I’m still waiting for one of this author’s books to blow me away, but they get closer to doing so with each release. Her work feels so unique - often featuring complex, difficult storylines that are serious and emotional without being overly angsty. I loved the distinct feel of this one and adored this hero’s vulnerability. When was the last time you read about a pro football player who feels insecure and unworthy of his girl? I can’t think of a book that has tackled a sports romance quite like this, and I’ve read a whole lot of them. This only faltered for me a little, with a relationship that seemed to progress very quickly and a writing style that left me feeling the slightest bit detached. It’s a solid 4-star read that could’ve been spectacular with a few tweaks.

The story follows Reid, a football player who has become a pro at hiding his speech impediment. He's developed a real skill at concealing that part of himself, never truly opening up to anyone and keeping himself guarded. But when Reid meets Dylan, he finds himself wanting to open up. What started as a business relationship has quickly become something more, and these two independent individuals are forced to let down their walls if they want the chance at something real.

The author has taken sure great care to make Reid's insecurities feel real and relevant, even going so far as to avoid "Rs" in every word he speaks. There are some stellar quiet moments that build the intimacy here, and they're easily overlooked if the reader isn't paying attention. I loved the authenticity of it; these two both feel like REAL, flawed people. Reid stole my heart right away, and I loved his sweetness. There's so much to love here that I absolutely considered a 5-star rating, but there were little things along the way that hold me back from doing so. First, the pacing. For two people who are so unwilling to open up, they certainly do fall for each other quickly. There's also the tone of the writing itself, which is at times so serious that it borders on boring. That's been my main complaint about this author's work, but it was ALMOST a non-issue in this one. Ultimately, I really enjoyed the story and the complex characters. I received an early copy via Grey's Promotions and am voluntarily leaving a review of this almost 5-star read.

Last year, after having my first reading experience by Lea Coll, I fell hard for her writing. Since April of last year I have devoured every new book she has written, and her backlist is waiting in the wings patiently for me! She gets my attention and pulls all kinds of emotions out of me every single time. Perfect for You is the most intense book by her I have read thus far. It deals with a rainbow of situations and circumstances and it does it respectfully and well played out. That’s the best way I can come up with to describe this story. There are a few ways this story could have gone sideways, imo, but it never did. Lea is a phenomenal storyteller. She digs deep for her stories and I am constantly amazed at how easy I can spend hours with her words and want more and more. The story of Dylan and Reed is not just about the two of them finding their way to a HEA. They both have passions and life circumstances that on paper would seem to pit them as opposites and not a good match but … *happy sigh* GAH, I think this is my favorite Lea book. Go forth and enjoy this woman’s talented word wizardry! You won’t regret it. #trust

Be still my book loving heart. I think I lost it to Reid. Never have I ever wanted to reach into my kindle and squeeze someone Hard, like I did this man.

Reid is a gorgeous football player and a very good one at that. He is also quiet, reserved, generous and caring. Not one to seek attention, he remains quietly in the background until that is no longer possible. Determined to renew his contract and garner endorsements, he sets out to be a more active team player off the field. This brings him directly to her, Dylan.

Dylan is an enigma. Super smart, sexy, loyal and outgoing. She works hard at the law firm she cofounded and likes to give back to the community. Being part of a program that helps children with speech related problems, has ignited a passion in her she never expected. Balancing all this and her mother’s illness has proven to be a challenge but manageable. Her newfound passion has brought her into close proximity with him, Reid.

Reid and Dylan’s attraction to one another is palpable but is made all the more interesting and complicated by what they are both hiding. He has a speech impediment that has haunted him since childhood. He is a pro at hiding it and avoiding anything that would draw attention to him. She has a very sick mother and a father in denial. She has given up everything, including a personal life, in order to always be there for her parents. The pain each feels is a living, breathing entity but the love and understanding they have for each other, is so great, that together, they can overcome everything and be the absolute best version of themselves.

Perfect For You is a beautiful love story about acceptance and living your truth and it gets the judy.ann.loves.books stamp of approval. TBR and Enjoy!

