The typos were really distracting. Pretty common sense advice.

I was super excited to read this as I am hoping to transition to a principalship in the near future. This book isn't terrible but the advice is nothing new -- it's pretty common sense. Treat people like people, don't micromanage and appreciate they have a life outside of work.

The typos and grammatical errors were beyond annoying. It took me forever to get through this book because there were so many and it was aggravating and distracting.
