This is a cowboy Christmas clean romance. I really loved this book, and I did not want to put it down. I fall in love with the characters, and the story line was so very good. This book pulled me in at the beginning and kept me wanting to read. This book is beautifully written. This is a short and quick read. I was kindly provided an e-copy of this book by the publisher (Harlequin Love Inspired) or author (Jill Kemerer) via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review about how I feel about this book, and I want to send a big Thank you to them for that.
I'm Team Judd forever! He's a wonderful hero and this is such a sweet, precious romance. Judd and Nicole's doubts and fears create a tension within this story that really keeps the pages turning. And when I wasn't reading, I was thinking about these characters. Judd's concern for Nicole and her triplets is so endearing, especially when he develops a connection with the baby girl. I thought the construction of the gingerbread house was a fun, clever way to give Judd and Nicole a shared goal. I'm super impressed with the author's ability to incorporate triplets into this inspirational small-town romance.
Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for a complimentary copy. The opinions shared here are my own.
'He wasn't going to risk everything with the one woman he couldn't afford to lose.'
A widowed mother of triplet infants and an older than her rancher. She is mourning her husband who died a year ago and needs her independence. Judd offers her a cabin to live in for free. The town thins they are an item. He thinks he is much too old for her and doesn't have anything to offer her. Such a gentle , unassuming, and courageous hero Judd is. This was the most precious story. I loved every minute.
*My thanks to the publisher for a copy of this book via Net Galley. The opinion here is my own.
I loved this heartwarming Christmas story by author Jill Kemerer. I read it in one sitting because I couldn’t put it down. (While it’s book 3 in the Wyoming Sweethearts series, it can be read as a stand alone.)
The characters are so real to life. Judd is kind and caring of others. Nicole has gone through a hard time yet is doing her best as a single mom. And those triplets. Oh my. How lovable! Judd and Nicole grew during this story, making it a hopeful and promising story.
Clean and sweet, it makes the perfect Christmas read. I highly recommend it!
I received a complimentary copy of this book but was not required to leave a review.
Love love and love this story!! Love can hit you when you least expect it and in the most amazing ways. God always has our best interests and heart in mind and since love has no timetable we can be sure that when God says it's the right time it truly is the right time.
Rancher Judd Wilson sees that widowed single mother, Nicole Taylor and her young triplets need a place to stay, so he offers the cabin on his property. Judd has been alone for a long time, and is surprised by how much he is enjoying having the babies and Nicole around. Nicole does what she can to help out, offering to cook, and working to find a way to support herself. I loved how their friends were so supportive of Nicole and wanted to help her feel at home in Wyoming again.
Judd is a good man, hardworking and generous. I liked how he and Nicole were comfortable with each other right away, their friendship grows naturally and Judd is wonderful with the children. Judd is stable and reliable, even though he isn't one for dramatic gestures, I like that he isn't a smooth talker, but is steady and sincere. I admired his faith, and generosity.
Nicole has been through a lot in the last year, she is hard-working and industrious, and being on the receiving end of so many people's kindness is difficult for her. I admired her strength, and honesty with herself, as she finds her faith tested and strengthened.
A heartwarming holiday romance about family, faith, community, and second chances. I loved the character interaction and relationship building in this book, as well as the kindness of friends and community members. A sweet and enjoyable read, just in time for Christmas time.
I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
Great read. It was different but good to have the guy in the story not be confident as is usually the norm, and it made him all the more likable. The triplet babies made the story all the more likable. I really enjoyed it
Maybe getting through this Christmas wasn't about avoiding the past, but making peace with it.
As with all of Jill Kemerer's books I've read, this was a sweet love story and healing journey for her characters. It brought both laughter and tears at times, especially when the author unfolded Judd & Nicole's background stories. Nicole struggles to overcome the loss of her husband & raise her triplet babies alone. She finds the strength of community and a new purpose for her life. Meanwhile Judd opens the cabin at the back of his ranch to the pretty widow and her adorable babes but keeps his heart closed. He fears he's much too old for marriage, much too serious & set in his ways. Hopeless romantics like myself know that love has its own agenda, though don't we? Watching the walls fall down around both Nicole and Judd's heart was wonderful, sweetly perfect, and just in time for Christmas!
Just a side note: I haven't read any of the other books in the Wyoming Sweethearts series but I don't feel like I missed anything. With Love Inspired stories, they can be read by themselves. However, I will be scouring out the other books so I can get to know the rest of the side characters I met in this one!
Kemerer brings so many things into play with "The Cowboy's Christmas Blessing" ; faith, love, hope, forgiveness, second chances, healing, the strength of friends & community, and a tender story to stir your heart!
*I received a complimentary digital copy from the author and wasn't obligated to leave a favorable review. All opinions expressed here are my own. *
Cute little contemporary book. With the upcoming holiday season that will soon feel like is rushing sooner you may want to relax with a little holiday book. I enjoyed reading this book. While it doesn't scream Christmas is still pretty good. So there is Nicole looking for a bit of independence and it was nice enough for Judd to offer his place for her. He's been in a facing his own mortality kinda mood and is on a mission for find a successor since he doesn't have someone of his own or a child then incomes Nicole who is a multitasking widow mother of triples making things interesting. I enjoyed seeing their family life and the bit of romance. I appreciate that this book also remained clean so if you are looking for a cute and clean romance you'll enjoy this book as well.
