Superstar in the Making 👩🏾🎤
Of course Diamond have done it again. I love Ryan and Messiah together because they compliment each other so well and all they want is the best for each other. I hate the fact that Ryan had to endure so much at a very young age because no one deserves that. I am glad the situation with Malik didn't go far because her mother really decided to be a mother at that time and didn't allow Malik to rape her. I didn't care for her mom at all for the way she was treating her and knocked her self-esteem down so much. Devin just makes me sick and in my eyes not a man whatsoever because of how he's tagging Ryan along when he has a WHOLE wife and kids. So ready for part 2 because I know Messiah is about to show up and show out and I just pray that Ryan be right by his side. Great read

Part 2 ASAP
Omg finally I love Ryan and messiah together I’m happy after all these years they see each other again. I wish she would have just ask him what was going on with him and the lady she saw. I hope Ryan becomes the big Miami superstar messiah believe she is. I knew her mama was on drugs look how she let that man have her treating her daughter. I knew he was going to try to do something to Ryan eventually. I can’t wait til Ryan finds the truth about devin. I wonder is messiah sister and his best friend montay still messing around. How is messiah gonna act when he finds out. I wonder is raven a real friend or is she jealous of Ryan. I hope shakia doesn’t mess up there relationship when they finally make it official they gonna get back together. I know Ryan and messiah still love each other. I wonder what’s gonna happen if messiah and his sister finds out his father the one killed there mother and that His sister is not his father child. That his father killed his sister real father. I have so many questions. I swear you are an amazing author. Your books are Phenomenal they have me so hooked to them it’s crazy. I can’t wait till part 2 I love this series already.

Good, but too slow and not enough to grab on...
This was good, but too slow and not enough to grab on, but I a, trying to stick with it.
Ryan man, you are going through so much but man, can you please stop pitying yourself. I mean it's already hard to have people doing it to you, so why are YOU doing it to yourself. Somewhere, somehow, you are going to need to grow some balls. The good thing with you is that you tend to speak your mind and be honest. Be the strong independent beautiful black queen that you are.
Messiah, well please tell me you couldn't have been such of a lame, softy man because an alpha, or ruler of his house would have already gone and get their queen home; so I hope this time a round you show how and why you are the alpha of this kingdom and everything else will fall in place. Be the strong independent black alpha man that you are.
Man Devin , you will meet with karma, as well as Raven, Sashia and any one coming for Ryan and Sy, will get it as well.

Enjoyed this from beginning to the very end. What a ending and I was left with my mouth opened. I knew it was something about Devin but didn't expect that. I felt so sorry for Ryan and all she had endured throughout her lifetime all at the hands of her so called mother. Who does that to their child? Still really needs for karma to visit her and soon. So glad that Messiah came into her life and showed her that she beautiful and that she needs to know her worth. Messiah is exactly what she needs and I love the way her encourages her. After it all they found their way back to each other. Can't wait for PT 2, cause I know we're going to see another side of Messiah. Good job Diamond Johnson.

I couldn’t put this ebook down
I like Ryan and Meesiah for each other they are both examples of what you going through in your childhood you can find happiness with someone who loves and appreciates the same things as you do. I hope they see that they need each other because they can work out together in the music industry and work as a couple. Malik is a coward I’m glad Ryan mom finally found the strength to leave his abusive self and love to a different state but for Ryan she found the short end of the stick when her suppose to be fiancé is married with two sons and a baby on the way what type of Jerry Springer Maury Pouch Mesa is this. I can’t wait to read Part 2 to see how Meesiah going to make Ryan the Miami Superstar she is

Loved It
Of course this book earned five stars and some Diamond you're a beast with it . Ryan has been through so much strong doesn't even describe her , how she endured so much hurt and heartbreak i know her happiness is approaching & Messiah is going to be to be the reason for it , years have passed and his love for her is still the same as it was when he first fell for her , I hate it took something so traumatic to bring her her back to the place she belongs because with Devin is definitely were she don't belong .
It's so much I can say about this dope book but I want spoil it just know this is a MUST READ!

OMG what the hell it has to be a part 2 to Miami's Superstar
I loved Ryan and Messiah love story it was definitely pure and real love her first with Messiah. Her my mother constantly put her Dow her self esteem was so very low. I didn't like how Messiah love story unfinished she left and moved to Philadelphia with her mother after graduation and losing her virginity to Messiah and fall in love with him. Seven years later engage to Devin Clark who is married 12 years is using Ryan. Sorry to hear about his grandmother passing away. The ending throwed me off. Ryan and Messiah still love each other.