I loved this story. I fell in love with Reid instantly. He is like a gentle giant #Sigh

Reid is a hot sexy football player and this year he is the co-captain. But with that comes other responsibilities. Like appearing more in public and making more speeches. Which is not what he wants. All he wants to do is play football, train and go home. And the reason for this is that Reid has a speech problem, and he is deathly afraid people will notice it. He didn’t have a good time growing up as everyone assumed he was dumb because he struggled with speaking. But now he doesn’t have a choice he needs to get more endorsements as his contract is up for renewal. So meeting Dylan and joining her community outreach for children who has speech difficulty should be ideal for him. But seeing as he is attracted to Dylan he is so scared that she will figure out he was one of those kids who struggles with their speech.

Dylan knew that from the minute she met Reid he was different. But did she have time for a relationship. She was involved in her community project for kids, she was just starting her new law firm with her friends and she was helping her mother who has an illness that needs constant care. Maybe she was spreading herself to thin. But she can’t help her attraction to Reid. But will it become real as both of them are hiding parts of themselves from each other.

This was such a sweet beautiful love story. And it revolves around accepting yourself and accepting the person you love unconditionally. I loved it. I think when you read this story you will fall in love with it from the start and wont be able to put it down. The way these are with each other accepting the other’s ‘faults’ and trying to make them better was just the freaking best

Perfect for You by Lea Coll is the third book in her Annapolis Harbor series, and i think is my favorite right now. The story of Dylan and Reid was just beautiful and so perfect. I really love how both have fears to let people know about their problems, but they find in each other the perfect person to help them.

We meet Dylan in the previous book and I was so intrigued to know more about her and now after reading the book i can clearly understand why she is so secretive about her family, then we have Reid who is the same way about a personal issue, but when an opportunity show and they start working together for Speak Kids charity, they can't denied the great chemistry between them.

But not everything will be easy between them they will need to overpass their trust issues so they can have their HEA, and the amazing part is that Dylan will help Reid with his issue showing him that nobody is perfect and he needs to be the real person for everyone. Meanwhile Reid will show Dylan that love exist and that she will always be there for her family but that is okay to start living her own life.

At the end of this book, we know a tiny bit about what we can expect in the next book and let me tell you I'm so excited to read it!!!

SQUEEEEEEEEEEE!
Have you ever read a book that literally just made you squee in happiness?
Or is that just another weird thing I do that makes the rest of the world side eye me and wonder about my sanity?
Meh, either way, SQUEEEEEEEEEEE!
Lea Coll absolutely killed it with Perfect for You.
Gah, I can't word how fantastic this book is. It's sweet, it's sexy, it's heartwarming, it hits you in the feels, it's so well written you end up devouring it because how in the actual heck could anyone expect you to be able to put it down, it's about a billion more things of awesome but this is my short list.
In all seriousness, I adored how Lea kept all the swoon with Dylan and Reid while truly making these two human at the same time. Both of them had things weighing on them that they were keeping bottled up inside and both of them learned how to balance that with love and openess in a way that just, *le sigh*, was nothing short of perfection.
Perfect for you is what romance lover dreams are made of.

Ahhhhhhhh, just wait until you read this emotional, intense, angsty, beautiful romance.

We're back with the next book in the Annapolis Harbor series and oh my goodness! Be still my heart y'all. This book and these two characters, specifically our tortured, irresistible hero, were so addictive, so everything... I couldn't put this book down for a single moment.

Perfect For You was everything in all the best ways. Dylan and Reid lit up my kindle, stole my heart and gave me all the feels on every single page. I devoured every single thing that they gave me and when it was all over, I wanted to experience it and them all over again.

Lea Coll was new to me when this series started and y'all what an amazing journey it's been with her so far. This is book number three in the Annapolis Harbor series, another standalone but you won't be doing yourself any favors if you don't start from the beginning.

Run don't walk to get this beauty.

I highly recommend this book.

5 Star Review Perfect For You (Annapolis Harbor #3) by Lea Coll

Lea Coll is a relatively new author to me; Perfect For You was a well written story that drew me in and held me captive from the first to the last chapter. The writing was strong, descriptive and I could easily see myself in Annapolis Harbor, Maryland.

