Trust.
Loyalty.
Family.

These are the ties that bind. As a Ruthless Sinner, I live by those words—all the brothers do. We’re family, our bonds stronger than blood, and as their sergeant at arms, my loyalty has never wavered—until the night they brought her to the clubhouse.

The red-headed beauty didn’t belong there.
It was her brother who’d betrayed us, but there she was, atoning for his sins.

I didn’t want to hurt her.

I wanted to protect her, claim her as my own, but as secrets started to unfold, I was left with an impossible choice.

The ties that bind often come at a price—some more costly than others.

This is Hawk’s story, book one of L Wilder’s new Ruthless Sinners crossover series. Ties That Bind is a standalone MC romance with a group of bikers who will take you on a hell of a ride. They’re foul-mouthed, possessive alphas who will stop at nothing to protect their women. No cheating and a HEA.

Ties that Bind was the first book in the Ruthless Sinners MC series by L Wilder.

I’m a huge fan of Wilder’s other MC series (Satan’s Fury MC and Devil’s Chasers MC) and Ruthless Sinners was no exception. Wilder did an excellent job of setting the stage for the MC brothers as well as navigating through the relationship development between Hawk and Delilah. It was well written, well developed, and intriguing.

Hawk was a patched member of the MC. Family was everything and his loyalty ran deep. And Delilah had the same loyalty to family but unfortunately, due to her family commitment, she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. So their meeting was not under the best of terms, but Wilder walked us through the messy process with plenty of sparks.

I loved the storyline and the development. True to Wilder’s style, the MC was fierce, loyal, alpha and a force to be reckoned with. And her heroine was strong, sassy, independent and the perfect match for her hero. I can’t wait to read more from the Ruthless Sinners - and hopefully we’ll get a series for the Dark Ravens too!

I'm in the minority here. He was a man whore, women were always coming on to him.
Since how they met I really wish it was the H that tried to get together with her. It was the h that invited him in for dinner. He did two nice things and then she decided he was a nice guy, after all that happened I just wasn't buying it. The club beats and kills people, even considered killing her, they have two strip clubs where they sell their coke. I needed grander gestures I guess. Will I read more in this series, maybe

This was a really cute story filled with great characters and had a strong and feisty main women character that we instantly fell in love with and we just loved that.

From the moment you started turning the pages the story was filled with suspense and had tons of action and drama to draw you right in and kept you glued to the pages the the very end.

Hawk/Zander and Deliliah had amazing chemistry and were super hot together not only that Deliliah was sassy strong and independent and able to hold her own against her sexy hot alpha biker. We loved seeing Hawk go from being hard and uncaring to being so sweet and protective and kind and loving and he just seemed to be a different Hawk when in the presence of Deliliah. We loved feeling the zing between them from the moment the met even under those dire circumstances they were drawn to once another even when they should have been mortal enemies.

Overall we loved it as the characters were amazing and the story was full of suspense and drama and took some really big twists and turns that lead to an outcome that you never saw coming.

"We love when that happens and what a surprise it was that we never saw coming!"

A Great Start to a New Series!!

Hawk/Zander was a member of the Ruthless Sinners MC and was a hot alpha biker who was never into making a woman his except for only one night. Delilah was a nurse working at a nursing home never knowing the turn her life was about to take. Delilah’s brother, Danny had gotten himself into a lot of trouble when he was the one who sold bad stuff to the Ruthless Sinners without him knowing otherwise. It just so happened that Delilah was at his place when the Sinners came looking for answers as to what happened with their last shipment.

In the world of drugs and MC’s things got pretty dark when they took both Danny and Delilah back to the clubhouse. It was Hawk that was awarded the job of keeping an eye on Delilah and that was just the start of it for them. Danny however was tortured until they realized that he wasn’t behind the deception but now it was the next step as to find out who the culprit was.

There are some huge surprises in this book that took on a crazy turn of events. I have to say that if you can’t handle some of the darker side of MC’s this probably isn’t for you but for me it draws me in even deeper. Then let’s add in the chemistry between Zander and Delilah and I had myself a book I couldn’t put down. I cannot wait to see what’s next to come in this series. I would highly recommend this book.

Hawk/Zander is in a rock and a hard place with his MC. The woman he was told to watch as her brother was in deep with his MC is slowly driving him insane in a good way. Delilah is taken with Zander, yet he is the enemy and she doesn't want to want him. A strong alpha male is one who can show his woman his soft underbelly and that is what happens here. Zander and Delilah have a lot of depth character wise and smoking hot times that scorch the pages. Great world building by the author Wilder and can't wait to read more in this series.

