Hmm

I must agree, this was super rushed to the point it could've been combined with book one to make it a full novel instead of 2 novelette🤷🏽.
That community🍆having ex-husband of got what he deserved. If you don't miss a good thing until its gone was a person, it'd be him. He most definitely took advantage of his wife's love and loyalty. Thought he was invincible out here in them streets, til he got stuck ol Cindy Lou😂😂😂
I was disappointed at Jensen but, I gave him a pass ounces he came to his senses and came clean to Kynnadi about what almost took place batten him and his ex Tameka. Her and her friends got off easy after trying to kill Jen & Kynn baby😡
Jensen & Kynnadi journey to love was fast but, he knew what he wanted and he let her know daily what her and her babies meant to him.
Would love to fear more from Hasani & Kimbrella💕

4.5 ⭐ I enjoyed the conclusion of this little 2 part story. A nice quick read and of course I love the romance and comedy. I just didn't like how the ending was so rushed.

2nd chance at love

This felt a little rushed to me, but I enjoyed it none the less. I feel like the author could have had one full length novel instead of two separate novellettes.

Kynnadi and Jensen are now officially together, even though Jahmil is lingering in the wind. When I tell you I fell out laughing at Jahmil's dumbas$ at that sharing food with the dog scene. It was nasty and hilarious because he downgraded significantly. He really took Kynnadi for granted sleeping with who ever unsafely smh. Then had the nerve to think Kynnadi would really want him back. The audacity...He was really living out that saying of not realizing what you have until it's gone. He deserved all of that Karma.
Jensen showed his age in this book. He had some careless actions especially for somebody that's supposed to be a boss. Why he felt the need to have his ex in his business was beyond me, it was definitely childish and fueled the fire. His moment of weakness had both me and Kynnadi's bestie Kimbrella ready to bop him upside the head. How are you overjoyed with happiness, yet weak to something that would end said happiness smh again the youth was showing. Don't even get me started on trifling, hater Tameka that fumbled the ball and then got mad because Kynnadi picked it up and scored. She got off lightly in my opinion.
Overall, I wish more time would've been spent between Kynnadi and Jensen. A little more dating and getting to really know each other. I liked them together though.
Again grammar needed to be tightened, but I enjoyed the characters and would definitely read a book featuring Hasani and Kimbrella.

This was a short, sweet , romantic book that I really enjoyed. Kynnedi and Jensen had a fast paced, whirlwind romance that caused them to build a family really fast. He showed her what true love was and built up her self esteem that was diminished by her husband. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who still believes in love at first sight. Now, we just need to read more about Kim and Sani. 😊

Dejavu

The story felt like deja vu, like I had read it before, but I had forgotten. Jensen and Kynnadi had an affair after her husband cheated and got his mistress pregnant. Her cheating was not a get back; it was about falling out of love with her cheating a** husband and finding a better peacekeeper for her heart. I liked this quick read.

No Longer Waiting

Kynnadi and Jensen's story was wrapped up in a neat little bow! I feel that Jahmil and Tameka got off TOO EASY for their indiscretions! Overall, an extremely enjoyable book!

It felt rushed. Especially the end. I’m glad this book was a short read because I was a bit bored. Nothing interesting really happened. And the one fight scene that did happen felt a bit forced in there.

It was easy to read tho which was great.

There was so much going on in this novelette that kept me on the edge of my seat. I enjoyed it. Looking to read more from this author.

Awesome Read

I read the Waiter and was ecstatic when I realized there was more. This was the greatest story. I like the HEA’s. Now I want to know Kimbrella and Hasani’s story.
