The most useful thing for me from this book was her rules of snacking - making it less about just constantly eating when feeling a little hungry (or bored) - i.e. grazing - and more about proper, planned, nutritious snacks. I'm trying to do this more. I liked many of the recipes, and have made a couple, but didn't really like the bar I made - I did swap some of the ingredients, though, based on what I had.
