A mercenary with a mysterious past. A bodyguard, ready to fight. And beautiful Lawrence, just trying to have a good time.

Raiden doesn’t expect much danger from his new bodyguard gig. He’s a fighter, but this rich kid just needs someone to keep him out of trouble. Watching Lawrence wriggling his hips and flirting with other men stirs up feelings Raiden didn't expect. He tries like hell to resist temptation, but when a suspicious stranger keeps crossing their path, Raiden smells danger, and it sends him over the edge.

Being a mercenary on the black market in New York means that Cash doesn’t have much time for hookups, let alone relationships. So why does his heart skip a beat when he starts a new gig, trailing the son of a corrupt CEO? Sure, Lawrence is an angel with sparkling eyes, but Cash has a job to do, and a secret vendetta driving his every action. At least Lawrence has a hot bodyguard with a temper. It makes the game of pursuing the kid twice as fun…

Lawrence knows that no one wants to hear a poor little rich boy story, especially not from the son of a powerful, corrupt CEO. Instead, he buries his demons, gives the money from his trust fund to charity, and spends his days partying with friends. But when his bodyguard comes swinging at his new crush, Lawrence’s life spirals out of control.

With corrupt billionaires and crime bosses hot on Lawrence’s trail, will Raiden and Cash be able to put their explosive differences aside in time to save him?

Double Down is an M/M/M bodyguard romance and the third book in Bad Boy Security. It can be read alone, but is best appreciated as part of the series. Enjoy!

Double down was an enjoyable read, especially Lawrence! I love Lawrence, and his 'personality'. That alone, maybe what made Cash and Raiden easily falling for him.
The opposite attract and enemy to lovers between Cash and Raiden also made me hard to put the book down.
I haven't read the earlier books about Seb and Jameson. I think I need to read those books ASAP!
This is a stand alone, but better if you read the series in order.

A really good MMM romance with three very different men that work so well together but secrets and enemies could ruin their HEA.
Lawrence is innocent with a heart of gold, wanting to help those his father's company has hurt. Raiden is the protector, fighting to keep Lawrence safe, even from Cash. Cash is suave and sophisticated, determined to take down those who killed his family. Together, they're a force to be reckoned with but there's a few ups and downs to get through before they all understand each others backgrounds and reasoning for working together.
It makes for fun reading as each man comes to know the other; Raiden is Lawrence's bodyguard, Cash hits on Lawrence though for unscrupulous reasons (at least at first), Raiden doesn't trust Cash. No one can deny their attraction to the others though and once they all allow that and the truth out, they build a strong connection and their chemistry is off the charts. The plot of the book is great, it kept me on my toes as we learn who we can and cannot trust, what those in power have actually been doing and who it's been affecting. All three men grow and come to have a better understanding of themselves and what they want in their future. There's a little bit of everything here with romance, action, mystery and intrigue.
Another wonderful read from R. Cayden and an enjoyable addition to the Bad Boy Security series. I've loved all of the books so far and the characters we've been introduced to and look forward to who is coming next.
I received an ARC and am happily giving a review.

Engaging MMM romance with action, drama and lots of suspense, Interesting and diverse characters come together to create a dynamic triad.  These MC's are well crafted and have great back stories so you have a real feel for them.  I really enjoyed their thoughts and interactions.  I loved that we got to see some of the previous MC's come to play a role in helping our current trio.  These guys definitely needed some help to find their way to a happy ending with everyone staying alive.

Raiden, Cash and Lawrence are dynamic, interesting and very steamy together.  The are unique men and they really do fit together, even if at first glace they don't appear to have anything in common. I really enjoyed the ending!

This is book three of the Bad Boy Security series and you can read as a stand-alone.  You will see characters from previous books and to get full enjoyment you might want to consider reading the books in order.

I was gifted this book from Gay Romance Reviews and i freely give my honest opinion and review.

A Joyfully Jay review.

I’ve been with the Bad Boy Security series from the beginning and I’ve really enjoyed them. They’re relatively fast reads with a lot of action and intrigue, and Double Down is a nice addition. I really like the characters here. Raiden was living a life that wasn’t very good for him…even if is a good man. He was serious about his job and wanted to make his boss proud. Lawrence isn’t the usual “poor little rich boy.” He despises his father, and his father doesn’t approve of his “lifestyle.” Lawrence has two trust funds and a salary. Even though he’s a party boy, he’s not living off this father. In fact, he actually gives away all that money. Cash, even though his “job” isn’t exactly on the up and up, is single minded in his pursuit of bringing down the company for good reason. All three of men have good hearts, even if it doesn’t always show.

