A romance author and book editor swears off dating men with a controlling streak after a harsh breakup. But an encounter with a man unlike any other but what she is supposed to be avoiding, consumes her and leaves her yearning for more.

This is Kent A. Stevenson first book and all I can say is WOW!! He did great a job with this book.
At the beginning of the book he explained that he added his own experience to the storyline and it was perfection. It gave the book a sense of truth, something that you don't feel in too many books nowadays.
Abby and Jones story is filled with a battle of emotions from both sides, the drama and angst are very palpable. Both wanting to dominate each other in very different ways but with the same purpose in line, LOVE, something that will captivate you from the 1st page.
The sex is very intense and mindblowing, something that you won't expect in a 1st book, but Kent surprised us with it.
Now, Will Abby and Jones be able to survive the trials that a world of dominance throws their way or will they let each other go? Find out by reading his debut book.
I highly recommend this book, give Kent Stevenson a chance!

Kent has hit the writing world with a amazing story. If you love the BDSM world and the dom / sub life then this book is for you. Jones and Abby came together in perfect harmony . Abby found out to help Jones and vice versa.
It's a amazing story and must read.

This book is stunning. Its plot has merit, quality and such depth, not only that but the characters have substance and stole my heart from page 1.
Jones love for Abby is intense and all consuming. I wanted to hate him at times but like her I just couldn't! And the sex is just too hot to describe
For a debut novel this is AMAZING - Kent will be a rising star in the dark romance genre without a doubt. I can't wait for his next release!

This being the author first book he did a great job. It was well written and the characters had the chemistry. This book has it all. Yes I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants a great read

I was drawn into the love story between Abby and Jones. Everything from the beginning was a connection that had Abby coming back Jones. Jones knew how to control Abby in a way that she needed even when she didn’t want anything to do with it. They both knew how to work out issues and come together. Kent knows how to draw people into the story and keep coming back for more.

Omg, one heck of a roller coaster ride!
Take two people, place them together, and see the wildness that it becomes. This book has some triggers but emotionally I was invested. I love the whole Dom/Sub role and if that isn't your thing then this book is not for you. I enjoyed reading this fabulous story and will read more. I was expecting themes and it didn't really have a theme other than two...Safety and Love. You can't have one without the other. 😃

I've always been fond of men in uniform but even more so a Dominant man in uniform. Who knew being pulled over for speeding could turn into a HOT HOT series of events! Officer Jones is the ultimate man in uniform! He's sexy, tall and mighty mighty cocky. All of which just adds to his irresistible charm. Did I mention he's a sexy as hell Dominant! This book will leave you speeding to hope a cop pulls you over!

It is an amazing erotic romance story which involves the BDSM lifestyle.
The characters, Abby and Officer Jones, have an intense relationship that will, at times, leave you breathless.
Kent did a great job and it’s a book you should not miss out on. I loved it.

Debut novel. New to me author. I love finding male romance authors in the indie community, they always bring fresh ideas and point of views to their books, especially because I prefer the Hero’s POV over the heroines.
Abby and Jones met in a chance encounter when she was pulled over for speeding. Then Jones, the officer, becomes obsessed with her. Which at times was creepy.
The story is mostly in Abby’s point of view, however it’s written in 3rd person. I enjoy first person because it lets you into the characters mind and traits just a bit more. However, there were two chapters that was in first person from Jones’ POV. So the switch in the writing style threw me off a bit when I got to his chapters.
Slight BDSM. Consensual. Safeword, however Abby was punished for using her Safeword, which strikes odd to me.
The writing was good. There were some grammar errors that I overlooked as it didn’t ruin the flow of the story. I recommend this quick read due to the fact Kent Stevenson is a new indie author.

I came across this book while looking for something to read and chose it after seeing the great reviews and reading the blurb. Mr. Stevenson was all over the place with the story, jumping from one thing to another within the same sentence, i.e. a vibrator becomes a dildo. Raw Obsession has an enormous amount of grammar errors, which led me to think Mr. Stevenson is a non-English speaking author. Whomever the editor Mr. Stevenson employed for this book, may want to find a different career. Too bad really, the premise of this book lends itself to great opportunities. Now if someone could get him to focus on his work. All of this along with the far too many errors leave me no other choice than to leave a very poor review. Mr. Stevenson needs to really clean this book up. I will see if his next release shows improvement. Stay tuned…

Along the way the both fell in love but fighting it, Jones felt he was broken & punishing her to hard Abby liked kinky sex liked being dominated but wanted control be loved& cherished. The both had demons to deal with could they do it before they destroyed each other. Warning some of the violence may cause triggers and this story is for over 18

Raw Possession is the second book I read by Kent A. Stevenson. It started off fine until the dialogue. It didn't feel like people would speak in this manner. Occasionally, the dialogue was okay. I did not like Jones until nearly the end. His actions were a little bizarre for my liking. Abby was okay, but at times I wondered about her decisions. It was an okay book to me.

I was pointed in the direction of this book by a friend. The author claims to be a Dom, so I thought why not? There is no way on earth this book even deserves a 1 star! Do not bother. It looks like a kid wrote it!!!

This is a good book with a great storyline, that has suspense, mystery, dominance, hot sex and emotions. Officer Jones and Abby both suffer from past demons and fight their chemistry towards each other. They take you on a touching adventure that keeps you on the edge of your seat and turning the pages. This book has the perfect ending to close it out.
