"Good. You can't date until you're thirty, remember?"
I put Tool of for a little while even though I wanted to read it because I didn't enjoy Boomer (second book of the series) as much I enjoyed Reaper (the first book of the series).
I liked finding out what made Logan aka Tool the way he is and what's the deal with screwdriver.
Juliette is a 25 years old and she finally decided enough is enough. She decided to move out from her dad's place and he wasn't a happy camper. I loved that she'd a little naive but still knew what she wanted. She loves bright colors and they make her happy. Things that are dark and dangerous freak her out but she can't help but be attracted to Logan.

There's just something about good girl/ bad boy romance I really enjoy. I love how he had unique pet name her like little sparrow. They both have an attraction to each other but not only does her dad hate him and his whole MC but his president don't want to make the sheriff anymore angry with them.
I get why Reaper did what he did but it also made me disappointed with him. I agreed what Tool screamed at him but he should've really kept his mouth shut.
All in all great read. I couldn't put it down when I started it but it also didn't give me all the feels. I found all the scenes with Poodle and his dog hilarious.

Tool had such an atrocious childhood that he believes he is incapable of love. He just thinks he is unfit for anything related to a HEA. He embraces the darker side of the MC life and is completely ok with it. Enter our sweet and oh so shy Juliette. She is the forbidden fruit he has been waiting for, but didn't know it. Being the daughter of the sheriff doesn't help matters either. He should have been running for the hills and not looking back. Needless to say Tool does what he wants and he definitely gets his girl.
Their transformations were amazing.Tool finding out that he is worthy of love and he deserves it as well. Juliette spreading her wings and finding her voice. I love it when a rough, ragged, and hardcore man is brought to his knees by the woman he never seen coming. I also love it when a sweet shy woman finds her voice.
This book has it all action, suspense, and let's not forget the chemistry that sizzles between these two. I highly recommend this whole series.

I've said it before and I will keep saying it: the ruthless kings MC OWNS me. I never thought the day would come that I would obsess over an MC series, but y'all, this is unlike any other MC romance I've ever read: the characters are all so amazing, the love and chemistry leaps off the page, and most importantly there is no degrading women or sexual assault thay is swept under the rug like it doesn't matter. Let's all day it romance lovers: consent is sexy!!!
This book is very emotional right away: we get a glimpse of Tool as a young boy who is tired of his dad's abuse and witnessing the horrid things he would do to his mother. Finally snapping after that despicable person tried to rape his angel of a mother, he literally tore him to pieces. He saved both of their lives that day, but as he got older the abuse he endured took a toll on his mind and his heart. He's convinced that he's not able to love, and fears that the worst part of his father is a part of him. But when he meets the young, beautiful spitfire that is Juliette, he knows he can't stay away from her.. even if her father is the sheriff and hates everything about him and the club.
Juliette may be going and sheltered, but she is so incredibly strong. When she meets Tool she's surprised of the strong reactions and desires he brings out of her, and while they have a bit of a rocky start, they have such an intense and strong emotional connection. Just when they think they can let go of the past, Juliette is thrust into a world full of danger and betrayed in such a horrible way. The MC will stop at nothing to save her, but will it be too late? Or will Juliette lose her Romeo?
There was so much action in this book and some scenes that were hard to read and some truly jaw dropping moments but it was freaking AMAZING. These books just keep getting better and better! And the dirty scenes?!? Holy. Crap.🔥🔥🔥

