Only four stars because very similar to another series where the female is a "want to be" detective while the boyfriend is a cop/detective in both series the female thinks only she can solve the murder no faith in the male, the male accepts this and worries about the female. Everyone answer the female's questions even though she's just being nosy, asking inflammatory questions, making unfounded accusations and stumbling her way to solving mysteries. Even when she's told and promises not to do something dangerous, she does, breaking her word, risking everything and messing up the cops case. Even after getting herself and others hurt she keeps on. Too unrealistic.
What a great story. Jacie and Jax uncover a body hidden in the closet of the home they are renovating. The body was of a young man who had disappeared roughly three years earlier.
Jenna does a really good job of keeping you guessing in this one. Mainly because there's so much going on.
This is mostly a stand alone book. The mystery part is, and it was a very enjoyable story. I just realized I had missed a couple of the earlier books in the series because of some of the personal things going on, and the fact that there had been a couple of incidents mentioned that I knew nothing about.
Fast paced, can’t put down the book, adventures of the Sullivan Sisters while they solve a murder all the while renovating their new home and planning their weddings. Plenty of suspects to a murder of a young man who everyone thought had just up and left town. And I was definitely surprised at who did it, who was involved, and the exact motive. Trouble sure finds these girls but they’ll have a new helper on their next adventure.
Jax and Jaycee are back again. The two sisters are about to move into there house gifted to them by Tillie who married there Grandfather. Doing some things around the house. The first thing there going to take down a wall. What they don’t expect is a dead body in the wall. The fun has just begun. So much more fun to come.
What a great book. The Sullivan sisters are the best. They and their gang of friends and family get in trouble again, as usual. There are a lot of twists and turns in this one but thankfully all turns out well in the end.
The Sullivan sisters literally fall into another dead body and begin another crime solving adventure. With the help of their family, their fiancés, and friends Bridget, Heidi, and Bernita and the GGs, they manage to stumble their way to the discovering the murderers.
This book series and author keep me laughing and I really appreciate the plot and humor in the book. Keeps you guessing to the end. Great clean entertainment.
Jax and Jaycee seems to always find a body.this time under the stairs of the house Tillie gave them. So who killed David? Of course Jaycee figures it out. Come on next book
This one sure kept me guessing. I didn't figure it out until just before the killer was revealed. Jenna did an excellent job of keeping the suspense going.
Totally random and leaps to conclusions without any explanation or effort to follow any kind of logical path... and once again the killers blurt out the truth