Oh ya! Leslie has started a new MC series with a bang! Literally! (You’ll have to read this one to see what I am talking about.)
Let me start off by saying her MC stories are a bit softer. Which I personally enjoy. If you are looking for something hard, this may not be the story for you. No cheating or anything like that with this one. And it does end with a HEA.

Hawk and Delilah meet when she is kidnapped. Is that the right word???? Hmmm...
Let’s just go with it...
So he meets her when she is kidnapped and the two are drawn to each other.
You know what???
I’m gonna stop right here. I highly recommend you read this one! Great story!

P.S. I love this cover! That man IS Hawk!

When someone crosses the Club you know there's gonna be hell to pay, but when a firery little minx gets caught up in her brothers wrong doing? Well... That's another story.

Hawk, The Clubs Sargent at Arms is in charge of watching Delilah, to make sure that she really doesn't know what her brother was up too and to make sure she keeps what she's learnt to herself. He never expected her to captivate him with just one glance.

Delilah was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Being dragged into her brothers mess has really annoyed her, but his her brother and she would do absolutely anything to make sure he survives, even it means turning up her not so normal sassy attitude towards Hawk.

Delilah struggled with the coming to terms with what the club is and the information that Hawk could tell her and what he couldn't. But she also couldn't get enough of Hawk.

Hawk never wavered in his affection for Delilah. Sure she pushed his buttons, challenged him at almost every turn and asked more questions than he could give her answers but he knew what he wanted. Nothing was going to keep her from him.

Mr. McClanahan was probably my favourite secondary character. An Ol' Timer who once upon a time headed up the Dark Ravens MC who now resides in the nursing home Delilah works in. He was so full of life when the members of the Ruthless Sinners spent time with him. Happy to talk about the places his ridden and the bikes his owned Mr. McClanahan went along way to softening Delilah towards the MC and Hawk himself.

That's not to say I didn't like the other members or Hawk and Delilah themselves because I did.
L.Wilder knows MC Romance. The world she weaves is captivating to say the least. Ties That Bind is the kick starter of a new MC Chapter loosely connected to Satan's Fury (prologue) and like her previous MC Series' this one is going to be a wild ride.

Ties that Bind is the first in a new series which is a spin off of the Satan's Fury MC Memphis Chapter series. I have to admit to not having read the series yet, this is my second book by the author and now I'm wondering why I didn't spend quarantine catching up on everything she's written.
Hawk and Delilah may be my new favorite couple. He is absolutely perfect.
Sexy, alpha and has a good heart. Delilah is strong, an that's a huge selling point for me, I've never enjoyed the weak, crybaby heroines whatsoever.
Hawk found his place with the MC.
Delilah spent her life trying to take care of her family even when it wasn't her responsibility. She's got her degree and a good job that she loves.
She's not the type you would generally find with someone like Hawk.
He in turn knows he shouldn't bring her into his world but sometimes what you know and what you have to do are conflicted.
Great story, I couldn't put this book down and know now that I have to go back and read a few previous series asap because if this book is anything to judge by, I've been missing some great storytelling! 4.5 stars.

"Need surged through me like a f@cking wildfire. I feared if I didn’t extinguish the burn , it would completely consume me."

4 sexy AF stars for L Wilders opening novel in the new Ruthless Sinners MC series, Ties That Bind!

L Wilder has done a fantastic job with the new MC series, Ruthless Sinners! Hawk and the rest of the brothers are sexy, and loyal, but Hawk never dreamed he would find a woman like Delilah to make his own!

Delilah is angry with her brother, and the Ruthless brothers, and she's determined that Hawk is just as bad as her brother, until Hawk proves that she is the only girl he wants!

A super fun, sexy, dangerous new MC! I can't wait to see what L Wilder brings next!!

I really enjoyed the beginning and the Hero working out that he had feelings for the heroine. It started to lose the plot when the dad was introduced because that made little sense. We didn’t know enough to have that character introduced without giving any closure to the heroine or Danny. I liked the MCbrothers who had the author spend a little time developing their characters I can’t wait to hear Viper be matched up. The weird thing for me was the constant talk of the club dealing drugs. At the beginning of the story the heroine was dead set against them. By the end the heroine had a complete about-face to her character at the beginning of he story.

I will read on to see how the author develops this world and conflict. 🙃

3 1/2⭐⭐⭐'s rounded up to 4. I liked this book a lot but didn't love it. I've been trying to figure out what is missing and finally figured it out. The women, old ladies and or club hang arounds. I usually look forward to the interaction between the old ladies but there wasn't any.
This is the first book in the Ruthless Sinners MC. This is Hawk's, Zanders, and Delilah's book . A weird match but they make it work. I don't want to give too much away but can't think of anything to say without telling too much so If you want to read it know it's an adult book and part of a series and it has all the naughty bits.