Love It!
I love the flow of the beginning of how Messiah and Ryan became to be. The introduction for me was very sad of what these two had to deal with on a daily basis emotionally, physically and spiritually, but it made them who they're and for that stronger people. Truly devastating. I'm hoping in the next installment that they both get a better understanding of who they are individually as well as together, so they can be this dynamite duo in the entertainment industry. Right now truths need to be told so hearts and minds can heal. Hoping for a better outcome. Great Read! ReneeG 👍

This book had me from the title and when I tell you it didn't disappoint, it truly didnt. This is a most read book, hell if it was a movie it would be my favorite. This book touched on so many things, such as love, jealous, rage, addiction, drugs, low self esteem, family, friendship, and money. I got to read book 2 & 3 asap cause I need to know what's going to happen with Devin trifling ass and will Ryan finally see her worth. This book touched my soul because I could relate to Ryan, hell I was Ryan at one point in my life. Please go read you will not be disappointed, I have read 220 books in the last 9 months and this book is in my TOP 3.

Just wow
This book has been good so far. It's sad how all those years her mom cared more about Malik then she did about herself and her daughter. It shouldn't had took for her daughter to be almost harmed for her to decided to leave. It's sad to read about Messiah grandma but am glad she lived for as long as she did. It's amazing to know that his dream came true and his doing bigger and better things with his life. Ryan should have said goodbye then she would have probably never really left but it's good that both her and Messiah cleared things up. Devin is a piece of work and whateva karma comes his way he definitely deserves for this Hugh secret he is keeping.

Wow
I love Diamond Johnson's books! She always gets me to emotionally connect with the characters and I can always relate to the characters in some way! I can't wait for part two and I need to see how Ryan reacts to Devins double life! I am also fascinated to see if her relationship with her mom will improve or not! I hated her mom and only respected her a little bit as she was weak minded! Messiah is bae all day and I love his character! I like Monta y and he was in a tough position but will be fight for true love and learn not to hate women? Well done!

This book is long and drawn talking about a bunch of nothing and the typos annoying as heck this could really be a good story if some of it was just cut out what happened with the sister and montay and how do you have her leaving town on one page then when you turn the page its 7 years later and how do you have Ryan with this guy who don’t want her then this girl is 25 years old and she still dont have a back bone like really and Please start reading your work before its released

This book was beautifully written. Diamond never disappoint. I really like this storyline because it didnt revolve about violence. The two main characters spoke volumes because every day a child is a living witness to their parent either been abused or been abusive. MESSIAH was a different breed. Amazing read! Diamond always writes great books. I cant wait for part 2 to come out. Im ready to see sy and ryan rekindle their relationship and take it even further. I just know ryan about to become a star! I cant wait to see how stupid devin going to feel. I got a feeling montay and mani secret will be revealed next book but i just hope things dont get too bad. If you havent read then read its def worth it

Too much complaining.
I enjoyed this book except for all the complaining about Ryan’s weight, from others & herself. She complained about her weight constantly like its not something you can lose. The book jumped 7 years into the present and not once did Ryan take herself to the gym. How hard is it to work out if it’s something you actually want to do? Very annoying and I know she’s gonna complain for 2 more books.

Life in Miami
I love this story because I can partially relate being from Miami and all. Siah and Ryan are both from the hood and have love for music. I love there connection and the fact that her size doesn’t matter to him. Now I sympathize with Siah father for what he did and I understand why he snapped but lord it’s going to be awful when it all comes out. Love this book can’t wait for 2

Ryan's momma pissed me off so much in this book. At least she protected her daughter when Malik tried to rape Ryan but that other ish....I really like Messiah for Ryan. I feel like that Mya girl is gonna cause problems in part 2 though. I bet the woman that Ryan's fiance is married to is Nia's cousin. I can't wait for part 2

This was a great book! I’m so ready for part 2. Knowing that Ryan and Messiah have another shot at love warms my heart. Her leaving was so very selfish. Had it been me, my Mama would’ve made that drive by her damn self!!! I really hope that Messiah and Mani find out Leroy killing their mother. So much to be revealed and I can’t wait!!!!

So good!!!!! Messiah is the real deal, I love how he always made Ryan feel special. Ryan is is sweet but insecure and I hope in book 2 she's more secure. Can't wait to see her and Messiah love grow. I loved this story so far!!! Just have one request please let Ryan boss up on everybody that talked bad about her, ran over her feelings and used her because she deserves it!! Good bur no growth
Book was good but was VERY similar to the Miami Girl book. Author is good but i didn't see any growth in this book, just some recycling and additives. Hopefully next book is better and shows some growth
