⭐⭐⭐½ : Since the books are so connected (the next one starts in the same scene as the previous one), I already reviewed the whole series in my review for the first book That being said, there are some things I want to add for this book.
Overall Opinion: It is a slow burn contemporary fairy tale love story between an openly bisexual man and a man who is hidden so deeply in the closet that he cannot yet face his own sexuality. The added value of the series is in the non-explicit yet erotic scenes between the two. You can just feel it sizzle.
I also thought the colouring book scenes were a very nice metaphor. Raff's reaction when Tanja colours the sunflowers purple, or even worse, outside the lines. So beautiful and yet so touching.
Caution: you have to see this story for what it is: a modern day fairy tale. So don't look at the events from a realistic POV; it will only disappoint. This is a book about finding Wonderland. So, look at these books as just that, a tool to help you dream away and immerse yourself in a beautiful romance, and they will do the trick!
The only thing that annoys me immensely is that it is a story for one book, but it is spread over three books and there is always a lame cliffhanger to make you want to read on. But let's face it, a lot of contemporary authors fall back on this sales tactic.
Brief Summary of the Storyline: This is Raffael (Raff) and Sebastians (Bash) story.
The story picks up again after the stupid "cliffhanger" of the previous book. Raff and Bash drive back home after their wonderful weekend in Eastbourne (aka Wonderland) and Raff shuts down. Both suffer from heartbreak until their friends invite them over for dinner. As they also share the same circle of friends, they can't avoid each other forever and so they meet at a race, a birthday party edm. All opportunities that Bash uses to convince Raff to take the plunge.
Point Of View (POV): This alternated between Raff and Bash POV.
Overall Pace of Story: Good! I never skimmed. On the contrary, I reread some scenes several times before I moved on.
Sadness level: Low, no tissues needed
Heat level: Hot. They have some hot tension, chemistry, and scenes. You just feel air crackling between the two of them. And as already said, the scenes don't have to be explicit to feel it tickle.
Cheating: No
Separation: Yes
Safety: This one should be Safe for most safety gang readers

My review is for the whole series.
I had an awful time reading this book and yet it was entertaining in a parodic way. There were so many problems with the plot that I don’t even know where to start. I’ll start with something positive- it was very well written but then we also have a childish paranoid MC who was hysterical most of the time and who in this day and age, with supporting and loving parents, supporting and loving friends, open minded colleagues he still hyperventilated every time he heard the word “gay”, who made the other MC crazy with despair . I don’t know why the author twisted his character like that.. At first we have a big bad dom who had a playroom and who liked to discipline and fuck women and he was all cocky and then he disappears and in his place we get a pathetic whiny coward. Everything was OTT in a big way . Also, the vibe we get from the blurb and from the book itself is that we will get good sex. Well no, there is no actual sex in the book , the big bad dom is a little shy lamb . Actually, no, we do get a cringey scene where the other MC fucks his virgin butt without any prep whatsoever and he says that it didn’t even hurt . Yeah, right! It was the shortest and the most awkward sex scene I’ve ever read and I was squirming all through it, that’s how cringey it was ..
Honestly I wouldn’t even bothered with Raffa, I would have kicked him to the curb at the end of the first book. Actually I would have stopped with the first book because the second and the third didn’t made the plot more palatable..

Beautiful end to the start of a loving life together. I love these characters, main and supporting. My heart was sweetly touched even all did not go smoothly for Sebastian and Raffael.