My first book in the series and it worked well as a stand alone.
Raise is Lawrence's bodyguard. Cash sent to gain information from Lawrence.
Different men in different worlds come together in a mix of lies, deception and half truths. They become united in a cause, although there is still a measure of distrust.
Good mmm story containing action and adventure.

This has to be my favorite book in the ‘Bad Boy Security’ series so far with the most heat between characters and the most danger and mystery.

Raiden is sort of concerned about his makeshift family falling apart when his best friend and brother by choice join his uncle Declan in his security company. Gray and Horatio are the only family that he has had for such a long time now, so he worries that Gray might leave him and Horatio behind. At the same time, he would never try to hold his best friend back. When Gray goes to Declan on his and Horatio’s behalf and gets them hired on with the security firm as well, he is relieved because both men had been sort of flapping in the wind without Gray to ground them.

Working for Declan has come with bumps along the way but Raiden, for the most part, likes the stability of the job, especially the steady income.

After a rather messy job Raiden is sure that he is about to be fired. Of course, Declan has something else in mind instead... a security job following around a party guy. At first Raiden is skeptical about the job but there is no way he is going to let Declan down again.

What starts off as an easy job, other than being attracted to the guy he is guarding, quickly turns dangerous when Raiden realizes that someone has been following both Raiden and Jameson.

Jameson did not want to hire a bodyguard at first, but he allowed his friends to convince him that it is what is best for him. Jameson has found himself in some pretty sticky situations lately and is definitely in need of someone watching his back.

Jameson finds himself overwhelmingly attacked to his new bodyguard. This is nothing unusual for Jameson though, because he has been attracted to many men over the years. What is not usual for him though is the fact that his attention has not wavered any of the time they have known each other. The only other individual he is attracted to is a man he has recently met named Dixon. And weirdly enough he has the same amount of weird attraction to Dixon as he has for Raiden.

Cash – known to Jameson and Raiden under the alias Dixon – has found himself between a rock and a hard place. He has a job to do which involves getting close to Jameson. The problem lies in the fact that since he has insinuated himself into Jameson’s life, he has gotten to know him and his bodyguard as well. Now he is in the unpredictable situation of liking both of them. So what is he going to do?

What starts out as an easy job quickly turns into something more dangerous. If Raiden does not figure out whether he can trust Cash, he may end up losing more than he ever thought possible. Cash needs to figure out how to let the two men in that he is falling for in order to keep them safe.

This was such a great read. I enjoyed not only the back and forth between the three men but also the danger/mystery aspect of this read as well. I am not sure if Horatio is getting a book or not, but I really hope so because I love the reappearance of characters from prior books in this series. This was my favorite in the series thus far.

Double Down is the third book in the Bad Boy Security series by author R. Cayden. This is the first time I have read this series and I was not lost at all.
This book has everyone’s point of view, in a triad that can be confusing, but it was not in this book. I liked it. I also liked that each man is necessary. No one feels underdeveloped and they each play a role that they need too.
In this book, we have Lawrence, Raiden, and Cash
Raiden is a bodyguard. He falls for Lawrence right away. I liked how Raiden is a bunch of contradictions. He uses violence to work out his issues. But he is patient and smart. He is a great bodyguard, but he does have a temper.
Lawrence is using drinking and partying to escape a life he hates. He will smile through the pain. He doesn’t let anyone know he really hates his father. The best he can do is give away as much of his money as he can. And he parties hard. Under all that, he really wants love and attention for who he is not what he has.
Cash he likes to dress nicely. He has panache. No secret he is gay. He is hired to tail Lawrence. He doesn’t like doing this job he feels taking out things on an innocent is wrong. He is a mercenary with a heart.
Overall, each man brings something necessary for this story. I loved that. I really enjoyed this story and cannot wait for more in the future. I might have to go and read the stories I missed.

Here the reader has 3 males not hiding their sexual preferences. Each admits to society where their proclivities are. Raiden and Cash are for hire through their bosses and each takes on the job of either guarding Lawrence, the young and wild son of a despicable parent. Each man has his own motives for getting into Lawrence's good graces as each wants to ruin and collapse the corporation Horizon Zed for destroying their families. But neither one of them counts on Lawrence's magnetism or what the other man sees in the other. This is a triad story full of industrial espionage, gang violence, retribution, and last but not least, love. I haven't read the previous books in this series YET but characters do appear to add to this story. I really became involved with these triad and was immersed in this plot. For the GRR ARC I received I am leaving my voluntary and honest review.