Dylan Gannon is such a strong woman, she goes after who or what she wants and knows with certainty that she wants Reid Everson. Reid is determined not to become involved, after all Dylan loves the spotlight and having been burnt before, he has no intention of getting burnt again.

However neither Dylan or Reid count on the stubborn determination that they both have to succeed. Who will come out on top, can they come together, compromise and in doing so find a love that will conquer all? One click and find out.

This was my first Lea Coll book and I loved it! So much that I've already purchased the first two books in this series. One thing that really stood out to me with this story is that the hero, despite his fame and fortune, isn't the cocky, self-assured lovable jerk he could have potentially been; instead he's got his insecurities and vulnerabilities that absolutely tugged at my heartstrings. I thought Ms. Coll did a fantastic job showcasing Reid's speech impediment and how it's hindered his interactions with those around him. What really got me is how opposite Reid and Dylan are; with him being so closed off and her being a social butterfly, I knew it was going to take something big to get them on a more personal level. And when they began to open up with each other? It was great. I loved that neither Dylan nor Reid are perfect, but it's those flaws that endear these two to us, or at least to me.

"What an absolutely brilliant addition to this magnificent series. Lea Coll creates characters that may be flawed but are so incredibly realistic that I am hard pressed to think of another author who measures up to her in this aspect.
I adored Reid. He was beyond exceptional. For years he hid behind his public image as a pro footballer but after stepping up as co captain he knew certain things he was uncomfortable with would now be expected from him. Doesn’t mean he didn’t fight it every step of the way though!!
Then there is Dylan. She has lived her life being everything to others that she lost focus on her own happiness.
Their relationship with all its ups and downs was beautiful and humbling to read. I was also pleasantly surprised that there is at least one more book to come and I cannot wait to get my hands on it. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book."

Holy crumba... this story is a beautiful addition to Annapolis Harbor Series. Reid and Dylan were amazing characters that had a steamy and interesting story to tell.

Topics in this book were unique and compelling. Helping care for a sick parent and all the possible codependency involved, abandonment, speech delays and feelings of inadequacies, and having a tribe of friends are wonderfully explored. Eek my heart is full thinking about this telling.

Reid is a wonderful football player, son, friend, and employer. I know you will agree as you delve into this story. Dylan is an amazing daughter, lawyer, advocate, friend, and love interest. OMG plan for some major angst near the end of this book. I was freaking out for Dylan and felt bad for Reid.

I loved every minute of this book world. Definitely five star worthy. Happy Reading! XOXO

Another new-to-me author and Lea Coll does not disappoint! Perfect for You delivers a truly heart-warming story between Reid and Dylan. The guarded football player and the lawyer/charity promoter meet and feel a spark like they've never experienced before. I could sense the hesitance on both their parts to explore something more since it should be all business as Dylan tries to recruit Reid to be a part of her Kids Speak program. But I also knew there was no way these two could pass up the chance to finally find the other part of their lonely souls and perhaps find the happiness they had long ago abandoned.

This book flowed beautifully. I like Coll's easy-going writing style, using alternate POVs to make sure we get both sides to this engaging story. She has created in both Reid and Dylan, two people who would sacrifice anything for those they love and despite the fact that their lives are vastly different, deep down they were very much in sync with one another.

The author carefully uses the Kids Speak program as the subtle center of this story, respecting the need for those who need help with speech and giving it a true voice. It's a great reason for Reid and Dylan to get together and adds such a touching aspect to their burgeoning love story.

Both Reid and Dylan are stubborn in their own ways but the chemistry is undeniable. I was hopeful that even though certain circumstances could lead to a slew of misunderstandings and feelings of betrayal, it's all presented in a timely fashion and everything made sense as to their reactions and feelings of doubt. Overall, it's a wonderful journey of digging deep and finding within yourself the strength to change and be better not only for those around you but more importantly for yourself.

Yes, both Reid and Dylan are battling with anxiety over personal issues but the love they find is truly the balm to soothe even the most prickly of situations since these two were clearly made for one another. There are enough sexy scenes to keep things 'lively' and enforce just how far they have both fallen.