"Breaking Titanium" ist der dritte und letzte Band der "Breaking" Reihe von Anna Katmore.
Ich liebe das Cover ♥ Es sagt außerdem einiges aus.
Ehrlich gesagt fand ich diesen Band aber eigentlich etwas nervig. Mir ging Raffael dermaßen auf den Keks. Mir tut es ja leid das er so mit sich kämpft aber ehrlich? Mir kam das ganze doch übertrieben rüber. Und dafür das es so übelst übertrieben war kam mir das Ende doch sehr schnell und plötzlich auf den letzten 50 Seiten ca. Dennoch habe ich es gerne gelesen und mich tierisch in Sebastian verliebt :D Man muss ihn lieben.
Ich hätte 4* vergeben, allerdings hat mir das Nachwort der Autorin so gut gefallen das es doch 5* wurden. Eine sehr tolle Reihe die ich durchgesuchtet habe und allen empfehlen kann die Gay mögen, aber auch sich mit allem was dazugehört außereinandersetzen möchten. Das Buch hat viele Botschaften und viele davon gehen einem echt an die Nieren. Außerdem gibt es eine gute Portion Drama, aber auch Lustig ist es. Alles in allem würde ich sagen die Reihe ist das Gesamtpaket einer guten Reihe.

Review for the whole series
The story is sweet and in this 3rd book you can really appreciate the growth in Raffael's story... I haven't given it 5 stars because I have some issues with it...
First, this trilogy could be just one longer book and it would be ok, even better... The first two books seemed long chapters...
Last but not least, Sebastian has real issues with boundaries and consent... It doesn't show much in this 3rd book but in the first two there are some kissing and sex scenes that cringe because they lack Raffael consent... Not cool... But I am finding it an issue in more and more NA romances... Perhaps I'm getting old...
All in all a sweet and slow romance with just the right amount of angst.

Après les deux cliffhanger que l’auteur nous a offert dans les deux précédents tomes, je pense pouvoir affirmer que ce troisième opus était très très attendu.
Ainsi, nous retrouvons Sebastian et Raffael au même moment que lors de la fin du tome précédent. Nous vivons la suite directe des évènements. Page après page, nous assistons à une lutte. La lutte de Raffael contre lui-même, la lutte de Sebastian contre Raffael. Alors que l’un se renferme sur lui et repousse tous ceux qui essaient de l’aider, l’autre s’accroche et persévère.
J’ai aimé le personnage de Sebastian pour cet aspect-là de sa personnalité. Totalement dévoué à Raffael, il a pour unique objectif de lui montrer qu’il peut être lui-même et s’accorder la paix qu’il mérite tant. Son amour pour lui est beau et tendre. Il est prêt à tout pour que Raffael et lui soient heureux.
À l’inverse, si j’ai bien aimé Raffael jusqu’à maintenant, dans ce tome, je l’ai trouvé vraiment désagréable. Toujours à souffler le chaud et le froid envers Sebastian. Je n’ai pas aimé son comportement de « girouette ». Même si ses interrogations sont légitimes, ses agissements sont limites pour moi.
J’ai trouvé sa prise de conscience trop soudaine, comme si en un claquement de doigts, il avait oublié toutes ses tergiversations. À mon sens, ce ressenti rend ce moment moins fort émotionnellement.
En terminant ma lecture, mon sentiment est mitigé. D’un côté, l’histoire est très bien écrite et addictive comme dans les tomes précédents. Le style de l’auteur nous emporte complètement. De l’autre, le personnage de Raffael m’a vraiment déplu dans ce tome.
Dans l’ensemble, j’ai passé un agréable moment même si j’attendais plus de ce tome.

I’ve been waiting for this book to be released and I was not disappointed. FYI, These books must be read in order.
This book isn’t an easy read. It is very emotional and real. If you want a super sweet read where you’ll get a cavity, not this book. This book has ALL the feels. Even though we are on an emotional roller coaster in this book, we eventually get that HEA. Just wait until the ending, it’ll bring the biggest smile to your face & your heart will feel flutters because these 2 are going to make it.
Let’s start with Raffael: He struggles to accept his sexuality throughout most of the book. His fear and confusion about his feelings is palpable. I wanted to pull my hair out often, but it’s only been months since his word was turned upside down. Therefore, it makes sense he’s still struggling emotionally. My heart was heavy with Raff as he worked through everything.
Next, we have Sebastian: He is unbelievably patient, forgiving, understanding, and so loving when it comes to Raffael. He is truly the perfect partner. His calming touch is a balm to the chaos in Raffael’s head.
This book is mainly about Raff but enough of Sebastian’s perspective to even out the tension. I think my favorite part was Nikki’s party. Those baby steps eventually add up.
I think it’s important to point out, the secondary characters were amazing too. They play a huge role throughout the book.
Let me preface by, I’m a cis hetero female so my real life experience is zilch, but I think this book brings a more realistic approach to the struggles of discovering your sexual identity.
I would highly recommend this series.

