Having loved Sci-Fi her whole life, Liza often forces her hubby into binge-watching one of the great movie collections to feed her need on the weekends. This is the second book in an amazing series.

Mayra is a slave but she also knows that she is so much more… an Oracle. She just needs the right man to unlock her powers.

Nojan is a prince of a species that was thought to have been extinct for a very long time. His father, the king, entrusts him with a mission. Find the Oracle, bring her back to their planet to save the universe. What he hadn’t planned on was falling for her. Now, if he could only convince her of his sincerity.

I am eagerly waiting for the next book in the series.

I enjoyed the book. I am a fan of sci-fi romances. It is a fast paced read and caught and kept my attention.

I enjoyed learning more about Mayra. She had such a sad life having to be belittled by those she is forced to serve. She knew she was supposed to have a different future but could have never predicted Nojan. Nojan is really shook up when he meets her. It changes everything for him too.

I thought they had good chemistry and wanted them to have their happily ever after. It will be interesting to see how the series progresses.

This second book in the Vartik King Chronicles has lots of action, self doubt, chemistry, adventure, escape, bounty hunter and a mind bender to their will. There is so much packed into this fantastic story you do not want to set this book aside. Am totally loving this Liza Probz series.

The second book in The Vartik King Chronicles series another great story in this series. This is Mayra a Territhian/Partinthian and a holy Guardian and Nojan a Vartik's story. There is suspense, drama, danger, twists, turns, and romance. I hope there is more to come in this series. I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Interesting read. Sci-Fi with a twist. A slave destined to be the Oracle for the royal family she is the property of.
A future she is unsure of. A prince who is to save her. What will happen in her future?
This story is a quick read but worth it.

Mayra is a slave to the cat people who enjoy mistreating her and telling her how hideous she is. Then she dreams of a rescuer.
