I woke up in the middle of nowhere knowing that my life had been changed forever.

Ringer needed to get away from New Orleans to get his head on straight. He is in love with his best friends little sister, but she’s younger than him and he didn’t want to prevent her from living her life and he didn’t want to tie her down, so he decided to go to Texas to hike and spend some time in the wild. Little did he know that a chance encounter with three guys would change his life forever.
Sophie grew up with Ringer and has loved him ever since she knew what love was. After the trouble with Anthony Sr. Sophie’s older brother Reaper no longer trusts Ringer. Unfortunately, he is being condemned because of his relationship to his own father. When Ringer offered to keep Sophie safe and take her away from New Orleans until his father is dealt with, they spend one night together and then she left the next morning. That one night had ever lasting consequences for both Ringer and Sophie. Now she needs to know Ringer’s secret if they are going to move on and have a life together.
I really liked this story. Ringer was so much more than I had given him credit for from Reaper’s book. He is kind, considerate, and caring. He’s a man who is trying to find his way in a life that has changed so much for him and he just wants to find his place in the world. He believes he’s found that place with his new MC, Perdition. The only trouble is that there is a new MC in town that is keeping an eye on Perdition to make sure that they are on the up and up, but the members of Perdition MC are now under the spotlight and in danger. Will they all survive, or will there be more danger for all the members and their loved ones?
I give this story a 5-star review and highly recommend it to readers who enjoy MC, shifter, suspense, twists, and women who are strong, sassy, sexy, and stand up for their men as easily as their men stand up for them. I love the characters in this series and the characters in the Reckoning MC as well, they are all fun to read.

Ringer ran off to Yellowstone to not only get away from Sophie but try and get his life sorted out, only to come across three strangers that change his life forever. They made him a shifter and abandoned him,
Five years later he returns to protect Sophie with hopes for more but with both of them thinking it's for only one night, Sophie takes off making Ringer think she wasn't interested him. Of course when Ringer didn't chase after her Sophie thought he didn't really want her. I wanted to smack them both, but thankfully when they finally reunite all the love they'd been nursing through the years blazes up for a quick reunion.
Sophie's pregnant and Ringer can't keep her at arm's length anymore. He has to find answers about being a shifter to keep her and the baby safe. They don't have an easy road as Reaper continually tries to break them apart, hunters are hunting them down and those who changed him have a mysterious agenda.
Enjoyable read, I liked the tie in with the previous series Reckoning MC Seers. A tantalizing read that leaves enough unfinished to make you want to grab the next book in the series.

Sophie Paxton’s crush on Ringer went back to childhood but she wasn’t quite an adult and her older brother threatened to have Ringer arrested for looking Sophie’s way. Ringer went camping to push Sophie to the back of his mind but he’s bitten by a werewolf trio instead. Months later, Ringer protected Sophie from his father’s evil machinations, they shared one wild night. But Sophie was gone by morning.
Ringer was convinced Sophie was done with him and she was sure he would follow her. When he didn’t Sophie nursed her broken heart until she found out he was pregnant and as she told her brother, Sophie didn’t realize Ringer was standing there. He told her about his camping trip and his new MC that was made up of shifters but Sophie’s brother hated Ringer because of his father.
Ringer has two problems resolve, he’s been tasked to get information on a new MC trying to muscle into the NOLA area and getting answers about being a shifter and what it could all mean for Sophie and their baby. Meanwhile, the werewolves that turned Ringer against his will appear at Ringer’s home, shortly after Reaper’s wife has a premonition of werewolf hunters are arriving.

May 5, 2020This story was SOOO good! The story follows Ringer and Sophie. Ringer has always been in love with Sophie, but she’s younger than him, so he takes a trip to get away from his feelings and clear his head. He gets attacked and bitten by wolf shifters and turned into one himself. Sophie has always loved Ringer. Since the trouble with Ringer’s Dad, her brother, Reaper, doesn’t trust Ringer. Ringer promises to keep her with him and safe until trouble blows over. After one night of heated passion he wakes to find Sophie gone. He looks for her, but after two days of searching he can’t find her. Little does he know how that one night will drastically change both their lives. He hears about the MC shifters in Nola, and heads there hoping they can take him in and help him. When he goes to the Reckoning MC to talk to the Prez on business, he finds Sophie. This book is fast moving, with action, twists, romance, and wonderful characters. I can’t wait for the next book!