J’étais impatiente d’avoir la suite et de voir comment Raff allait avancer alors qu’il était totalement paniquer et que ses peurs l’empêchaient de simplement être lui.
J’ai eu de la peine pour ces deux héros, ils s’aiment mais Sebastian est celui qui va se battre pour deux et patienter. Même si les sentiments sont forts, la peur et faire son coming out est impossible à concevoir pour Raff au grand jour. Alors il préfère être malheureux.
Cet ultime tome joue avec nos nerfs on pense qu’ils vont avancer et hop Raff se rétracte et se renferme sur lui. Il manque d’assurance et derrière son attitude de tout maitriser, il est complètement perdu. Je vous avoue que par moment j’ai eu envie de le secouer et de lui hurler dessus « mais vas-y maintenant faut de réveiller mon gars, tu vas pas passer à côté du bonheur ».
Ce tome se dévore, impossible de le lâcher. J’ai beaucoup aimé ma lecture, nos deux héros sont attachants et les valeurs mise en avant sont vraiment positives et de nos jours ça fait du bien.
Anna Katmore fait des romans qui s’intègre parfaitement dans notre société, on retrouve des problématiques concrètes et des inquiétudes légitimes dans la construction des personnages. J’aime que la romance soit présente mais jamais elle ne prend le dessus, les récits sont très équilibrés.
J’ai passé un bon moment et je vous recommande cette lecture. Je ne suis pas experte en MM mais impossible de ne pas se prendre d’affection pour Raff, Sebastian, Tanja et Felix.

La historia de Sebastián y Raffael. Una saga de tres libros que perfectamente pudo ser uno, me imagino que la decisión de cortarlos en 3 es netamente comercial.
El primer libro de la saga vemos como Sebastián se introduce en el mundo de Raff y comienza a sacarlo de lo que conoce. Este fue el que más me gustó, me gustan las relaciones que van avanzando lentamente y a diferencias de varios libros en que el hetero se da cuenta que es gay y casi no le importa (inverosímil para mí) en éste el personaje se encuentra en constante conflicto por los nuevos sentimientos que esta desarrollando. Pero ...
Viene el segundo libro, donde para mí se cae todo. (esa atracción lenta, ahora es amor a primera vista por dos veces que estuvieron juntos) Este personaje controlador, sado, seguro, etc, se vuelve alguien frágil, lleno de temores y claro, está en conflicto, pero pierde toda su esencia. No es el personaje anterior conflictuado, sino que casi uno completamente diferente. Por otro lado tenemos a Sebastián que a ratos me parecía humillarse con Raff y a mí los personajes que se humillan me echan a perder el libro.
Se supone que compiten en carreras y eso casi no esta más allá de un par de escenas.
El tercer libro mejora un poco con respecto al segundo, pero aun tenemos a Raffael siendo alguien frágil que se siente "seguro" con Sebastián. Creo que la autora estiró demasiado el conflicto de Raff para poder tener 3 libros, cuando fácilmente esto podría ser sólo uno. Porque es como si entre el segundo y el tercero no hubiesen cambios, no tiene sentido el corte.
En fin, la saga es estretenida, se lee rápido.

