Highly recommended. This book isn’t just a list of great tasks. The writers share very useful micro-strategies, feedback tips and templates, as well as a checklist to create your own tasks. I found their suggestions on how to focus on form particularly useful, as I wasn’t sure how to tackle this in a TBL lesson.

This is the book to pick up if you need a shoo-in to TBLT. It contains a clear rationale for the approach, a host of varied tasks, plus support in the form of tools and advice for the teacher.