Perfect for You is full of feels and features two enticing characters and the crazy-good world they continue to allow to grow with wonderful family and friends surrounding them no matter what. I look forward to more from this author and happily give this book a solid 4 stars!

I knew that Annapolis Harbor at the end of 2020 was a must-read series and my opinion hasn't changed in fact it has been cemented with 'Perfect for You' because it was perfect for me my fav so far in this series and as I have given all book's 5* rating's then this is a testament as to how good this story is! If anyone deserves a happy ending then it is Reid.

I fell in love with Reid my perfect book boyfriend right from the start. Lea Coll writes such beautiful stories but this story tore at my heart a little more than the others! I love a story when our hero is the more tortured one as it shows vulnerability and this is portrayed in leaps and bounds with Reid. Dylan is going through her own issues with her family who has a secret that they don't want anyone to know about which is becoming increasingly hard for Dylan- so it was only fitting that we get to understand what happens when two people who are falling for each other hold back.

If you read the 2nd book in the series Lost Without You you know that Dylan bid and won a date with Reid, star receiver and Captain of the Baltimore football team, she is hoping he will become a spokesperson for 'Kids Speak' a charity that her Hadley founded - you can find her story and how the girls meet in the first book in the series Only with You. But Reid show's no interest in wanting to have that role, happy to help out the kids who have speech impediments but not be the face of initiative that the girls are working on with the football team. From the first date, Reid's want to spend time with Dylan but so used to people getting close to him for what he can do for them he is afraid to open up, but Dylan isn't going anywhere, her heart is drawn to Reid and she wants to find out more about this complex man.

'Nothing haunts you like the things you don't say'

Reid manages to stay out of the limelight but the management team wants him to take a more active role - but Reid has a secret that he doesn't want anyone to know afraid of what people will think - demons from his childhood coming to haunt him. But in the mist all the uncertainty is Dylan the woman he can't get out of his head, but will she still feel the same way when his secrets are out! and can Reid takes his own advice 'that nothing haunts you like the things you don't say'.

“𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙖𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙨𝙖𝙮.”
💜
Let’s talk about “Perfect For You by Lea Coll”, third book in the Annapolis Harbor series.
💜
Finally, Lea gave Dylan’s story, I was so curious about her, she seemed so larger than life and straight forward when she appeared in her friends and law firm partners Avery and Hadley. However I’m glad this story brought so much more I was expecting.

It was about Reid, a professional football player, who was such a good man and excellent athlete, but was holding back from professional and personal life due to an awful trauma a family member did to him because of his speech impediment. It is so difficult to read a character like him, one that has everything in his life to be that regular cocky person, but he shows his insecurities, flaws and turns out to be an even more amazing person.

Then we have Dylan, I could sympathize with her so much, because I know the feeling to well of being manipulated by your family of doing everything for them, to prioritize them above everything else and if we don’t do it, the guilty is soul wrecking. I know this too freakin well, because I live it. But at some point she was kind of annoying me, she wanted him to fully open up to her, tell his insecurities and secrets and even after he did that she still kept shut. And even after all she was still doubting his feelings. Lady, don’t pissed me off!

Apart from that, they were truly perfect for each other, they calm their feelings and help one another improve their lives and don’t let me start of how hot they were together, daaamn. Any way, they proved to each other, that let someone in and trust them can be liberating. Sometimes we just need a hand to help us go through the bumps of life. I also enjoy them working together with the Kids Speak, Hadley’s nonprofit, it was inspiring. I loved both epilogues! Yes, two! I hope to see more of them in the future.

I am so in love with this book. It was the most romantic and sad story I have read in a while.

This is the third book of the series and it centers around lawyer #3 Dylan. Dylan wins the auction blind date with a football player. She is thrilled. This is just what Hadley’s non-profit Kids Speak needs. They have worked so hard to get the Annapolis location up and running. She carefully researched and picked the perfect football player to approach. Now that she one the auction, they have a shot.

Reid is a very private person. With a secret to keep, he is very picky about who he lets in his life. Now that he made captain his coach expects him to be more in the spotlight. Do more interviews, charities, etc. This is how he found his self on a blind date with a gorgeous woman.

