Detour

Rate this book
This is a part of my life I can’t share with her, one I don’t want to share with her, and one I hope to be relieved of soon.

Everyone lies to protect the ones they love. At least that’s what I tell myself.

But lies catch up with you—they always do.

It’s hard living the life I have, where death and mayhem defines a part of who I am. Then I found her, or should I say she found me. Cupid’s bow struck hard and before long, I knew I couldn’t be without her.

There’s just one thing. There’s a piece of me she’ll hate if she met him.

It’ll never stop me though—I’m determined now more than ever to change the path I detoured on long ago.

Swoony for Justin

I cannot get enough of Dana and Justin's story. It was so addicting and I fell in love with being able to read Justin's POV. The battle with dealing with how to tell the woman you love about a huge part of your life. This story left me wanting so much more from Justin and Dana, but at the same time satisfied that any questions I was left with from book 1 was answered.

Totally a must read.

Another Great Read

So happy I finally had a chance to finish part two of Dana and Justin's story. And as usual I was not disappointed. I have no idea why in a relationship that people can't just be honest and upfront with one another because in the long run it makes for less heartache and more trust. And in the end all will surely work themselves out. Really enjoyed these two just wish this wasn't the end of their story! Thanks for sharing.

Super cute and a bit 🔥

I was super excited when I found out this was the 2nd book to Road Block ! I had to know what would happened between Dana and Justin. I was rooting for them the entire time. I can definitely say I did not expect this storyline to go where it did and I ain't mad at it girl. It was good. Entertaining in all the areas.
I will definitely keep on reading from ML Preston! I'm a fan ! 💕

Very Good Ending...

I'm very happy with the way this book ended. Was a little leery at the beginning because it was starting to look like the his story to the first book. But it wasn't bad. I would have liked to know if they went back to Escape or not.

OMG. Dana and Justin are the freaking hottest. That balcony scene though. Listen. I’ve been in love with this couple since Road Block and was super stoked when I learned we will be getting Justin’s POV. ML Preston never fails to bring that ML Preston flare. I love it.
