Lots of parts of this book were useful. Yet, the four instead of five-star rating was because it was a little too much all over the board for me. It does take a reductionist view of health, which also bothered me a lot. I'm glad to know how Dr. Jensen views nutrition, but I found myself unimpressed overall.