It was a treat to travel back to Rendezvous, Wyoming for book 3 in Jill Kemerer’s Wyoming Sweethearts series, The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings. It was so easy to love the main characters, Judd Wilson and Nicole Taylor. They’re both endearing and relatable with some baggage from the past that they need to resolve. Judd is such a compassionate, giving, humble hero, and I immediately was drawn to him. Nicole is a sweet, loving mom of triplets who is trying to become more independent and make her own way after her husband died. Of course, the triplets are adorable and steal everyone’s heart. I enjoyed seeing the people around the town rallying around Nicole to help her, and it was even more fun to see Judd’s heart get stolen by the triplets and the pretty widow.
Although this is part of a series, it can easily be read alone. It’s a sweet, charming story of healing, forgiveness, and second chances. Put this one on your list for a delightful Christmas tale.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy from the author. All opinions are my own.
Triplets for Christmas are the best blessings ever. Christmas and unexpected adventure is the best type of Christmas!! Judd welcomes Nicole and her triplets into his home and then it’s fun fun fun after that. Christmas trees, stockings, gingerbread houses
The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings is the latest novel penned by Ms. Kemerer. I loved everything about this beautifully written story of widowed, Nicolle Taylor, her infant triplets and the kind, gentle, Judd Wilson. Judd is someone who you would want in your corner if you faced any hardships because he definitely would help you out in a difficult situation.
My heart went out to Nicolle as she set out to find a home for herself and her babies and the author made you feel her joy at finding the perfect place for her family. I could easily imagine her excitement when she saw the cabin that Judd offered her and I could picture her caring for her babies, while cooking and baking.
Overall, I thought this sweet, clean read was so good that I have already read it twice which is why I recommend it to other readers of inspirational romance novels. As far as I’m concerned it is never too early to read Christmas stories, especially is they are as wonderful as this one.
The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings By: Jill Kemerer This is a good clean cowboy romance that will have you turning the pages to see what is going to happen next. I did not want to put it down. A woman who lost her husband and trying to raise her triplets alone and find her way. A handsome cowboy in the picture might just change things. I caught myself laughing and other times tears in my eyes. Do you believe in second chances? I was given a complimentary copy of this book, but was not told that I had to give a positive review. All opinions are my own.
This story pulled me into the lives of the characters immediately and kept me wanting to continue right there with them. I love that it shows the realistic thoughts two may have as they struggle with their relationship. It's not easy. Judd and Nicole were led to rely on the Lord's guidance on what choices to make. I received a complimentary copy of the paperback in exchange for an honest review. I can honestly say I enjoyed reading the book and recommend all of Jill Kemerer's books to others. Now, I'm hoping for the next book to be about Eden and/or Ryder. ;)
“She had a choice-take the stairs down to paralyzing fear or go out the side door and focus on the good things in her life”
Another wonderful story...The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessing is the next book in the Wyoming Sweethearts series. Jill Kemerer always has a special way with words making you feel like you’re at the center of a Hallmark movie. Well, that’s how I feel.
Returning to Rendezvous, Nicole Taylor is a new widow that recently lost her husband, Aaron. She just moved into her own cabin on Judd Nelson’s property. She wants to start off fresh for her three triplets and gain some independence on her own. She doesn’t want to be a burden on anyone. She has ladies in her community helping her out in the mornings while she gets some work done.
I really enjoyed the connections that started happening on the ranch. Judd wants to be a good neighbor and help her out when he can. He thinks he’s too old for her to even spark an interest for him. She’s a new widow so she probably still in mourning of losing her husband. Will they overcome the obstacles that each of them face? Will living on the ranch beside Judd be welcoming? Will she find new love again?
I really enjoyed this story about renewal and starting over. The faith elements always add the extra touch that’s needed when bringing two souls together that need healing in some way. I really enjoyed this story and can’t wait for the next one. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. I was under no obligation to leave a positive review. All opinions stated here are my own.
Boy, The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings was an awesome read. The plot was simple yet effective. I loved the characters ~ they were flawed and very likable. I loved the triplets, though I felt a bit exhausted every time they were on page 😉 The ending was perfectly written and expertly paced.
By the way, I’d love to see the cabin the heroine lived in. She loved it so much, it intrigued me! I know, I know, it is fiction, the cabin isn’t real….Or is it? I received a complimentary copy of the book. No review was required.
A magical Christmas story about taking chances, finding hope, being able to forgive and love again, but most of all, holding onto your faith. Love, love, loved the main characters, Nicole and Judd. Just a beautiful, inspirational story that will get you in the mood for Christmas season to arrive.
I always love reading stories by Jill Kemerer. This heartwarming story is beautiful and inspirational. From mourning the death of her husband to the chance of finding love again, the main character is trying to continue life while raising triplets and finding her own path. Add a handsome cowboy to the mix and things just might change. A great story. I received a complimentary copy of the book. No review was required.