As a partnership begins with Kids Speak and the football team, so does the attraction. But when Dylan and Reid’s relationship begins to get serious, the secrets between them threatens to tear them apart.

This book was a beautiful story. It has amazingly strong characters. It flows at a smooth and steady pace. It has a backstory that really makes the story shine and feel real. Reid has such a deep and controlled personality. Dylan is sweet and sacrifices her happiness in life over and over throughout her life.

My favorite quote “I loved this because it was Reid. He wasn’t perfect but he might just be perfect for me.” I fell completely in love. It was romantic, sweet, yet sad. It really pulled at my heart strings. Shedding tears are a given. So be sure to have some tissue on hand. It was such a beautiful story.

I am completely head over hills for this series. All of the characters are unique and have their own issues that lead them to big beautiful love. Lea Coll is an amazing romance writer. Her stories are beautiful and heartfelt. This book is my favorite in the series. If you weren’t a fan you will be now.

Caught in the endless loop of work and family, both Reid and Dylan almost miss something beautiful right in front of them.

Dylan is committed to ensuring that she is always nearby in the event her family needs her. She keeps much of her private life just that - private - because she's unsure whether her friends or a potential significant other would understand just how deep her commitment goes. But when she gets to see the real man behind the football god status - Reid - she is floored. Can she let him in as far as he has let her in to his personal life?

"Nothing haunts you like the words you don't say."

Reid doesn't trust easily. A man of few words, he's found it more comforting to stay in the shadows, minding his tongue and ensuring that he uses his talent to make his family financially secure. When Dylan comes into his life, he's shocked by how much he wants to ensure she stays there. She's been patient with his insecurities, and seems to accept him, flaws and all. Is it for real, though? Will he be able to let her know how he feels, or will his penchant for quietness be his undoing?

This storyline is so unique that I found myself unwilling to put the book down. The author made Reid's POV resonate with me. His insecurities were real and understandable. Dylan's strength admirable, too, as well as relatable. As an only child, it's hard to not want to fix as many things as you can for the people you love most.

This is another good book from Lea Coll, as well as a great addition to the Annapolis Harbor series. I recommend it.

I voluntarily read & reviewed an ARC of this book.

"Nothing haunts you like the things you don’t say.”

Perfect For You was a charming story that will pull at your heartstrings. Dylan and Reid meet on a blind date when Dylan plans to ask Reid to be the spokesperson for Kids Speak which is a charity that helps children with speech issues. Unbeknownst to her, Reid struggles with a speech impediment himself which he hides from the world. When these two begin working together, can they let down their walls to fully let each other into their worlds?

Dylan was a strong, caring and passionate woman who seemed to have it all together on the outside. However, she has hidden her mother’s illness from everyone in her life. She fiercely loves her family, but they demand all of her attention and won’t allow her to form a romantic relationship.

Reid is a football player that struggles with the public speaking aspect of his job. He’s embarrassed and ashamed of his speech impediment. He’s terrified that working with the charity will expose his secret.

“Since the moment we met, there was something between us, an invisible line pulling us together, drawing us closer.”

Dylan and Reid are instantly drawn to each other and are unable to escape their obvious connection. Though their relationship progresses quickly, it helps give each of them the courage to face the obstacles in their lives and to take steps to overcome them. They bring out a strength in each other and make each other stronger.

Perfect For You wasn’t the typical sports romance and held a very real emotional aspect. It was a sweet and at times heartbreaking story of two people that are very different, but somehow are perfect for the other.

This is the third book in the series. I did not read the first book but I did read the second. This story easily stands alone.

It stars Dylan, a lawyer and PR expert with a new law firm in Annapolis, MD who wants to bring a non profit Kids Speak to the Annapolis area. They need donations and a spokesman and they think Reid is the perfect guy as he is Football player with a team in Baltimore, MD and is team captain.

Reid hates public speaking. He barely likes interviews and he avoids talking and the public way of life because he has a very big secret that he is ashamed of. But after he meets Dylan well he can't get her out of his head and so he steps up in helping her with her non profit if she agrees to bring it to Baltimore in addition to Annapolis.

And so the fun begins. I felt so bad for Reid, whose everyday and word is a struggle. He just wants to play football and support his family but he also wants to get ahead and that means he has to go big or go home.

