Super informative and a great resource. Many design system articles and resources tend to be high level guidance, removed from the actual experience of creating, implementing, and getting adoption of the system and focus a lot on the theoretical or ideal. This book is grounded in reality. It outlines the important but not-often spoken about aspects of design system building within a company, focusing on the people who are actually doing the work, and what to do to avoid the pitfalls. There are even exercises listed out for you. I really treasured this book as a different approach to talking about what makes a design system successful and how humans are at the core of it.
