 영감을 얻었다.
구글과 구글의 리더들은, 스티브 잡스의 명언,
세상을 바꿀 수 있다고 믿는 사람들만 정말로 세상을 바꾼다는 실재다.
또한 선한 방향으로 세상을 앞서 이끌어가는 모습에 감동하였다.

인공지능이 지배할 미래에 대해 두려움보단 호기심,
들뜬 마음이 꽃피었다
지금 현재 고속도로 발전하는 기술들을 이용해

Manche mögen sagen dieses Buch ist Werbung für Google. Ich sage, dass es hilft die hysterische und heuchlerische Abneigung gegenüber Google abzubauen. Sehr sorgfältig recherchiertes Buch.
