Don’t want to put this one down!
Idea location and great characters. The suspense keeps you wondering who did it. I made several guesses in each book and never got any right. Having the complete series was good because I wanted to keep going. Will be ready more soon

Will evil overtake Lantern Beach?
It seems like Lantern Beach has been invaded by evil! First a body washed up on the beach, and then more bodies found in the woods along the shore. Can Chief Chambers and her officers solve these crimes before someone else is killed. To add more trouble, it seems that adult is trying to take over the island. Will justice prevail?

Great Series
Wow, great series. Lots of cliff hanging action. Hard to put down. I read this series while I was on vacation on an island so it made for extra enjoyment. Good clean " Who done it's" are hard to find.I hope to read more from this author.

Thoroughly enjoyed this last edition of Barrett’s series
The action kept going and the surprises kept coming. What was behind all of the secrets that so many people held?Suspicions kept changing as to who was leaking information. But who was it? The game kept changing and it seemed no one could tell the truth. The plot kept thinking until the final pages.

Exciting and scary
I could not put it down. Interesting plot . While there is no bad language or lurid sex scenes, there is some really scary parts. Even though the people pray evil still works as it does in real life. Still a good read

Wonderful
Great series. Fast reads. Was nice to have the whole series in one read. Also would love to see a timeline made up for order to read all the different series as I’m seeing lots of intermingling and unfortunately I’ve read some of the later ones first.

Captivating
Love this series and all the previous books leading up if to. Christy Barritt brings all the characters to life, makes you want to visit Lantern Beach and eat at the Crazy Cheffette! My new favorite author!!!

Just finished this series. Loved it! It was hard to put down, but I did have to sleep and feed my family. 😉 I'm excited to now start another series from this author

ON THE LOOKOUT
Cassidy and Ty newly wed, and now Chief of Police. With questions coming about the cult, who has a compound in there town. A story that involves the people in one way or another. Good roles of Cassidy ,Ty and Max.
ATTEMPT TO LOCATE
A fun night at the beach for the three woman. Before going home they stop at a grocery store to pick up a few items. A robbery of three men happen. They find one was the.Chief of police, they kidnap her.
A small island town, finding this trio of robbers was not easy.
FIRST DEGREE MURDER
Cassidy and Ty are holding secrets. To much is going okn to give anyone a time to relax. Then the cult leader is running for Mayor or will Max win. A tension filled plot.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL
Food poisoning is happening to the voters. The winner of the mayors race was a surprise. The cult seems to be growing and they are buying more property. No rest and the list of suspects is long for Cassidy.
PLAN OF ACTION
The FBI is called I , now Ty is missing. Things seem to be exploding. Would they expose the cult leader for what he truly is. A good conclusion to the series. The characters were good.

I have read both the original series and this one, and thoroughly enjoyed them. I love the characters, the suspense, and that I didn’t have to deal with or worry about foul language, etc. The author is definitely Christian, and it is a vital part of the story without being preachy. The only negative is that I wish the author would do a prologue or an “our story so far” type of thing instead of trying to catch readers up during the first chapters of the book, especially as more history happens. Outside of that minor annoyance, loved the series.

Christy Barritt is in the top 5 of my favourite Authors. If you are looking to read a well written, well thought out clean, suspenseful crime mystery with splashes of the romance and humour, look no further.
This series had me up late into the night, I could not read fast enough to get to the end, I had to discipline myself not to skip words or sentences or paragraphs.
The guessing, the suspense, the twists Christy Barritt uses captivates and keeps me reading.

Lantern Beach PD The Complete Series by Christy Barritt is a phenomenal series. Cassidy is back and she's in charge. This series is full of books that will test her to the max. Suspense is never ending. And Lantern Beach is an idyllic place you'll want to call home. I have read every one of these books and I highly recommend the series. It is a delight! I received a digital copy of these books from the author with no obligations. These opinions are entirely my own.

I loved ❤ all the books 📚 in this set. This set has the right amount of action in it. I loved ❤ the suspense. I loved ❤ Christian theme too. I loved ❤ Cassidy's tough as nails character. Cassidy's character reminded me of Samantha from Marie Force's Fatal Series. These were the first books 📚 I read by Christy Barritt, I'm looking forward to reading other books 📚 by you 😊.

Just completed Christy Barritt's Lantern Beach PD series. Plenty of twists and turns. Main characters, Cassidy and Ty faced one challenge after another. Excellent pacing, lots of conflict, and a lovely story of married love and the support each one can give to the other. Made me want to read the novels that came before to enjoy the beginning of their love story.

Good series
Enjoyed this series. Felt it was pretty true to life in portraying how people can get drawn in to a cult. When you read the series it feels like one continuous book which can make it seem kind of long. Still enjoyed it and even though you might know where it would wind up you weren't sure how it was going to get there.

A female, newly married police chief with a huge secret from her past, a fast-growing cult on an island compound, a beautiful island on The Outer Banks of North Carolina, some quirky characters, murder and mystery, all wrapped up in this 5 book series! I loved each book separately, but so much greater to have all five in one set to read one after the other!

Awesome Series - Amazing string of events
This author was recommended highly on a Christian reading sight. I truly loved the story lines, that kept you reading and wanting more. The characters were well developed, had distinct differences in their personalities, but all worked together. Looking forward to the next series on Lantern Beach 🏖

This series is fantastic! All 5 books were hard to put down, each had their own little story plus an overall mystery that went over 5 books. Christy Barrett writing just keeps getting better and better. Can’t wait to read more stories about Lantern beach.

Gripping!
What fun binge reading the entire series! Murder, cults, poisoning and love make for a suspenseful enjoyable read showing that God does work all things for good for those who love Him. Great read.

I enjoyed these books because they were light reading and in a cozy little beach community. Not fancy, or hard to read...great reads at night before bed. Wholesome and fun.
