"Dr. Kataria has developed a new technique of Laughter, based on yoga, in which anyone can participate." There is no joke.
This book "combine laughter exercises based on yogic breathing and stretching techniques". There are also information about the scientific rational of yoga and laughter.

It is an interesting book. Dr. Kataria created the Laughter Clubs. This book explain how those groups work.

I didn't quite finish the book but it gave me the lift off into laughing yoga (even the silent kind) that I needed. I know it sounds odd but it's actually pretty cool.

Ever heard of smile and trick your body into a good mood? Similar idea!