This is the first book in a new series for L. Wilder. Darker than any other book I’ve read by this author and I’ve read them all. There were a couple of things in this story I wasn’t comfortable with. I know it’s a MC story but still!! There are just some things you don’t expect the good guys to do. I’m not saying I didn’t like the book because I did. The second half was more what I expect from this amazing author.
Hawk and Delilah are a unlikely couple and just prove that just because your from two different worlds you can still find love. Ms. Wilder has definitely gone in a different direction with this new series so let’s see where it goes from here. I’m game!

It was a story that had such great potential but kept falling short in my opinion. The leading lady could have been such a strong female lead if she didn’t succumb so easily into our male lead. Our male lead was a man who appreciated the female form in the sense of pleasure but never had a desire for a deeper relationship yet somehow managed to get what he wanted within 48hours. It was all a bit unrealistic and neither lead character demonstrated anything deeper about them. Even the sex scenes seemed a bit too tamed. Ehh.. just wasn’t my cup of tea.

Ms. Wilder’s Books never let me down no matter the genre but her MC series are always a must have for this reader. Ties That Bind is book one of a new series and I’ll go out on a limb right now and say it’s going to be a dandy. The book is very well written and had a thrilling, steamy, action packed storyline that had me reading into the wee hours just to see what happens. The clubhouse is full of hot, alpha bikers that kept me on my toes as to how things were going to go down and my heart thumping with anticipation.

Hawk is the typical no strings attached kind of guy. He loves his life as a brother in the Ruthless Sinners MC and there just isn’t time for a long term relationship. But when he sees Delilah, who happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time while the club is shaking down her brother, Hawks protective instincts take over - there's just something about her that makes him want more. But the club has and always will come first with him. Can he figure out a way to save the red haired beauty who knows too much or will he be forced to do the unimaginable? Will Delilah even let Hawk close to her knowing her brother Danny is at the mercy of the club and his chances of survival are slim?

Very exciting intense storyline with a wonderful romantic flare. I highly recommend Ties that Bind and this reader can’t wait for book 2 of the Ruthless Sinners MC Series. 2 Thumbs Up and 5 Stars for this must read start to the series.

3⭐️

If I’m reading a MC romance I expect a badass gorgeous guy, lots of violence, illegal activity, dirty talk, OTT possessiveness etc. I didn’t get all that with this. The way it was written, especially from Hawk’s POV didn’t seem like how a badass biker would talk. Some parts were ok, it had some torture scenes and a murder scene but other than that it was tame. Delilah’s character was ok but kind of empty and didn’t have a lot of personality showing through onto the pages. I don’t even know how old the characters are, I think there needed to be more detail and more depth to this story.

POV: Dual, 1st person.
SERIES or STANDALONE: 1st in series, can be read as a standalone.
TROPES: M/F adult, taken captive, MC romance.
SIZE: 241 (last page) Kindle pages.

PLOT: 📚📚📚📚/5
ROMANCE: ❤️❤️❤️/5
SPICE/STEAM: 🌶🌶.5/5
TRIGGERS: 😈/5 (murder, torture)

Delilah and Hawk (Zander)
Ruthless Sinners MC. 1st book in a new series. Loosely connected to the other MC series.
I Really enjoyed this story. It was a Great start to the new series. The story and characters are Great
and a delight to encounter and read. I found that I actually felt a part of the book, I felt I was watching the story unfold around me. The story was easy to fall into.
The storyline was Great a bit more Graphic with the torture than usual, but we need to remember it is a MC series, and some of the MC's are hardcore and take things to a level most of us wouldn't to find out what they want to know.
Delilah and Hawk are perfect for each other. And truly I feel Danny is a sweetheart I hope he gets things sorted and stays on the right track, and gets himself his own story.
Can't wait for the next book.
Recommend the book and any of the books by L Wilder. They are all Great reads and entertaining, you will not be disappointed.

L. Wilder makes a great debut of her new Ruthless Sinners MC series with Ties That Bind!

A spin-off series of this author's insanely popular Satan's Fury MC Memphis Chapter series, this story took off full of steam and action cloaked in dark overtones for a relentless ride into the exclusive world of her compelling biker portrayals. Ms. Wilder presented an intense and well mapped out read as she counterbalanced her intrigue with some well put together character development for a story with lots to offer its readers and that never lagged. Her leads Hawk and Dee were a feisty pair with interesting sexy and unpredictable interactions. This writer did a great job of not compromising Hawk's loyalty to his MC even while placing him in situations which tested it.  His ability to form a relationship with Dee despite their conflicting circumstances was admirable. Dee set the pages on fire with her sass and tempered it with strength and introspection. Hawk and Dee were fun to watch commit and fall in love.

