Why has no one thought of doing this before? It’s so simple. Yet so profound. Daryl, a pastor and Bible college president, has created a tool you’ll want to use again and again. You’ll read it. And then go back to read it again.

What is this fantastic little tome? It’s a book-by-book summation of all 66 Bible books, in sequence. Daryl chooses a key verse from each book (not an easy task, but his choices are insightful and clearly Spirit-guided). Then he describes, using clear bullet points, what each book adds to God’s story and how it fits into the big picture of God’s work in and among the people He created. He adds nuggets from Christian thinkers across the generations to enhance and elaborate on his points.

I highly recommend this short read for newbies to the faith, curious onlookers who are seeking a summation of what it’s all about … AND for longtime followers of Jesus who can benefit from this concise summation of the whole picture from Genesis to Revelation.
