Nice little primer! Read as part of a newborn parenting class, which Ryan and I both found far more helpful than the actual book content. It has been great to establish a framework for feed/wake/sleep cycles together before baby is actually here.

I’ll adjust the rating up or down based upon how well the method works …

Update: The method worked about as well as expected. No rating adjustment needed.

This book has a great plan for those who do not subscribe to the attachment parenting philosophy. It was very informative and practical. I learned a few things that I am planning on implementing for my infant son.