L. Wilder does a wonderful job of keeping her portrayals fresh and unique. This work was complex in its rapid developments and tie ins that threw in twist regularly for some edgy and powerful jolts. Making no attempts to romanticize the biker lifestyle Ms. Wilder's writing is more about giving insight into their world showing that they deserve the benefit of having their stories told with the power and depth of their truths. Questionable morality and tremendous acts of kindness are the norm with this writer giving her audience enough information to make informed decisions. In Ties That Bind L. Wilder blurs the line between good and bad as she introduces her Ruthless Sinners making them riveting and impossible for readers to get caught up in their journeys!

I..am...speechless
I...don't....know....what...I just read 😅

The sample i downloaded seemed good. I was interested and then...I regretted it. I downloaded to read and...I just wasted a day of reading what was supposed to be a 4 star book.
How is it 4 star? 🙈😒🥱
I think its supposed to be a book like Son's of Anarchy but...failed. Failed terribly. 🙈
I mean it was so blah. Bland.
1 star. Not 4. How did people rate this 4? 🤔
If you think this was a 4 star book you are sadly mistaken lol. I can give you a few good books that ARE 4 or 5 star books that will blow you away. This ain't one sad to say.
Disappointed. This book sucked so bad lol. But I have several books I wanna check out so I am hopeful.

Story of Zander/Hawk & Delilah.

This story was just plain stupid. Didn't connect with H or h in this story. In fact, I didn't connect with anyone in this story. Didn't even like the club or members. Daniel (Delilah's brother) being able to be patched in after he turned his back on the club was stupid and made the club look weak.

Descent story & read the entire series
Reviewing the whole series here
As a whole there are so many CONTINUITY issues with all books in series . Like the author fails to research certain things like going fishing in a pond in Kentucky and they catch BREEM?. which is sea & fresh river water fish indigenous to the Mediterranean not a INLAND POND in Kentucky with no outlet or tributary connection to sea or rivers .. and there are other inaccuracies, contradictory parts in storyline, the author forgets the story she just told then alters how things went down like for example in one book #7 I think.. one MFC is in witness protection name is Parker and uses fake name Aubrey so a couple of the guys fake Parker’s death, and legitimatize Aubrey’s new identity and in book 8 the author has the characters and the MMC calling her PARKER. Even though only a few of the MCclub know the truth of her identity and the females in book 8 are calling her Parker instead of Aubrey yet they only know her as Aubrey they don’t even know who Parker is except that they saw some random news story of a “Parker” committed suicide no one recognizes Aubrey as Parker cause she is older and looks completely different that the news story image so why are they calling her “Parker”. See it’s stuff like this that the author does is UNBELIEVABLY ANNOYING! And it’s obvious the author can’t remember her own storylines for the 1-4th chapters to near the end of book 19-25 chapters let alone the previous book! She forgets the story she just told. And gets it all wrong in the next book. Sad. This series has potential to be really good. But falls short in consistency! The author desperately needs a good alpha reader to catch inaccuracies & continuity issues! I would volunteer myself but I’m already alpha & beta reading for several other authors, and I get the distinct feeling I’d be overwhelmed by this authors constant continuity issues, in fact the other consistency is her inability to be consistent!

Do not read below this, if you don’t like emotional triggers

the last book in this series has rape triggers and no closure
One of the dancers at stilettos is raped and badly beaten, another girl is also beaten and the bartender is nearly killed in a purposeful “accident” caused by one of the many the MC’s enemies ….. and the author has 2 mentions of the attacks in the whole book and never mentions the victims ever again. It is like the author forgot about the 3 women. They go to the hospital and they are never mentioned ever again .. yes the bad guys are caught in the end justice is made (won’t tell you how). But none of the MC clubs ol’ ladies .. ever go to visit the 3 women in hospital no flowers no nothing! It’s like no one cares these 3 women were attacked the guys are soooo angry “THEIR GIRLS” were attacked hurt they don’t help them other then get them to hospital and then they are abandoned like no responsibility whatsoever! It’s sick. These guys in ruthless sinner’s are supposed to be caring loyal & protective of all their women (even their dancers) and yet these 3 women are completely abandoned and while the MC guys got the bad guys in the end .. the 3 women were never mentioned ever again and this is the last final book # 9 Also the rapist kidnapped one of the wives and had her for a couple days. And they raped and beat two girls but not the wife? Hmmm? Nope not buying it. Bad outcome. Not so great writing this series could have been great, if it was well written. I cared about the characters I cared about the story. But the author failed to live up to her own hype!
