A fae on the run. A wolf outcast without a cause. And a prince who will stop at nothing to get what he wants…

Farrah

Years ago, I promised my hand in marriage to the prince of the fae, in order to save my friends. Now I’m trying to save myself from his ravenous desire. To escape the prince, I’ll have to journey to a realm that’s not part of this world, and hope he never finds me.

But there’s a wolf that’s determined to hunt me down… and his instinct is aching to take me as his own.

Wyatt

When Farrah left long ago, I was beyond devastated. I’ve been living as a rogue wolf in the wild for years, hoping above hope that she would come back to me.

Now that I’ve found her again, I’ll never let my mate go. I’ll make allies with fallen angels and enemies with faeries if it means keeping Farrah out of the clutches of the fae prince.

I just didn’t plan for everything to go horribly wrong.

A new adult paranormal romance that’s another thrilling installment to the Rite World! Travel to new worlds and form alliances with supernaturals in this continuation of Juliana Haygert’s thrilling urban fantasy saga!

Lightning fast read full of magic and tough decisions about sacrifices and hope.
Farrah and Wyatt lost sight of each other a couple of years ago, both thinking the other one stayed with the Starlight pack. Now that they meet under much more dire circumstances, it is clear their paths led them far away-and yet they were fated to meet again. However, now that Farrah's marriage promise is due, it gets inherently difficult to run from the union...
I love the twists and contrast in these two characters. I remember Wyatt from the previous series, and he resembles little the boy he was then, broken by the darkness of his decision and the loss of Farrah after their fallout. Farrah, on the other side, might come out completely selfish or even cunning, yet in her place, I am fully aware of behaving exactly the same. And she decides to sacrifice herself anyway. Ariella is a very interesting new addition to the world, and watching her join the journey was great so far, an element of power, surprise, and sad backstory to the collection. Great read.

I absolutely loved Wyatt and Farrah in the other series and was so excited they were getting their own spin-off! This book was so captivating and thrilling. From the start, I couldn't put the book down!

Farrah has quite the past and everything that could have popped up did! From Farrah's Fiance to her brother it was just one whirlwind after another! This was a great first book in the new spin-off series and I cannot wait to read the next book in the series!

Farrah was one of my favorite supporting characters thus far in this series and I was so excited to pick this up and hear her story. This book picks up a few years after the last book and we catch up with Farrah in her snowy cabin and Wyatt on his lone wolf roaming. Wyatt is still madly in love with Farrah and although predictable but necessary they find each other. Then everything goes wrong. From Farrah's brother hunting her to her fiance it is a wild ride. Looking forward to the next two books and to find out how Farrah and Wyatt's lives turn out.

The Wolf Forsaken is Juliana Haygert's spin-off story for Farrah the frost fae and Wyatt, the rogue werewolf. I was excited to read their story as I wanted to see where things were going to go and how things have been for the two characters since last we saw them.
The author begins the story with Wyatt. You can automatically tell that he's struggling with life. He's on his own and taking situations into his own hands. He's changed, and I can't help but feel for him as I see him struggle with the loss of Farrah not being in his life. Fararh is being hunted by her brother...but he's not the only one. The time has come for her to fulfill her promise, but she'd rather run than subject herself in marriage to the shadow fae she resents and despises.
The storyline overall is interesting and has it's good moments. I felt that I wanted more of Wyatt as the story begins to focus mostly on Farrah and her dilemma and issues. I struggle a bit with Farrah in this book at times because it seems like she's really focused on herself and what it is that she doesn't want to do. I appreciate the backstory on how her and her people find themselves in the situation that they do. However, it just ends up making me view Farrah as a selfish character. She's not the only one suffering, but it seems like she only cares about herself.
This book has it's engaging moments and then it has its moments of where it falls flat for me. I was expecting more drama, danger, suspense in this book, but I don't get as much as I'd have liked. I like the addition of a new character in this book. I'm hopeful that there will be more of her to be seen in the next book. This book's "ending" is a bit anticlimactic for me. I was hoping for something that would leave me on the edge of my seat. That's just not the case with this book. It feels a bit phoned in.
I am going to rate this book 4 out of 5 stars. It's good, but I feel that it could be better. It kinda feels like the author is giving readers this book so that we have Farrah and Wyatt's story, but like she's feeling her own way through it. I'm hopeful that the next book will be more engaging.

The Wolf Forsaken is the seventh book in the Rite World Universe by Juliana Haygert - which is a captivating, interconnected tapestry of paranormal romance and fantasy adventure. And rather than being a single series, it’s a shared world where multiple storylines - each with its own MCs, conflicts, and romances – all woven together amongst plenty of supernatural intrigue.
What makes this universe stand out is the huge variety of supernatural beings -vampires, witches, shifters, angels, and more – who are all coexisting in a world that feels both magical and dangerous. Ms. Haygert has a knack for blending fast-paced action with plenty of emotional depth, ensuring that battles and betrayals are balanced by heartfelt relationships and the character’s personal growth.
While each series within the universe can be enjoyed on its own, reading them all offers a rewarding sense of continuity and layered worldbuilding.
So, if you enjoy supernatural worlds with high stakes, sizzling romance, and characters you’ll want to follow on any adventure, then this universe is a binge-worthy contender.
Happy Reading…

Fast read full of magic and tough decisions about sacrifices and hope.

Farrah a frost fae and Wyatt a rogue wolf lost sight of each other a couple of years ago, both thinking the other one stayed with the Starlight pack. Now that they meet under much more dire circumstances, it is clear their paths led them far away-and yet they were fated to meet again. However, now that Farrah's marriage promise to the Shadow Prince Lark is due, it gets inherently difficult to run from the union, even her brother Kaleigh thinks she is being selfish to not marry Prince Lark being as it will free their people from the banishment to the human realm imposed on them.

Wyatt can't stay away from the woman that has haunted his existence for the past 2 years and Farrah can't deny the temptation to just keep running and hiding with Wyatt. What will Farrah decide to do, stay with Wyatt, or free her people?

Really loved this series I’ve read all of the rite world so far.but I have to say this is probably one of the worst books of the series. I didn’t enjoy the story Just seemed a bit all over the place and the characters seem to go so many places also characters were popping up all over the place , I think they should’ve just stuck to the main characters and not had all these side characters and also I felt like it was a bit rushed as in the story was a bit rushed to get to the end

Wyatt, a werewolf and Farrah a frost fae, had met years before and held love but knew of a curse, unfortunately she was running from the shadow prince that she was forced into an arranged marriage. Great story but after realizing they are fated mates, she still goes forward to save her people.
