This is a great book that approaches getting the best results in any organization through organizational happiness, an innovative approach to leadership and focusing on the people, which will lead to motivated individuals performing at a high level. The book includes how to implement it, what to do to make this transformation, which is a great asset to have if you wish to take this approach.

The book's general idea is great and it makes sense, problem I had with it is that most concepts are left there for personal research. If you want to understand the happiness sweet spot you need to read from other authors.