The Ruthless Kings MC series is a must read in this readers opinion and Tool’s story is right up there with the rest of them. Ms. Savage has given us a clubhouse full of sexy men who definitely are not perfect gentlemen but they are a brotherhood who don’t mind getting their hands dirty for the right reasons. The series storyline is intense, suspenseful and action packed. The books can be read as standalones but I Highly recommend starting with the prequel and reading them in order, as the characters' lives do overlap and the clubs backstory continues throughout each book.
Tool learned at a young age that love isn’t for him. He grew up with an abusive father, he took what he had to but it tore him to pieces when his drunken father turned on his mother. But the abuse did a number on Tools heart and mind as he grew older. To him he’s damaged and unlovable. But then he meets her, Juliette, the prim and proper young woman who happens into the club's garage. She’s sassy, sexy and everything he wants but knows he can’t have. Especially when Reaper, the club’s Prez, orders him to stay away from her. You see, Juliette is the Sheriff's daughter. The same Sheriff that has vowed to destroy the Ruthless Kings. But the pull is strong for both of them. Staying away from one another just may not be an option.
The storyline is sexy, romantic, intense, action packed and suspenseful all rolled up into one. There are twists this reader never saw coming and some OMG moments that had me white-knucking my kindle. Okay, but seriously, if you are a lover of gritty MC books, and you are not reading this series, I .. We .. Yeah, I got nothing. But, STOP.IT. READ.IT.NOW. k,tks.
I will be the first to say that Tool is an acquired taste lol … at first. You will love Juliette from the start, but Tool is gonna take a minute. That being said, it really did just take a minute because the moment Juliette crosses his path all bets are off. These two were so good together I was in awe. Perfect chemistry with the strength they each needed to help the other overcome. I am seriously in awe of this series and every one of the characters. The story is definitely spicy and dark and suspenseful and gritty but it’s also hopeful and full of warmth. The bond that forged between Tool and Juliette was magnificent to read.
Every single one of these books has been a fantastic layer to the Ruthless Kings. You cannot just jump in at whatever book you want. I mean you can but then you’re not getting the best possible picture of any of it. That’s how MC series work (mostly lol). One feeds into the next etc etc etc. So, do yourselves a favor and don’t start in the middle of the Ruthless Kings. Read them all and read them in order and for damn sure read the prequel.

He's gonna make her as dirty as he is....

There was never anything good about my dear old dad, he was an abusive drunk who smelled like a cesspool however in the end he got everything he deserved and or independence day has finally arrived.
Truthfully sometimes I think I'm surrounded by a whole bunch of mentally unstable kids however their my family
but seriously Tongue through a freaking knife at me and wow a clump of my poor hair was now decorating the floor.
I love my dad but he's bad for dating and his deputies don't help matter however I'm so excited to be moving into my own place and yes I truly understand he just wants to protect me.
Okay this day just got freaking weird first a prospect towed that moving truck here because it been parked illegally and wow there's a stunning young woman in the back who's on the verge of driving me insane and to top this who karfaffle she's the daughter of the darn sheriff.
And Reaper finally nailed me with his punishment he's been owing me for months I'm not allowed to go anywhere near that beautiful mouthy girl.
He's really getting on my nerves my dad thinks I need him to fix everything little bump in the road for me and I finally met a hot guy and of course my dad puts his stupid foot down.
We've looked at pleny of places but so far each and everyone is a dump I may not be a millionaire but really I'm about to get really ugly on this broad.
So the good sheriff heard I'd been looking at property and he just needed to stick his ugly nose in my business.
She's so unbelievably feisty and I truly want her but to bad she can't see past her own narrow minded dad's opinions.
Someone's obviously sending us a creepy message that were all in danger
leaving us all pretty stunned.
True I may clearly be barking up the wrong tree but we need to consider just about anyone after all stranger things have happened in the past.
I followed her after someone said she'd been looking for me but now I've got my dirty hands all over her I must be glutton for a really severe punishment.
She's the kind most men are terrified of so clean and good absolutely perfect.
Clearly my dad has lost his mind because he's after someone who didn't do anything wrong and we both know it
and I'm not about to stay quiet he's totally innocent.
I can't understand how a man like him could treat his own daughter like that but I really need to gain control of myself before I do something bad.
Yeah were bring Reaper an early Christmas gift hope he doesn't care that we didn't have time to wrap him up.
I should have known she'd be back and while I'm going to pay for my need to keep her so everything Reaper's about to do to me is guaranteed to hurt.
Tool truly knew she'd need time to understand and hopefully accept him or mercifully get out of his life before he got anymore attached to her.
Unfortunately the sins of his past are about to destroy his world unless he and his brothers can bring them to their knees.