Dylan was awesome. She has some real issues with her family and mother and she has to split her attention in so many different ways. Her mom has MS and is struggling to speak but is also ashamed that her friends will find out her secret and this pains Dylan tremendously.

I loved watching Dylan and Reid date and go out and I loved slowly getting to know them. I did feel that love happened to them awfully fast. But I also loved their relationship and how easily they really connect.

This was an awesome book and I loved every second of it and cannot wait to read the next one in the series.

I received a free ARC copy of this book from the author prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I love my visits to Annapolis Harbor and I was excited for Perfect for You book 3 in the series, let me say this book was everything I expected and more.
Blind dates can be fun or they can hard work when you are keeping a secret .......
Dylan Gannon is part of the Kids Speak charity which helps children with speech impediments who may have slipped through the system and she decides that Reid Everson would be the perfect spokesman for the charity. It seems the only way to get close to the football player is to bid on him at a charity auction for a blind date.
Reid Everson is only interested in football, he keeps himself to himself and avoids media meetings and meetings where he needs to speak because he is hiding a speech impediment. He is extremely attracted to Dylan so he does his best with what the team and the charity want but it was always on the cards that getting close to someone means his secret may come out.
As Dylan and Reid work together their feelings grow but will he trust her with what he sees as something that could ruin his career and leave him humiliated by his teammates and fans....
This is a heartfelt romance that touched me on so many levels. I fell hard and fast for Reid and I adored Dylan. It’s a story with all the feels, I smiled, I swooned and I sighed as I joined this couple on their journey. Reid and Dylan meet a few bumps in the road along the way but you know true love is worth fighting for and this couple are destined to be soul mates. A great addition to the wonderful Annapolis Harbor Series and I can’t wait for book 4. Great job Ms Coll

Have you ever wanted to reach into a book and just hug a character. Maybe even possibly cuddle them till their stress goes away? That was me and how I felt about Reid Everson.

In Perfect For You by Lea Coll, Dylan Gannon is an attorney who also works with her friends for their non profit organization dedicated to helping children with speech problems. Dylan bid on a date with Baltimore football star, Reid Everson. She won.

Her plan was to ask Reid to be the spokesperson for the organization on the date. During their date, she became enamoured with him and wanted to get to know him on a more personal level however due to her family obligations she didn’t see a way that she could potentially have a relationship. Whether it was with Reid or anyone else.

Reid wanted to get to know Dylan better after their date as well. He just had one small issue of his own but it was one that he didn’t feel comfortable sharing with everyone. Reid & Dylan start working together for Kids Speak and things begin to look up for the two as a couple.

There are a few bumps along the way and secrets are revealed that cause issues. Dylan and Reid were so realistic as a couple. What I liked was the way Dylan reacted to Reid’s secret. She didn’t make it a big spectacle but let him know that he had nothing to be ashamed of at all. Reid, he’s gave me teddy bear, sweetheart vibes that I can definitely appreciate.

Thank you Grey’s Promotions for the eARC!

Once again, you've created an absolutely heartwarming story that I completely loved. Dylan & Reid are 🔥🔥. I LOVED everything about this book. This was an epic love story that will make you laugh, cry & swoon! It’s one that you won’t want to put down until the end and then you’ll want more. This is the third book in Lea’s Annapolis Harbor series and it is, by far, my favorite. This story spoke to my heart so much! I was diagnosed in 6th with zero reading comprehension. Unlike Reid, I had a fantastic reading specialist and a tutor outside of school to help me develop reading comprehension. However, I hated being called on to read and/or answer questions about what we had read. I could read fine...it was my inability to know WHAT I had read that caused major anxiety for me. It wasn’t easy to retrain my brain and took me until the middle of my senior year of HS to overcome. I still have issues with my reading comprehension if i’m over tired or stressed, I have to revert back to the skills that the reading specialist and my tutor taught me to regain the comprehension. Iwhile it frustrates me, i’m super thankful for the help I received back in my school days. I highly recommend this book, the series and ALL books by Lea Coll. You won’t be disappointed. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