I received a copy of The Cowboy's Christmas Blessing to review and was not disappointed! Jill Kemerer does such a wonderful job of bringing her characters to life. I enjoyed being back in Rendezvous with her new characters and old favorites from previous books. This is a heartwarming Christmas story and I couldn't put it down.
Nicole has had quite the eventful year; first she became a widow, then gave birth to triplets shortly after, and finally was kicked out of her mom's house. Judd has been a quiet fixture in the ranching community but never on anyone's radar. An act of kindness on his part opens the door to a journey of hope and love. I enjoyed Jill's story. They are what I consider to be light reading packed with deep messages of hope and growth. I primarily read heavy suspense so these are a welcome cleansing of the palate. This book is part of a series and I have read at least one other one. Jill is consistent in her writing and they are all enjoyable!
I did receive an ARC of this from Jill but i freely give my honest review.
I loved every minute of this sweet contemporary book. Kemerer is an excellent storyteller and I love how she brings Nicole and Judd to life and how they seem realistic and the things that Kemerer has put them through that ppl go through in real life. It's why I love her stories. Judd is definitely my hero! The way he's so kind and caring! He's made me a fan of him and Nicole forever. This book deserves more than 5 stars. The plot of this story was so very good! I finished the book in one hour. I simply couldn't put it down! I highly recommend this book! You'll love it as much as I did! My thanks to Harlequin and Netgalley for this book. I was NOT required to write a positive review. All opinions are my own!
Nicole had known Aaron almost all her life. When they were in the second grade they decided they would be together forever. They married when they were 18 and he had some kind of disease but they thought he would live to be middle age. However he died after several years of them being married. She lost him at Christmas and she was pregnant with triplets.
Now she has come home to live with her Mom but her Mom moved to Florida with her new boyfriend and her sister moved somewhere else with her new boyfriend. That left Nicole looking for a place to stay with her triplets and no income.
Thank goodness her friend Judd had a cabin that she could stay in rent free. Loved the book and couldn't put it down, it was so good. I love Christmas books and this one was really good
4.5 stars The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings is Jill Kemerer’s latest Love Inspired story from the Wyoming Sweethearts series. Kemerer always writes such sweet romances and this one is no different. A Christmas setting with a set of cute triplets, a single, widowed mom and a stand-up hero make this a story waiting to be read. Judd Wilson is such an admirable and kind hero and Nicole Taylor is a wonderful match for him. Characters from previous books in this series also appear in the story, but it can be read as a stand-alone. I definitely recommend this book as a fun, romantic read. I was given a copy of this book by the author. All opinions stated are my own.
The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings by Jill Kemerer is the third book in her Wyoming Sweethearts series. When a quiet cowboy opens his ranch to a widow and her triplets he wonders whether the life he’s always lived isn’t the one he still wants.
Judd Wilson has always been uncomfortable around women, uncomfortable around small talk, and uncomfortable around crowds. But he has always believed in taking care of people. So when Nicole Taylor asks if a cabin on his property is available for rent, he gives it to her rent-free without a second thought.
Nicole is facing her first year as a widow and now she also needs a home for herself and her triplets. It’ll be her first time fully on her own, but she’s determined to make it. To stand on her own two feet. To take steps toward healing. But Judd’s stalwart kindness opens her heart in a way she doesn’t expect.
Jill Kemerer did a fantastic job writing Judd and Nicole. The kind, silent type and the healing widow. Tough characters to put onto a page, but they leapt off it! It’s so easy to see how Judd and Nicole are meant to be together. Whether the insecurities from their past and the questions about their future will leave space for each other to actually be together is a question you’ll have to answer by reading the whole story.

The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings is a contemporary romance novella written by author Jill Kemerer.
It’s almost Christmas a year after Nicole Taylor became a widow with three babies. Nicole spent the year living with her mom, her sister, and her triplets. Now she is on her own with her triplets. Needing a place to stay she wonders if it’s ok to accept a place from Judd Wilson.
The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings is a clean-wholesome, encouraging, faith-filled novella. The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings is book three of the Wyoming Sweethearts series and acts as a stand-alone.
I highly recommend The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings to readers who want a good, clean Christmas novella.
God Bless and Thank You for reading. I give The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings 5*/5*.

I am really enjoying Jill Kemerer's Wyoming Sweethearts series of books. I enjoy seeing the main characters continuing to reappear. The Cowboy's Christmas Blessings stars Judd Wilson and Nicole Taylor. A young widow with triplet babies, Nicole needs a place to live. Judd agrees to let her live in the cabin on his property rent free. In exchange Nicole feeds him dinner several night a week and helps him make a special gingerbread house as a Christmas gift for his beloved Aunt Gretchen. Although Judd is used to living by himself, he finds himself getting attached to Nicole and her cute babies. Nicole on the other hand, doesn't know how to feel about Judd after living a year mourning her husband's death. This holiday story is sweet with two very likable characters. I enjoyed its Christian element and the friends to lovers trope.