Tool is the 3rd book of the Ruthless King series. He is Reaper´s VP, second in command of the Ruthless Kings. This book starts with the back story of Tool and gives you a better understanding of his past and why his screwdriver is never far away.
I think the way he meets Juliette is quite adorable and I am still chuckling about her calling this 6ft something broad tattooed biker “Princess”.
Tool´s and Juliette´s story is kinda sweet although he feels he is not worthy of any women´s love, especially not Juliette’s he still finds himself protective of her and starts to feel things he never has before, but he cannot fall for her, she is the Sheriff´s daughter, a daddy´s girl. This daddy loathes the Ruthless Kings and might just not be as clean-cut as Juliette thinks. Although Juliette has her own plans, and she cannot forget about this sexy, badass, sex on legs biker she just met. It's adorable to see Juliette going after Tool with her naïve ways.
"He´s the paintbrush. I´m his canvas. And with every stroke he makes along the nerve endings on my skin, the closer we become to creating the masterpiece that is us."
This book has a lot of suspense and I am falling more and more in love with K L Savages writing with each book. Again, all these scenes are described so vividly in so much detail, especially the sex scenes and violence. This certainly is not for the faint-hearted as some scenes are pretty graphic and it's written so well that you can visualize it the same way as if you would watch a movie. I also love the twists in each book this one was no different. Every time I am hooked, parts have me shook up and shocked and I am totally drawn into the story.
Again, I am in love, I can only highly recommend this series! Next up is Poodle, who I believe is a Ruthless King with a softer side but who, I am sure, has his own emotional story.

Loved this book and really getting into this series. Tool has been with the club since he was a young man. He and his Mom were rescued from a bad life by a different charter. Ever since he has carried his blue screwdriver behind his ear.
The new sheriff has it out for the club and wants them gone... dead or behind bars it doesn't matter. The club is legit and they help out the town people so don't know why there is a problem with the sheriff.
Juliette is the sheriff's daughter. She is 25 and just moving out because her dad is overly protective so much so that she is still a virgin. She is terrified of the club because of everything her dad has told her.
Seems every where she goes lately she keeps running into Tool. He wants her but as soon as the president finds out who her dad is, the president finally puts out the punishment that is owed to Tool. Stay away from Juliette.
What a thing to overcome... what is the truth behind the hate of the sheriff and why is it directed at Tool.

Tool was some kind of emotional story with a whole lot of craziness. Logan, aka Tool, didn't grow up in the best circumstance with his abusive father who terrorized him & his mother. It made for some serious demons in his adult years, which is why he really doesn't look for anything serious with a woman. He is the VP of the Ruthless Kings MC, and what a hilarious bunch of brutal men they are. Juliette's father is the Sheriff, so he's been way overprotective of her & finally she decides she must move to be an adult on her own two feet. Her father doesn't want her to have anything to do with the Ruthless Kings, but she & Tool have an instant connection that she's willing to explore, while he believes that he'll just ruin her, plus Reaper said to leave her alone. They have chemistry that won't be denied, so now he's in trouble big time with Reaper. And this is just the beginning, because the twists start coming for me at warp speed, leaving me with one option which is loud f-bomb dropping. I didn't see what was coming for me, so yeah I was next level with that f-bomb dropping. How does it all pan out by the end?! Well, you'll have to hit that button to find out! This series just keeps getting better and better! The 3rd book in the Ruthless Kings MC series focuses on Tool and Juliette. Tools had a tough start in life but since the day he used that skew-driver he'll never be a victim again. Seeing his best friend and pres starting to settle down Tool wonders if there will ever be one for him. He doesn't expect her to turn up in the back of a towed removal van. Juliette has been sheltered by her father since the day she was born and decides it time to fly the nest, but waking up in her removal van at the ruthless MCs garage isnt a good start for her, especially when she meet the big burly biker. When reaper finds out whose daughter she is, he calls in his punishment debt for Tool to stay away from the sheriffs daughter. Though at every turn they seem to meet but someones targeting the MC and their attention turns to Juliette. Well written story packed with action, suspense, twist and turns, humour, romance and hot bikers with their feisty old ladies! and some new faces to go with the returning characters!

