I read the book Ripley's believe it or not 2012 edition, (I am posting on this book because I couldn't find the 2012 edition) which is a very interesting and fun book to read. I enjoyed reading the book because it had many very interesting facts. The book also has some cool things like the nano snowman! The nano snowman is a snow man thats width is a fifth of a hair! The book also talks about crazy things. One of these things is the elephant massage. In Thailand tourists are lined up to get a massage from this three ton elephant!

The book is very organized. On the first page of the book there is a table of contents that separates all the things that they talk about into sections. The sections are wish you were here, nothing ventured nothing gained, techno talk, wonderfully weird, get creative, and creature features. The table of contents helped me a lot when first picking up this book, I knew exactly what page the techs stuff was on, and I knew where to go when wanting to see something amazing.

On each page there is usually three to four articles. Each article is given a very good title by Ripley. Every article has a picture to give more information about the article. The articles are given a brief summary and Ripley gives you facts and behind the scenes of the article. The articles are short but they give you all the information you need to know. In my opinion, everyone of the articles very interesting and cool.

I also read the book Guinness World Records 2012. The two books are mostly the same, but I think that Guinness does a better job at giving good information and also facts. The books are around the same topic, cool facts and records. Ripley focuses on cool facts that you wouldn’t believe, when Guinness is all world records for that years edition. Both of these books are very interesting and I would recommend them to anyone that likes random but cool facts and wants to see something amazing but at the same time, crazy.

I am now on page 70. A few stories i am reading are When Fish Fly. During a small scale tornado, kids on a school bus were hit with flying fish. The tornado brought the fish up and made them fly. The worlds largest man is a man named Konishiki or niknamed the dumb truck. He weighs more than 600 pounds. He is married to a woman who is 112 pounds. Some of these stories are sick and some are pretty cool to learn about.