Ce troisième tome conclut à merveille la trilogie. On y retrouve Raffael et Sebastian comme on les avait laissé à la fin du deuxième tome.
Ici, on retrouve un Raffael encore plus renfermé dans ses doutes, ses peurs, ses angoisses, là où Sebastian ne cesse de se battre pour lui, pour leur histoire, pour les sentiments qu’ils partagent. Une nouvelle fois l’auteur nous fait traverser une multitude d’émotions, de ressentis. La douleur des personnages m’a vraiment touché. J’ai également été émue par toute cette confiance que Sebastian avait en leur avenir. A la place de Raffael, j’aurais sans doute craqué bien plus vite 😂 Je ne peux vous en dire davantage par peur de vous spoiler mais sachez que leur histoire d’amour m’a vraiment ému !
Et que dire de Tanya, de Félix, de Claudia, ces personnes que tout le monde rêverait d’avoir comme amis, comme famille. Leur dévotion et leur soutien pour les êtres qu’ils aiment est touchante, admirable et ce sont vraiment des personnages que j’ai adoré ! D’ailleurs, je ne serai pas contre les revoir dans un éventuel spin-off 😊
Enfin, ce dernier tome de cette magnifique trilogie nous renvoie un profond mélange de tolérance, d’amour, de respect, d’ouverture d’esprit et surtout, il nous rappelle à quel point il est important d’être soi-même et de s’accepter tel que l’on est !

Finisce così la trilogia e io rimango della mia idea: questo poteva essere tranquillamente un unico volume. Uniti insieme questi racconti fanno un romanzo di 300 pagine e poco più, quindi onestamente non mi spiego questi tagli così brutali tra un libro e l'altro.
A parte questo, se presi separatamente devo dire che sono romanzi carini. In tre libri mi sono affezionata a Sebastian e Raffaell, alle continue complicazioni, le incomprensioni, la voglia di stare insieme e anche la paura. Quella, soprattutto, unita al desiderio l'ho sentita proprio sulla pelle, in modo reale.
Il problema però è che, libro dopo libro, si ripete sempre la stessa dinamica. I due si avvicinano, Raffaell considera di superare i propri limiti, poi accade qualcosa e lui ne fa ottocento indietro. Fino al secondo libro questo era molto sensato e addirittura comprensibile, ma una volta arrivata al terzo romanzo, quasi verso la fine, e assisto alla stessa, identica dinamica fatta di incomprensioni e cose dette a metà, il mio interesse è calato di colpo. Tirando le somme resta comunque un bel libro e una bella storia, ma avrei preferito che non fosse così ripetitivo ecco.

I lot happens in this book. And for me, it felt disjointed. One chapter we are here and then the next we are over there. It's a bit whiplash in book form. I didn't like the story in this one. Okay, not "story" but rather this third of the story, as each of these books don't really follow a typical story arch with this book being no exception.
I hated the conclusion to their relationship issues. Absolutely hated it. It was cheap. It felt unearned and it didn't actively resolve any of their issues, it simply brushed them aside.
This book has some very fluffy/cute moments (which I LOVED), but it also had some weird scenes (specifically calling the church scene out here, it came out of nowhere, was unneeded, added religion for no reason (and a religion that is otherwise not practiced in the series), and it tried too hard - cut the scene out and nothing in the story changes).
Too many times I stopped reading this because of moments that just rubbed me the wrong way. And for me the conclusion didn't work.

Ce tome 3 confirme mon coup de coeur pour la série entière.
Le refus, les doutes et pourtant le désir de Raffael me plaquent au sol.
Dés le départ, on est sur une rencontre comme aucun des héros n'a vécu. Une évidence. Des rendez-vous intenses. Les deux âmes de Raffael et Sebastian étaient faites pour se rencontrer et jouer ensemble. On ressent à quel point ça les bouleverse et remet tout en cause.
Dans ce tome 3, Raffael fuit Sebastian, mais celui-ci est combattif, même s'il a aussi ses faiblesses et ses doutes. J'ai adoré qu'ils reconnaissent leurs failles. Le fait qu'ils ne cessent de penser l'un à l'autre.
Le thème autour des circuits de course est un fil rouge que j'aime beaucoup et je trouve que l'autrice a réussi à faire en sorte que ces courses deviennent leur terrain de jeu où leurs sentiments se cherchent et s'affrontent.

