It’s six months later, and Sa’id & Blythe has decided to tie the knot. Blythe is now the Lady of the Abbas Mansion, and her silver platter is served full. Shortly after the wedding, secrets of their not-too-long-ago past gradually begin to resurface, as well as, other revelations, spewing more chaos than they can handle.
Blythe is on her second pregnancy, hoping it doesn’t fail like the first one while Sa’id is thinking and dealing with his problems through his second head. Blair and Amal have had time to bond. They are ready to take their relationship to the next level, but past encounters done in the dark are now brought to the light. Ms. Gretchen finally gets the visit that she’s been longing for. But when Blythe has a big breakfast for everyone to come together and connect after being away from each other so long, all hell breaks loose.n
Secrets unveiled is soooo fitting.Cause the sh** hit the fan in all kinds of ways.Especially at breakfast. This novella was short, sweet and to the point.I mean everyone has something going on,even the kids. And Sa’id...I was rooting for you brother 😤 And if what I’m thinking is true that makes the whole situation even worse.I’m gonna hold my thoughts tho and see how it all plays out in the next installment.I can’t wait!
Man, this story picks up from the SA’ID series and draws you in from the very beginning. Talking about secrets, all kinds of secrets were brought out in this book. It also answered a few questions from the previous series. I am totally disappointed in SA’ID though and can’t wait to read more about these characters. This book is definitely worth reading, but you must read SA’ID first.
I'm so upset with Sa'id. You know when you can picture yourself diving in the pages of a book to whoop somebody, the book is good. I never would have thought he would do Blythe like this, but I believe she is going to boss up in Part 2. I won't go into details, but if you haven't read this book please do and get ready for the next installment. I'm ready!
If Kings Would Remember Their Queens Are Human With A Heart!
L'Amour, good read. I don't know how I feel after this one. I remember my mother and stepmother being like Ubah and Yalina at times when we were younger, to have someone being able to have such a hold on your heart is a dangerous thing. In my opinion Muslim men are the most selfish men alive, the really believe they are doing right under God's eyes. To never realize the damage it does to the children as well as the women once they get away it takes a lifetime to get it together. Okay I went back off the task again. Amal is such a snake. He made choices that may cost him a price he really doesn't want to pay. But Sa'id is the worst in my eyes, he doesn't think his actions will cause a reaction. Now he has opened up some more mess, let's see how this plays out. Lord watch over Blythe, she doesn't deserve this life just because she's in love, I pray she doesn't lose anymore of herself. Great Read!🤗🤗❤❤
This story picks up six months after the Sa’id series ended. We find our favorite couple navigating through life as newlyweds, a blended family and lifestyle changes. All the while making sure they keep the connections with friends that are lifelong. Feelings are exposed. Secrets are revealed, and these secrets will change the lives of many. What is done in the dark will eventually will come to light. This is definitely worth the read!
Old questions were answered, and new ones arrived. I am anticipating the next book. At this point, I don't know what to say about Sa'id. I was rooting for him. All I know is it's about to go down for Amal. I don't know how Blythe is going to come back from this, but I'm here for it.
The unexpected revelations this family had made me wanna hurry up to the next read. It was a well written continued saga of Sa'id. He was definitely a greedy character with a lot more secrets. I'm itching to know what happens with Blythe. This held my attention. The characters were so well developed and the plot was on point!
The Sa'id/Blythe series got me hanging on for dear life!!! With some unexpected secrets falling out the bag, there are many things to be revealed. I'm curious to know more about Julian. Great read!!!
Sa'id, I'm so disappointed with you. I figured Liah was his sister or they were messing around. I feel so bad for Blythe. I hope things turn around for her. I cant wait for the next enstallment.
While this is the first novel from Ms. Culture, I loved every chapter. Definitely rooting for Blithe, but Said is my dawg. Now I have to read the first two novellas. Great job.
Secrets, secrets, and more secrets. I've been following this one from the very beginning and like most I've been rooting for SA'ID and Blythe (and I'm still rooting). But SA'ID, you just tried my girl. I'm on the edge waiting for the next book!
