When Angie, a young drummer from 2020, gets stuck in the 90s, she has to learn how to maneuver a world without smartphones while preserving the future she hopes to return to someday; to the future that reunites her with the love she found in the past.
Okay, so this book rocks. The author did an amazing job with the beginning and the finish. Everything is connected even if things don’t feel connected at all. Angie is a solid teenager who reminded me about my teenage years…oi. Hahaha. She goes from being surrounded by technology to really not. It opens her world and I hope that as a character Angie would remember all the lessons she learned. Well done on the romance. The chemistry writing is really nice and it feels like she really fell in love and not just infatuation.