A lil bit of spoilers ahead
This was such a good ending. I really enjoyed the growth that was in this book for Raff and Bash.
I didn't really love how Bash was in the first book, at times I kinda felt that he was a little too...forceful? I dunno there was just something with the way he handled things with Raff that bugged me.
But with this book he was so much better. I loved how he didn't give up an Raff, but he also learned to back off a bit and let him come to terms with things himself.
My poor sweet Raff always at war with himself, it was hard to read sometimes. Gosh he was breaking my heart at times. I'm so proud of him and how he overcame so much so he could finally have some peace (especially internally)and be happy.

Bereit dir das Herz wieder und wieder brechen zu lassen. Taschentücher bitte. Ich dachte ja schon Band zwei hat, mich auf eine Achterbahnfahrt mit genommen. Das hier war eher eine Schifffahrt bei Sturm. So oft wie meine Emotionen beim Lesen herumgewirbelt worden sind. Gefühlschaos pur, mit einigen Tränen oder wollte gewisse Personen nehmen und schütteln. Raffael und Sebastian sind mir nach Band zwei so ans Herz gewachsen und das zu lesen hat meinem Herzen nicht gutgetan. Ich habe mit ihnen gelitten. Ein Happy End für die beiden ist mit jeder Seite weiter in die Ferne gerückt. Das Ende war einfach bezaubernd.

Questa trilogia mi è piaciuta, anche se la bisessualità non è stata tratta bene e mi c'è voluto un per capire il più giovane dei due protagonisti. Descrive molto bene il turbamento di Raffael, che non sopporta i cambiamenti in generale, che si sente attratto da una persona del suo stesso sesso per la prima volta e Sebastian che vuole aiutare l'amore della sua vita a capire cos'è la felicità.
P.S. In questo capitolo il finale è un pò frettoloso.

diese Titanium-Reihe hat mich Anna Katmore als Autorin absolut ueberzeugt,
eine Reihe die unglaublich romantisch, sehr beruehrend und auch teilweise herzzerreissend ist,
und ausserdem musste ich als Leser Nerven wie Drahtseile haben, wegen des ewigen Hin und Her der beiden Hautprotas,
alle drei Baende sind absolut lesenswert

Un final que j’attendais avec impatience car l’auteure aime terminer chaque tome avec des cliffhangers qui vous prend aux tripes. Une chronique qui restera sans spoil mais que je vais limiter pour ne prendre aucun risque.
Raffael et Sebastian sont de retour à Londres et devront faire face à leur avenir. Entre peur et sentiment, des choix devront être faits.
Nous retrouvons notre duo à quelques heures des derniers événements et nos émotions commencent alors à évoluer. Ayez le cœur accroché pour ce grand final.
Un plaisir de retrouver tout le monde : héros et personnages secondaires. Plus j’ai avancé dans cette saga, plus je me suis aperçue qu’ils avaient tous un but, une importance dans l’intrigue et j’ai aimé cela.
Raffael est un garçon qu’on a envie de protéger. Je me suis étonnée concernant ce personnage. Je pensais être énervée et pourtant il est si humain qu’il en devient réel. Je l’ai tout simplement adoré malgré les montagnes russes.
Sebastian est toujours aussi lumineux et vous savez comme j’aime ce type de héros : attentionné, protecteur et déterminé. Il nous montre sa force de caractère et j’ai souffert avec lui.
Un couple qui va se battre. Ensemble ou l’un contre l’autre, ça sera à vous de le découvrir. J’ai aimé les retrouver et je me suis vraiment attachée à eux. Si le côté érotique m’avait laissé très perplexe au vue de la technique, j’ai aimé les choix plus sûrs dans ce tome.
Je vous ne l’avais pas caché, je n’aimais pas tellement Tanja et Félix dans les tomes précédents. Je ne comprenais pas leur amitié. Mais quel retournement de situation. Les messages qu’ils véhiculent ont été juste parfaits.
Si les valeurs de l’amitié sont fortes, la famille n’est pas en restent et Claudia et Michelle ont totalement conquis mon cœur en guimauve.
Un tome basé sur la confiance, l’acceptation de ses désirs et de ses sentiments. Une vraie romance. Un tome fort en émotions. Sûrement mon tome préféré.
Je n’en dirai pas plus, mais clairement une saga que je vous recommande. C’était intense et je ne regrette pas cette aventure.