The Annapolis Harbor series has hooked me from the first book and this one was no exception, I loved it! Dylan and Reid story is as the title of the book: PERFECT. Dylan is a spontaneous, sweet, charismatic and very altruistic woman. Reid is a very handsome football player, introverted, reserved and with a big heart; he is a man who has emotional scars and prefers to hide in the shadows. Their story begins with a blind date and a favor. The attraction is instantaneous, yet it has trust issues and has reasons to be. He begins a friendship with Dylan in which, gradually, Reid begins to show a bit of his true personality, always restricting himself due to his issue, his struggle and its impact on his low self-esteem. She is an optimistic person who always seeks to help and is trying to emphasize with Reid, showing him that the background and/or "flaws" do not matter; all the small imperfections make them more real and the acceptance of them is necessary to be able to love without restrictions.

What an amazing book to read. Not only are the character ones you can connect with, it is a story that will bring out a sense of honor and joy at what Dylan and her team are working for. CHILDREN.
This book is simply not a romance, this book focuses on a subject that has been an issue for a long time, how children suffer and struggle with certain deficiencies. Lea Coll, brings this amazing character Reid Everson, a football player that suffers in silence. His relationship with Dylan is one of partnership and helpfulness. Two people that learn from one another how to help each other to become the best they can be for one another.
His heart, his struggles and the struggles of the children he mentors brought tears to my eyes. Through Lea’s words I could close my eyes and picture him laying his heart out to Dylan, seeing his struggles. That thought to the words used to describe his fears made this book that much more special to me.
Through this series, I feel that there is a common thread, no one is perfect, but they is one imperfect person out there for everyone. That make this book simply PERFECT

First it was Hadley, then Avery and now Dylan finds her happy ever after in this third installment of the Annapolis Harbor series. Dylan is a confident, beautiful lawyer who has a busy life with starting a new legal practice, her non profit work and family commitments that pull her in at a moment's notice. So when she bids on a date with a football player that she wants to become a spokesman for the Kids Speak charity that her friend Hadley started, she doesn't expect to form a connection with him. Reid Everson is one of the captain's of Baltimore's football team, and he is used to people wanting things from him, so when this beautiful woman shows up, he expects the worst. When he realizes that Dylan doesn't want anything from him other than his time, he finds that he can't resist her. But as their relationship deepens, it becomes harder for them to hide the secret part of their lives that they do not show to anyone. Will they be able to lay everything out there and work through the parts of themselves they hide from others? Love this series and can't wait for Nolan and Julianna's story next.

I absolutely LOVED Perfect for You so very much that I never wanted it to end. Reid is a start pro football player who is quiet & is happy to stay in the background as much as he can. However, if he wants a new contract, he's going to have to be more present off the field which is where he ends up in Dylan's path. She's a hard working attorney, but more than that, she's very active in giving back to the community which is where Reid will come in at. They have chemistry in spades but he's sure she's not his type because of her outgoing personality, and he's hiding something that no one is going to find out about. Little does he know she's hiding things as well, and maybe just maybe, they have more in common that he believed. I LOVED Dylan so much because she was amazing but I LOVED Reid just as much which is rare for me as I usually have some issues with one or the other so bravo Lea Coll! Perfect for You is a beautiful story we all need in our lives! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

This is a emotional rollercoaster ride to healing an love.Dylan is an attorney but also works with her friends charity that helps kids with speech problems that usually fall through the cracks.Reed Everson is a pro football player that doesn't give many press appearances. he's a man of few words. So something about him attracts Dylan. She wins a date with him at their charity auction. When they meet she pitches their charity Reed says the team might be interested but he's not.Dylan is so attracted to him an he's attracted to her but he's used to being alone afraid someone will find out his secret.Dylan doesn't get involved in relationships because her moms health, her work as a attorney and the charity keeps her busy but last time she was involved her boyfriend didn't understand her need to rush off to help her parents whenever she's needed. Her parents don't want anyone to know her mom has MS.There are so many twists an turns to this story you will be riveted until the very last page an leave you begging for more.I love the way this amazing author brings the characters to lovife before your eyes an you can feel their emotions an their pain.I can hardly wait to see what's next by this multi talented author.