Great addition to the series

Such a good story.
Three men, all as different as can be.
Each a little lonely, lost, insecure and searching for something indefinable.
Lawrence is partying his way through life having been made an outcast by his family and fobbed off with money.
Raiden is a not so morally right guy hired to be a bodyguard for Lawrence.
Cash is a hacker spying on Lawrence with a secret agenda.
As they all come into contact with each other,
sparks fly and the chemistry between them is sizzling.
There's fast paced action, drama, danger and betrayals from all sides.
I really enjoyed seeing the three of them figure out how a relationship between the three of them would work and they all grew and developed individually.
Sweet and sexy with engaging characters and an intriguing plot that kept me hooked.

A great start to the book as with the others books in the series.. Cash had a mission but he had to be careful but things become complicated. There's fire between the three of them when they meet and not sexy scenes related lol. Lawrence is full of trouble when parties but there's another side to him. Intrigue and suspicion and definitely a bit of miss trust happening with characters. A smooth read with three POVs included with their back stories. Hot sexy scenes included. A puzzle of who's the bad guy and dramas follow for a great finish. A great MMM book to read, I really liked the story the further in it progresses and dramas start.

Double Down is the third installment in th Bad Boy SecuritySeries, but it can be reads as a stand alone, although you'll enjoy it more having the experiece of reading the complete series.

I really enjoyed the unconvetional romance between Cash, Lawrence and Raiden. One can't be more polar opposite than the other in personalities as physically but somehow they just work pertfectly together.

This books has it all. Angst, action, drama, humour, steaminess and everything in between. R. Cayden did a great job with this one. Managing expertly the MMM relationship letting emotions be the guide of everyone’s actions. Everything fits pefectly into a beautiful combination of an amazing read.

*I read an ARC of the book in exchange for my honest review.

This is a very enjoyable addition to the series and is about three very different men Lawrence who is adorable, a hot mess, who is lost and needs looking after, which is where Raiden comes in as his tempted/ tempting bodyguard and Cash who is up to no good but has a higher purpose. When these three characters came together it was explosive and it worked so very well but their secrets and enemies leave obstacles that could make them work for they’re HEA. I had fun reading this, wishing I could party alongside them in a few of the scenes. This book showcases how good this author is at intertwining a triad relationship into their stories. I would recommend this series as well as this book.

Lawrence is just a cute guy, a teeny tiny impulsive and self-destructive, but so sweet. He just wants to make everyone happy, and he's even willing to do it at the risk of doing damage to himself, sometimes. He didn't always value himself as highly as Cash and Raiden value him, but I think that he's been hurt so much that it's hard to actually value himself.

I think that Raiden has a great heart and is really loyal, and when he keeps his temper under control, he's so good for Lawrence and Cash. I like him a lot.

Cash is an interesting character, and he's a lot of fun too.

I think that these guys are so perfect for each other.

Oh my!
The pages of this book sizzle.
The mystery makes for a compelling read.
The romance makes your heart flutter.
The danger keeps you turning pages!
And you hang in just to see 'revenge' delivered to those who so richly deserve.

With a PI, mercenary and a 'poor little rich boy' working together it should be easy, right? Well hang on...because there are some wild and crazy times ahead with no guarantee they'll survive in the end.

Cash, Raiden and Lawerence were a dynamic trio looking to fill the empty spaces in their life's. I never thought the three of them would get on the same page but they did, only to be broken apart and finally mended for their happily ever after. Definitely a stand alone in this series but the characters from the previous books do make appearances so having their background is fun. I recommend reading the first two books in the series first just for added reading pleasure.

The third book in the Bad Boy Security series is a great as the others. Lawrence is sweet and will give you the shirt off his back and always getting hurt. He is assigned a bodyguard named Raiden. Raiden thinks he's got an easy job protecting Lawrence. Cash is hired to follow Lawrence but finds he's attracted to both men. The book is MMM, enemies to lovers, some intense moments, funny and the three together makes this an exciting and hot book.

This plot had it all drama, some twists, humour, angst and hot sensual scenes between Lawrence, Raiden and Cash. At times kept me on the edge of my seat, this author’s words flowed and writes menages so each man fits beautifully, like a glove.

I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book for my honest opinions of which I’m under no obligation to do so. I definitely recommend this book.

Another amazing R Cayden’s book! This MMM story is about betrayal and revenge and how in the middle of everything Raiden, Cash and Lawrence found each other and the strength to follow their heart and accept love and happiness. As always, the author managed expertly the MMM relationship letting emotions be the guide of everyone’s actions. Loved it!!

I really loved this story. There seemed to always be something going down. Lawrence was acting out all the time, while Cash and Raiden were keeping watch ,but for different reasons.

Raiden, Cash, and Laurence are something else! You have two stubborn and hard-headed men along with one who is just as stubborn but also super sweet. It makes for an excellent story with tempers and passions everywhere! This is an incredible series, but this book can be read as a standalone if you feel so inclined.
