Okay, officially caught up. Still loving the story but excited to see how the anime adaptation for the second season goes, as I seem to enjoy the anime more. This is one of the rare instances where the anime seems to add more detail than the manga.

Shuichi and Yoshioka merge again, in part to prove they can still do it like when they fought Elena's group, but also to try to recover Shuichi's deleted memories.

After Kaito resurrected Honoka, it was soon obvious she was not her old self. She hated the world around her and began deleting everyone who didn't know who she was. Shuichi and Elena decided on his transformation since they only found a single coin. This way they could fight together like he would do later on with Claire and Yoshioka. After merging with Elena, the two turn into a creature of far greater power to surpass Kaito's. Unfortunately, Honoka doesn't allow Shuichi to kill Kaito.

Mostly recap and flashback. I thought there would be a twist that Clair was Honoka but no, she is Elaina’s half sister. It is confirmed how Shuichi’s suit works, have to he personally compatible not having coin ability.

Really good volume the story really shines through in this volume yes it does have fan service but at this point if it’s going to affect your rating of the series then you should probably grow up, other than that I am very excited to see how this story will end.

Got some much-needed backstory in this volume. The fan service seems to be getting more aggressive which is super annoying. The good thing is things are starting to make sense with the backstory reveals and all.

I love this manga so much. The story can get a bit convoluted with the time skips and flashbacks but overall I consider this a very great manga
