This was a nice romantic story and not much drama which is typical for any character that is related to Sebastian and the others that Ms. Parks creates. Sebastian and his brother Seth are mentioned quite a few times in this story because the main character, Chandler the fire fighter (he also appeared in the books with Sebastian and Sydney) meets the love of his life, Gabrielle. They got their HEA and that is what is most important!

This was a quick read and I enjoyed it. I loved Chandler from the start after meeting him in his cousin Sebastian book. I loved him and Gabrielle together. Hope to see them in the future.

Some children of divorced parents have difficulties as adults

Gabrielle Marcus was wary of any relationship of her own, remember the agony her parents went through. Even when two guys at work were vying for her attention, she was not interested. But, the day Firefighter Chandler Jack Cassady introduces himself to her, she was drawn like a moth to a flame and he to her. Just being around Gabby soothed him. He had to claim her and let every man around know that she was his and his only.

Chandler had one problem, he had a lie of omission by not telling Gabby who he was and the only thing she could think about if he lies then he could lie and leave her. She did not want a broken heart like her mother. But it was too late for both of them, they were thoroughly in love with each other, and miserable without each other. After saving Gabby from an almost tragic event, she came to her senses and realized that Chandler was the only man she wanted her HEA with.

This was a sweet easy read love story. I'll admit that the beginning was a little rough getting through but the drama, in the end, made it worth sticking to the story.

Blaze Fizzled Out

"Blazed" had a very good premise. Gabrielle and Chandler gaze at each other from afar before Chandler strikes up a conversation. They immediately adore one another. Chandler has issues. His mom died in a suspicious fire (hence, he's a firefighter), he blames his dad, is estranged from his family. Gabrielle is fearful of relationships because her parents are divorced. Started out great, but the story fizzled and burned out.

Have Read Better from this author

I've read better stories from this author. It wasn't a bad story, but not a lot of build-up to a really good story. And what happened to her son?? After they started having sex he was never mentioned again. It's almost like 2 different books that were spliced together......

Plus their drama is unique and awesome! This story will keep you on the edge of your seat with their love and passion it's captivating and makes you want to read the story more than once. The suspense makes you want to slap someone. This relationship grabbed my attention from the start its so fantastic. Then once their drama along with their emotions are added in it's a recipe for their happy ever after. I enjoyed it so much it's another pleasurable excitement from Posey Park. I'm absolutely obsessed with reading this author books. They all tell a beautiful and delightful story and what I enjoy the most is her characters even the secondary ones! He's the first and last

There is nothing quite as sexy as knowing that you know, that you know, who you want. Chandler wanted Gabrielle more than life. His love for her was almost instantaneous and was stronger than fear, trauma, and isolation. Stronger than the lies that loss and grief tell us. Gabrielle was instantly drawn to Chandler as well. Neither of them wasted time on who ir what was not for them. Their passion, desire, and love blazed hotter than a blue flame. I felt honored to view their love story.

Very good read too short from the other Posey Parks books

I really enjoyed this book as well. Both characters had past issues to deal with but gave each other support no matter what. I can’t wait to read about Seth and Luca story since they have been in previous book I actually decided to go ahead and buy. Not sure how these two characters will fit with the gang unlike the A hero’s love.

The One

Chandler was a loner, his mission in life is to save lives... due to a tragedy when he was only 7 years old. Dating and relationships are not in his list of priorities, that is until he set eyes on beautiful lady named Gabrielle... She is His One! And the same same goes for Gabby, He is Her One ...
Life is never simple, never black and white, there is always a gray area... Grab your copy and see for yourself!
Great read!

It was ok. I expected more from this book. It started off really slow and naive but then went super fast-paced. Not to mention it had like 3 different tropes that didn’t mesh as well as it could have. Not bad, but meh IMO.

Sweet story

Love at first sight for them both! I enjoyed the writing of the characters. However I would have loved to have seen more back story on both their families.

After the first chapter I realized that I had read this story before. It was part of a compilation book with other authors. It was a good read.

Had potential but made me cringe

The story line of this book could have been good but the writing was terrible. I was so uncomfortable with some of the dialogue that I had to laugh at how bad it was. The conversations weren’t natural and I was often confused as to who was speaking. The relationship and sex scenes were written in a way that reminded me of what someone thinks an adult relationship is like but has never experienced it. Which could’ve worked to the authors advantage had it been purposeful. Instead it was clunky and unnatural. The main character was creepy and obsessive. The plot line was thrown together like oh this is the story of Chandler and he liked this and they are in love but then the guy is rich oh and then there is this bad guy and they lived happily ever after. I’ve never read a book from this author so I have no frame of reference for their style but based on this I may not try another.

Authors, I encourage you to get a good copywriter and an honest friend to read your stuff.
