The basis of an important R&D project in Artificial Intelligence is outlined which could lead to an industrial revolution in information technology.
An important first step - though the industrial quality database that could make these breakthroughs feasible is probably a 5 year job from now.

it tended to be self-referential and full of neologia - but had the potential to end some of the major scientific paradoxes of the 20th and 21st century - based on its treatment of chaos theory

innovative non-arbitrary systems theory and knowledge representation system leading to 5th generation paradox-free artificial general intelligence.

would require the author to decypher the domain specific semantics to produce any industrial application though.
