At the age of fifteen, Abby Carlisle was sent away from her beloved Montana ranch by her father to a finishing school in the east so that she could learn how to be a proper lady, and she never returned.

#2 War And Romance In Squaw Valley
Big changes are coming to Squaw Valley, Nevada. Luke Kesler runs a successful horse ranch there and whether he and his neighbors like it or not, the government has approved for the railroad to cut through their land on its way to California.
Plans to stop the caravan of railroad workers before the work can be started. The engineer of the plans, Jake Crowley arrives before anyone else, invited to stay with William Granger and his niece, Helen.
When Luke realizes Jake will be staying with the lovely Helen, his good friend since childhood and the secret love of his heart, he realizes the railroad isn’t the only thing that is about to change in his life.
If he doesn’t tell Helen how he feels soon, he could lose her to the myriad of men about to parade into town.
#3 Love And Intrigue In Red Creek
When Macie Walker’s beloved father is murdered in the sleepy town of Red Creek, New Mexico, her world is shattered. As she and her poor, suffering mother struggle to keep their cattle ranch afloat, she finds both her resolve and her faith in God sorely tested.
Jess Ryder still carries the death of his parents with him like a ghost, following him closely no matter how far he roams or how many wrongs he tries to right. The more evil he sees in the world, the more estranged he becomes with the world around him and with God above. Pretty soon, he won’t believe in anything at all, least of all the sheriff's badge he’s long ago tossed aside.
When Jess receives a pleading letter from a small village’s minister, however, his sense of duty is piqued and he dons the badge for one more ride. What he finds in Red Creek is far more complicated than he would ever have expected, and not only because something about the town’s murders doesn’t sit right.
Macie Walker is stubborn. She doesn’t know when to say when and she certainly doesn’t mind his instructions. The problem is, she might also be exactly what Jess needs if they can manage to solve the Red Creek murders and come out on the other side.
Each book features a standalone, clean western historical romance. No cheating, no cliffhangers, and a sweet happily ever after.
Evelyn Boyett grew up on a farm outside Topeka, Kansas. Evelyn spent most of her youth climbing trees, riding horses, swimming and fishing in her daddy's pond.
When Evelyn wasn't reveling in the great outdoors she enjoyed watching Black Spurs and Gunfight at Comanche Creek at her grandmother's house.
Evelyn married her childhood sweetheart Spencer Boyett right out of high school. After majoring in English Lit at the University of Chicago, Evelyn came back home to Kansas and had two adorable children.
Evelyn enjoys sitting in a lawn chair with a glass of peach tea, penning her latest novel while her boys play rousing games of Cowboys and Indians.
She currently lives outside of Lenexa, Kansas and still enjoys watching old Deforest Kelley films in her spare time.
Good plot and suspense with a bit of romance. As in real life miscommunication causes strife in the romance world. I would like to know what happened to the dog, Juno. The last Juno was mentioned, Jesse discovered one of Juno's paws was bruised and Jesse was taking Juno to the doctor so he could check the paw and Jesse's hand. No comment on doctor visit or further mention of Juno in the remainder of the book!
First, anyone who cannot use the plural verb with a plural noun should take a grammar class, hire a good editor, or find another job. Second, I cannot stand a so-called historical novel predicated on the ridiculous premise that it was stupid and meaningless for women to learn to keep house in the days before modern conveniences and cheap consumer products, when managing a home well required real skills-- practical, financial, and managerial.
Too many one sentence paragraphs. Especially the middle book. The first half of the book dealt with thoughts father than acti
Too many one sentence paragraphs and too many thoughts Instead of action. The third Book Was more action packed and more interesting. The sheriff was new and hired to clean up the town after a murder and a preacher was killed whe n his house was set on fire. The bad guy wasn't who was suspect from the beginning
This first book was okay. I'm currently reading the second book......
The second books is driving me crazy! It's so boring. Too much repetition with the two main characters. And It's hard to read because every sentence is separated. I've never disabled a book and have it like this. It's agree to constantly scrollq.
I read and reviewed each book as they came out. They all have good storylines with HEAs. Each one is a complete story with no cliffhangers. If you enjoy western romances you'll love this box set.
I really enjoyed the book but was very disappointed that I'd need to download the real ending (extended epilogue) which I've been unable to do. It seems to have downloaded but won't open. Very very frustrating and disappointing.
Lots of excitement in these 3 western romances, the cowboys that protect the woman they love The adventures and the enemies they encounter, and the love they found with each other . Thank you ❤