I have never been a fan of shifter books. But this book. This book has changed my mind. From the very beginning, I fell for these characters like none other. I could not put this book down. I am a HUGE MC fan and to see the two combined was a perfect combination.
Ringer is a perfect character to start this series off with. He's loveable, you find yourself yelling at him for being an idiot (which lets face it, all men can be) and we also rejoice when he finally gets it!
Sophie is a fire cracker! I absolutely adored reading her parts and I find she is a very likeable and relateable character. She falls hard for her brother's best friend at a young age, and was able to carry that torch for her entire life.
And let me mention Reaper here. OMG. I cannot wait to read more about him.
This story is a not so typical little sister falls for older brother's best friend, and you will NOT regret reading it! I am eagerly awaiting book 2!!!!!

They were always destined to be together. This is their story of them finally getting together. This story was so eventful from page one to their HEA with bumps. Sofia and Ringer want each other but people and events keep trying to push and pull them apart. Her brother and the fact that Ringer is now a shifter. Both involved are learning to live a new life together as a couple. Everyday in their story. I found that their love grows stronger. There is laughter and friction alot of sexual chemistry. Love of family friends and shifters

Okay not great
Good writing, not a bad story line for the first book but there are a few plots that just don’t get followed upon. I guess you have to read the series to figure out what is going on. When the book ended with a HEA I still had a bunch of questions left unanswered. Not a dreaded cliffhanger but more like well what happened to the 3 original wolves, where did the hunters go, and who can’t be trusted in the pack? I feel like I started in the middle of the series instead of book one. Happy reading.

A confusing mix of paranormal and MC romance. Not even a very good mix at that.
Ringer is supposed to be a tough guy, which we learned from the first series he appears in. Now out of the blue, Ringer is a shifter. A wolf shifter turned while out camping, five years before. The interference from Reaper causes a lot drama and tears for Sophia, his sister.
I will not be reading more from this author. I have had issues with the books downloading correctly and I just can not stand how the author writes.

I am not one for shifter stories but being written by BE Kelly, I decided to try it and boy was I not disappointed! Ringer has been in love with Sophie since forever adn the same can be said for Sophie. However, one incident will change his life forever. Trouble is brewing and Ringer promised her brother to protect her from harm, but one night of passion will bring trouble to their lives. I can't wait to read the next story in this series. I honestly volunteered to review this story.

Having read the Reckoning MC series these characters were not new to me.
Liked the way these two series were linked.
Liked the action in this one with the hunters looking for shifters.
Have always liked the chemistry between Sophie and Ringer.

Fantastic book! This book has lots of troupes. No-No relationship with best friends sister, shifters, baby, MC. Loved how Ringer found his way in his relationship with Shopia and having to learn how to be a shifter and belonging to a family. He had so much learning to do, it makes the mind spin. Good story.

Great book
Motorcycle clubs, shifters, human hunters, a strong alpha male, and an even stronger independent feisty young woman, plenty of twists and turns, and in some action and a seer and you have one interesting storyline with enjoyable characters that will draw you in and keep your interest right from the start. I look forward to reading the next installment of this series.

wow this book was amazing! he woke up being changed to a wolf. now to find out the woman he loves is pregnant with his child. he will protect her from himself and others. read to find out what happens.

I love this new spinoff series. We briefly met Ringer and Sophie in the Reckoning MC series and I’ve been looking forward to their story. The shifter element mixed with the unknown threat and not knowing who to trust made this a very entertaining read.

Ringer
Ringer is a dumb ass and Reaper is a busy body that needs to stay out of his sister's relationship. I can't believe Ringer let his fears and Reapers advice push him away. Dumb as a brick but I loved how Sophie loved him.

Again this is another good book from BB Kelly. You are pulled into the book from the first chapter. Some of the guys from the Reckoning MC are featured in this book mainly Reaper.
