The characters in the series have always been childish, immature, and full of very bad decisions. However, in this latest installment they completely sell out everything they been aiming for. Within the first few chapters they completely join the enemy of the other novels. Additionally, they don’t only join they give up complete control. If you liked the previous book’s then advise skipping this one. I h
I'm up to book 6. Can't put the books down, but I do skip lots of pages of repetitive information. The characters seem to get more frustrating with each book. Characters seem to regress rather than mature. Would kill Kim if she weren't portrayed as indispensable, which I don't think she really is. Nancy is a true autistic, fully functional character; I work with some like her, and they are lovable.
Up until the end of the last book, and now this one I would have said this was a good series. Now though, no, just plain no, it has ruined the complete series for me. Done no more for me thank you.
Have read the series from the start and it has been a very enjoyable trip the books for with the story and did not get lost along the way as some do I am waiting for the next book Thank you