K.L. bumped up the savagery with this one. Some scenes were pretty messed up for sure. The life of an mc can be rough and dirty and these ain't no boyscouts. Dang.
So we find out Tool's backstory, and it was shocking and heartbreaking. Fast forward to now and of course he has to fall for the Sherriff's daughter, who is way off limits. Juliette can't stay away either, and they land in a bunch of trouble. There was lots of action and surprising moments. It was a stay up late to finish, can't put it down book for me.

Tool is the VP for the Ruthless Kings. My heart broke for Tool and how he got his name, so sad. When he joined the MC he found his true family.
He’s looking to expand onto the Las Vegas strip by opening a bar. Juliette is moving out of her dad’s house into her own, she is so excited. She ends up meeting Tool when the moving van she was sleeping in is towed to the MC’s garage. When these two meet there are instant sparks. However, when daddy shows up things take a huge twist. Dad is the sheriff who happens to have a huge chip on his shoulder for the MC.
Juliette is warned by her father to stay away from the MC and Reaper tells Tool to stay away. But the connection between these two is just too hard to resist. As things move forward Tool learns some things about Juliettes father that he tries to keep her away from.

Overall this was a great read. I was so happy to see Tool find true love at last. And once again it was great to see all the brothers, just love them. Get started on this great MC series today, you will love it.

This series is just getting better and better! After every book I think that I’ve found a favorite, but the author keeps surprising me. I thought that Boomer’s story was the best, but Tool’s is equally good!!

However, a woman might be the reason he disobeys his orders. When he finds a sleeping woman in the back of a moving truck, he’s instantly attracted to her. Things get complicated when he finds out that said woman is the Sheriff’s daughter and Reaper orders him to stay away.
“He's the forbidden fruit, and I want to take the biggest, juiciest bite out of him. I know he will ruin me. The temptation is sardonic, wrapping and constricting around the purity of my soul to replace my innocence.”
Juliette grew up being a police officer’s daughter. Her dad has always been overprotective. She finally gets to stay on her own. In her new start she never anticipated Tool. Her attraction to him is instant and he awakens an urge inside her to be bad.
“She's my safe haven. I'm her damnation. And I hope I don't end up dragging her to the depths of my hell.”
The chemistry between them is undeniable. I liked how Tool was being possessive and protective over her. I was really curious about the story behind the screwdriver and I finally got my answer. The story was even more interesting because of the mystery killings and the targeting of the club. It was good to see many of the other characters, especially Boomer! I can’t feel but be hopeful about a certain New Orleans member; he was quite intriguing!!
I’m looking forward to the next books! The Ruthless Kings won my heart and I can’t wait for the rest of the books! Next up is Poodle’s story!!

Out of the three books so far in the Ruthless Kings MC - Tool's story is my favourite even though it is the most brutal of the 3 the love story woven around Tool and Juliette for me is the most compelling.
Tool is the VP of the MC and as we know from the first book he is a little dangerous well not a little a lot. His tool of choice a screwdriver which he keeps behinid his ear was was used to kill his dad when he was a boy. Being part of the MC means everything to Tool what he wasn't expecting was to get the hots for the Sheriffs daughter; Juliette who is off limits and at 25 her father has alone just been allowed her to leave home. According to her dad 'you aren't allowed to date until your 30"!.
Juliette knows it's wrong to lust of the big bad hunky hot biker but she can't help it even if it means up setting her dad.
But things are about to turn very sinister as an evil that is waiting to take down the MC firmly has its sights set on Tool but why Tool. When the truth is revealed it is more shocking than anyone thought.
Can the good girl and the bad biker really be together or will their worlds be to different? Your have to read it to find out.

