I Love This Series!
I haven't read any other books by L.L. Muir, but I loved reading about these three (4) romances. The characters are awesome and I can see each one vividly in my imagination. The stories each drag you into them immediately and don't release you until they come to the end. I highly recommend them and can't wait to start the next trilogy!

Fabulous Stories
A time travel box set filled with excitement and romance. These books will definitely keep you on the edge of your seat throughout the adventures and mysteries. Follow strong and determined Ross men and women go after the mates they want no matter what century they hail from. Captivating tales that I highly recommend.

I enjoyed this 3-book series. They were quick reads and fun. I gave it only 3 stars because the story line was quite predictable. I like the idea of comparing life we have today with the past and what better way to do it than in a time travel book. This is considered a romance also, but wasn’t steamy sex so I liked that. Just love and kissing; not sex (not that that wasn’t happening).

A great mix of highland romances
Throughly enjoyed reading this collection of romance with the mix of brawny highlanders and strong women. Did find the third tale a little less enjoyable with the talk of innocents being accused of witchcraft and killed. The hero seemed more confused over the topic than Isobell who had named herself a witch.

Intriguing
This collection is intriguing. Once you begin to u understand the plot you want to hear how it ends. But, does it end? No, it keeps going. If you love a love story that keeps you guessing, has adventure, is a time travel, and is set in Scotland then this is a series for you. It demands you to keep reading.

Mostly good but seems a bit inconsistent on the sacrifice and travel. How did they accidentally get to past in book 2? But 3 star overall--I guess.

Even though I fell in love with the setting of the books, I couldn't follow the story line as much as I would have liked. I don't like to stop books I don't fall in to, so I finished the set. I just simply couldn't get into them.

Time travel at its best
I just finished this set of the 1st 3 books. Was so glad to find out I could get the next 3. Already got them and looking forward to reading them! (I just knew that there had to be a story for James).

Great
I enjoyed the first 3 books in this series. It was fun with alot of laughs. My favorite characters were the Muir twins. Mischief makers to be sure but a guidance towards true love.

These were quick easy reads. I was suprized the author was able to continue the characters in each story with out any inconsistencies. Not sure if I will continue the books for not. I was unaware there were more.

Of this trio, I am just starting book 2. Delightful. Heart wrenching. I am enjoying the stories. Much drama, but no graphic sex. A bit of violence, but that is what we expect from that era.

A very entertaining time travel romance bundle. I liked Jillian and Monty's story better than any of them and so I bought The Curse of Clan Ross books 4-6. So far they are a good book also.

Book 1 of 3 The curse of true love-sacrifice
Book 1: I never cry reading a book , although I've come close. But when you read words like these: "that tells ye that his heart still beats because ye feel it a’ thumpin’ in yer own chest. Ye know his thoughts upon ye as ye lie down to sleep, his hands on ye—through the power of his dreams alone.” This was far too personal. Had the woman no pride? She was going to get such an education in the future. She hoped the 21st century Juliet would still find her Romeo appealing. “If I were to die, he’d ken it. When he is anguished, I ken it. I look at the moon and feel the glow of it on his face. I remember the sweat of him sometimes and it makes me weep with hunger to smell him, to taste him again.” The fire crackled obnoxiously. Ewan cleared his throat. “When we were together, I wanted to press myself into him so deeply that I’d come out the other side. That’s what it is like, to be one. It’s not the bedding of a wife that binds a husband to her. That is nothing. Nothing.” She frowned for a moment, but her eyes still stared, unblinking, still seeing far beyond the flames. “Do ye know what makes me very sad for the rest of the world?” She turned back to Jilly. “For Monty especially?” Jilly shook her head. “It’s that true love is so rare a creature that it is fierce hard to find when ye’re looking for it. When ye don’t believe in it at all, it could lie down at yer feet and ye’d walk right o’er it.” How can you not feel your heart and soul. Monty and Jilly - amazing but intriguing is the infamous Wickham.

I enjoyed it. took awhile to read was not getting much reading time in so after 6 months finally finished it. I'm sure I would of enjoyed it more if I read it in a matter of days instead of months.

I love books about time travel but I'm quite particular since I have certain ones I think no one will ever be able to write as well as those are written. Hence the 4 stars as 5 stars are for my favorite time travel books. Now let me explain that I truly enjoyed these books and I give them a close 2nd to the one's I love. They are not as detailed nor as long (and I love long, detailed books), but it was quirky and fun and frightening and I enjoyed it immensely. Great page turner for sure and I highly recommend!
