just read the real book

this is like you paid someone to take notes for you and they did it in a hurry without really understanding just to get paid. important terms not defined, worksheet questions are low-effort. it gave an okay general overview of what the topics are but seriously don’t support this, cheap cash grab to make some money on the back of a popular book.

Sad, very sad. Definitely NOT worthy of being associated with Bessel van der Kolk!
