He's So Hood 2: A Maler Family Saga
The past just keeps interrupting what Kahlil and Yessica's trying to build. No matter which way they turn someone is trying to break them up. Between Nate and Marissa their lives are being turned up side down and Kahlil's about ready to explode. Marissa needs Kahlil in the worse way, for more reasons than one. When her problems become their problems, both of them become a target.
Izzy will do anything to get back in Kane's good graces, even if that means facing off with his family who hates her. The only thing she didn't count on was the fact that Favor had come in and wedged herself between the hold that Izzy once had on his heart. Kane's at his wits end with Izzy and ready to throw in the towel and explore things with Favor, not willing to give in so easily, Izzy drops a bomb that could cost her life.

The plot thickens. Who would ever thought thar Preston was Yessica's father?! I wonder if her mother is even alive, but whatever the case, will Yessica be able to deal with the consequences of her father's actions? How did Marissa get tangled up with someone like Preston to begin with, there's so many unanswered questions.
I hope that Khalil is ok. Takisha is straight ghetto, and I can't stand her! I'm glad that Nate is out of Yessica's life, for good. Izzy needs to get on with her life, she can't get the picture that Kane is better off with Favor. I also like Noah and Injoy together, I just hope that he realizes her worth. So far, so good with this series.

Oh my!
The plot twists and surprises that popped up had me speechless. These Maler children are crazy😂 Khalil is getting better with his communication with Yessica. Isis and Z2 need to have a serious conversation about what he is hiding before it's too late. Izzy nasty self better hope she's lying to Jane or she's going to end up missing.

I love everything about the Maler clan! I have cried with them. Gotten pissed with/at them. And I have laughed out loud like I was right there with them. Between Favor and Kahlen's smart mouths, I can hardly breathe. I love the bond this family shares. And they aren't stingy when it comes to who they invite in. I'm gonna hate to see their saga end.

Preston is beyond evil for no real reason but he messing with the wrong family and I feel sorry for everyone especially the children and women, he plays on their weakness. Lets see what happens in part 3 with Preston, Jessica, and Mariah. Who learned to listen?

Man all I can say is wow
I’ll where to begin bcz I love reading about the Maler family of misfits. They’re not ur usual crime family they actually do real family building and bonding, they look out for one another like crazy and of course have a mess load of drama with ex’s resurfacing. All’s fair in book land If ur looking for a good book you’ve found it.

I couldn't put it down, it just kept getting better. I was glad when Kane finally cut Izzy loose. I know Izzy has more dirt than doing drugs. That ending OMG what are the odds. Nikki always throws something in that leaves your mouth on floor. Can't wait to see how it all unfolds.

I was anxiously awaiting part 2 and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed it. I wasn’t expecting a third installment, but I am all for it. I can’t wait to see how everything plays out. Good job, Nikki Brown.

Wow! I waited so long for this sequel and it was well worth the wait. The Maler Children are filled with drama and that cliffhanger at the end had me downloading part three so fast. Such a great series.

Favor is my girl

It's just too much going on wow! I hope Kahlil not hurt 🤦♀ Yessica girl your daddy Preston need to gone and be put to an end SMH him and that trash Marissa 🤮 I'm still waiting on Blessing and Nate's baby mama to catch them hands too, or a killing would be even better 🤷♀ I hate them characters 😂😂 And don't even get me started on Izzy. Toss her ass out the book too 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Get rid of Kahlen's mama too! Just put them all in one room with only one way out and no windows and set it on fire will be just fine by me lol but seriously though I'm bout to get to book 3 and see what's next! Hopefully this time there will be happy endings 💙💙💙
