After finishing it I feel like I've come to the end of a wonderful journey. I really love this series and definitely going to re-read this series at some point. Truth to be told this volume has not been the perfect final volume. Many things has been left unresolved. The ending felt like rushed. Still I can say this series has been one of favourite LN series.
A fantastic end to one of my favorite isekai light novel series. The whole volume was focused on the battle with the Demon King and his army so there were a lot of battles, but also lots of comedy thrown in as usual. Loved that each of the main four got their moments to shine and Kazuma's final showdown with the Demon King was great. Would have liked maybe one more volume focused on epilogue and wrapping stuff up and/or showing the other big fights going on. But regardless, thought this did a great job and left me teary-eyed a few times.

(Just my notes in AL of the entire series, including all the anime & movies and: Konosuba: An Explosion on this Wonderful World! Bonus Story: We are the Megumin Bandits!, Kono Kamen no Akuma ni Soudan wo!, Konosuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!)
The first light novel that I’ve read.
2 seasons (10 eps each) and a movie took 5 volumes, and this series has 17. I wanted to start reading LN with something that I was used to, so I went for Konosuba that I’ve already read and it was ranked 55 on MAL. They are really good, but it takes me much more time than mangas (I should read more), I’m still going to read both though.
Konosuba was a great read, there are some small details that the anime doesn’t show, and I actually shredded a tear during the last chapter, even though I was bamboozled at the end lol. I’m hoping that it will receive a sequel one day...
(I read all the shorts stories by the way)

I'm terrible at giving reviews. Trust me, I always find some way to leave out important details, and I always overemphasize the reviewed as being amazingly good or extremely not. Despite this, I'll write one for Konosuba, because it truly is that good. The characters feel real enough that I've found myself contemplating over their misadventures throughout the day. The story, while not the most straightforward, is hard to put down, and has gotten many, many laughs out of me. I've read every single day, for at least two hours every day, for the past couple of months because of this series. It's gotten me to love books again. If you've ever played a fantasy RPG, and wanted to fall into the shoes of the protagonist of such, this is the series that will.
I kind of wish they were more honest with their feelings however they all got a chance to shine in the final book, a satisfying ending for a great series.
A fitting and amazing end to a great series. I'm so glad I had the chance to read these light novels and experience this wonderful world with these characters.
I genuinely loved being immersed in this universe, but even then, I did not expect to spend half an hour crying and unable to do anything after finishing the final volume. I thought I'm too old for that. There is only one media that made me cry harder, so it says something, it's hard to describe how attached I am to this cast and everything these quirky, silly and unforgettable good-for-nothings stand for. I honestly doubt most people will get moved by this series/volume as much as I did, and I am surprised myself, given that even in this volume there were moments where I wasn't feeling it as much. But I guess the ending made me realize the journey meant quite a lot to me.
Sure, you can pick it and even this volume apart in terms of "quality" because it's not a perfect finish or anything, but I don't care enough to do so. This is the power of fiction to me, this is why I like experiencing stories. Making memories and feeling like I've lived months with people that don't even exist.
Also title drop on the final page of the series is the most powerful thing ever.
