I'm not sure what I can say about this volume than I have already said about the other two. If you're interested in making a difference in the fire service, you should read this book. If you want to know how you can do more - or, more importantly, BE more in the fire service, you should read this book.

The book is filled with short essays, easy and quick to read, and most (if not all) will teach you something important. Some will teach you things that will save your life someday. Read the book.