This is the 3rd book in this amazing series and is Tool and Juliette’s story. Tool is the VP of the Ruthless Kings, and he has had a traumatic childhood which has left him with the impression he is unlovable. Juliette is feisty, naïve, and innocent, and she decides to leave her home to spread her wings on her own, which leaves her dad not a happy camper. When she falls asleep in her removal van, she wakes up with it having been towed and she is in the MC’s garage, where she meets the tough biker Tool. These two have undeniable chemistry between them but when the club find out that Juliette is the daughter of the sheriff of Vegas who hates the club and has a bone to pick with them, Tool is told to step away from her. This is a well written story which is action packed, and filled with danger, suspense, twists, secrets, depravity, and love as well as being a humorous read. I cannot wait to read more from this author, and I recommend for all MC lovers.

This is the 3rd book in the series about the Ruthless Kings MC. I would recommend reading them in order just for back story. You could pick this up as a stand alone if you wanted. I will admit, I was not a fan of Tool so far in the series. Kind of creepy, morbid and mean. Did not get a great impression of him.
After finishing his story, I have a new appreciation. I love books where the H or h make a journey from down trodden to feeling worthy of love. Tool has never known love to be pleasant so he hasn't looked for it. Juliette literally falls in his path and his world gets knocked sideways. He is willing to go against his Prez, against his brain telling him to be wary and against the law--just to project Juliette. I am a fan of Tool now. Also loved Juliette's courage throughout.
A few more MC members needing a HEA. I will be reading more, if anything, to keep tabs on the previous couples.

This book is a fun and semi-wild ride that will leave you breathless as you wait to find out what the result is going to be at the end of the story.
If you like Alpha style men, and the women who fall in love with them, you will LOVE Tool. He is Alpha enough to know what he wants, even it means going against those that tell him "no, to leave her alone, that's an order"

Awe! This book made my heart warm. It was a little predictable but at the same time I couldn’t put it down. I loved watching Tool evolve and seeing Juliette go from a shy, not really sure woman to a kick butt heroine who had her mans back. My heart broke for her towards the end but I love that she had a back bone that helped her get through it.
This book was hot and the hero sweet. The other MC men were amazing of course. I’m still waiting for Tongue to get his book but I can’t wait for Poodles book next. After this ending had me giggling like a fool I know it’s going to be awesome. 4 stars #2OCCJD

Tool has seen and been through a lot his childhood has beyond rough. But when he meets Juliette by chance you know they click only two problem her dad is a double and also the sherif of Vegas. When Reaper tells Tool hos punishment is staying away you know its not gonna happen. I will say I knew Juliette's dad was a douche but he even far exceeded my expectations of himself. So much happens that you go on one heck of a ride and even Boomer comes back!!!

Tool is the Vice President of the Ruthless Kings MC. He has had a rough childhood and he is hard to like at first. He meets his sparrow named Juliette but she's all wrong for him. Juliette is also the sheriff's daughter and he hates the mc. The two end up together and sparks fly between them. Can the couple end up together or will Juliette's father come between them?

Tool has been through so much in his life. He owes everything to the MC. I love Tool and Juliette together and was rooting for them the entire time. This has got to be my favorite book so far. Looking forward to more books by this talented author.

I got sucked into this one! I very much enjoyed the twist ending! Some of these characters are so sinister! I am loving all the troubled pasts!

The hero and heroine were complete opposites but they fit. A lot of stuff happened in this book. As always, the supporting characters came along for the ride and what a ride it was.
