“WTF! It counted for fuck-all that I was the FASTEST skater on the team, that I had the best PLUS/MINUS record, or that I
studied the X's and O's, or that I executed them perfectly.
All that mattered was those three F's lined up on my
GRADE SHEET.

3 FUCKING F’S!

that I had absolutely NO chance of turning around in a month. Hell, even if I had another year, I couldn’t do that shit.”

–Charlie Hamilton

When Charlie’s chances of being on the team next year is threaten because of his grades, he turns to Mia for help in getting through summer school. Charlie is hesitant because he has had a crush on Mia from the first time he met her, and Mia is his best friend’s sister.
Mia jumps at the chance to tutor Charlie because it means that she will get to spend time with him without her brother questioning her.
When Mia and Charlie are presented the opportunity to house sit for a friend, they jump at the chance to spend time together to explore their relationship. What will Jose, Mia’s brother, do when he finds out? Can Mia and Charlie’s relationship withstand the wrath of Jose?
Angela Stevens books are fantastic. This is book 2 in the Hockey Boyz Series. This can be read alone but you get a read on all of the characters when you read them in order.

The one perfect kiss is all they will ever have..........well that is until ...

Game Over is the second book in the Hockey Boyz series and is about Charlie Hamilton and Mia Estrada. This is a college athlete, best friend's younger sister/older brother's best friend romance. The story-line was solid and nicely written and the characters were well developed and interesting. There is drama, angst, crushes, romance, broken hearts, suspense, sexual chemistry, first kisses and a whole lot more. Also add in one over protective brother who is a "do as I say and not as I do" type.
I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading the next in the series.

An okay college romance

I enjoyed this story but did find it a little gushy and overly romantic for my liking. I liked the characters and there was some humour, some fun, a touch of drama and some sexy scenes.

Unavoidable

Charlie and Mia are madly in love with each other. Only problem? The "bro-code"! Mia is Charlie's teammate's twin sister. But no matter how much they try to stay away from each other,it doesn't work. Jose just had to learn to accept them being together.