Un grand merci aux éditions Cyplog de leur confiance pour ce service presse émouvant. J’ai adoré et dévoré ce dernier opus en quelques heures tellement il est prenant.
Dans ce dernier tome on retrouve Raffael et Sebastien à un tournant de leur vie. Je ne vais pas vous représenter les personnages parce que maintenant vous les connaissait bien.
Raffael va devoir faire face à sa plus grande peur, une peur que ne s’explique pas forcément par des évènements de son passé mais plus par la vie elle-même. Je vous laisse découvrir de quoi je parle par vous même. Dans ce tome il est plus conscient de ce qu’il veut et de ce qu’il doit faire pour l’avoir mais reste malgré tout ancré dans sa peur. Il va devoir apprendre à se faire confiance et à faire confiance aux autres. Il m’a bouleversé et ému par toutes ses interrogations et toutes ses angoisses.
Sebastien lui va devoir faire face a son plus grand défi celui de ne pas abandonner. Il va faire confiance à ses amis pour l’aider a atteindre son but. Il est généreux, attendrissant et patient et je dois vous dire que j’ai adoré voir comment il réussie toujours à obtenir ce qu’il veut… Ou presque.
L’intrigue reste dans la même ligné que les deux premiers. Elle nous emporte dans les tourments de nos héros et nous transporte dans leur interrogations. Les évènements s’enchainent avec douceur et ferveur pour nous faire vivre un moment de pur bonheur emplie de crainte.
La plume toujours aussi addictive nous plonge dans les méandres de l’acceptation de soi et du regard des autres, de la passion et de l’amour pour notre plus grand plaisir. Elle a su trouver avec simplicité et facilité le moyen de nous transmettre de puissantes émotions avec ses mots. C’est beaux à découvrir.
Pour conclure je vous dirais juste que si vous aimer la romance MM cette trilogie est faite pour vous. Elle promet un très bon moment de lecture et de passion.

Anna Katmore nous avait laisser sur une fin insoutenable lors du deuxième tome. Je n’avais qu’une seule hâte découvrir ce dernier tome. Je n’ai pas été déçu.
Raff a passé le week-end avec Bash ,depuis plus rien ne va plus. Complètement perdu dans ses sentiments, il reste seul chez lui enfermé sans voir personne. Il ne se sent pas prêt à aimer un homme ,pourtant en absence de cet homme il a mal ,son cœur est vide .
Sebastian se sent brisé ,Islande est entré dans sa vie aussi vite qu’il en est sorti . Ça ne peut pas se terminer de cette façon ,il refuse de perdre totalement son Snowflake sans se battre .
Il décide de lui proposer un deal ,ce dernier accepte avec réticence.
Pourtant avec du recul ,Bash se rend compte qu’il n’a pas le droit de s’imposer de cette manière dans sa vie même il est incapable de vivre sans lui.
Ça ne sert à rien d’insister Raff ne va pas revenir vers lui bien au contraire quoique…
La route risque d’être longue ,l’amour va-il l’emporter?
Je termine cette trilogie avec un grand coup de cœur pour Raff et Bash .
La détresse de Raff m’a touché .Il est rempli d’angoisse de peur face à l’amour qu’il ressent pour un homme .
Comme tout le monde ,il a le droit d’avoir des coccinelles dans le ventre dès qu’il voit l’homme qu’il aime plus que tout .
Félix ,Tanja ,Claudia et sa petite fille jouent un rôle important dans la vie des deux hommes .
Mais également Gabriel qui donne un petit coup de pouce à Raff pour prendre ses décisions.
Je quitte donc avec regret Islande et Bash avec qui j’ai passé un très bon moment de lecture .

Pourtant avec du recul ,Bash se rend compte qu’il n’a pas le droit de s’imposer de cette manière dans sa vie même il est incapable de vivre sans lui.
Ça ne sert à rien d’insister Raff ne va pas revenir vers lui bien au contraire quoique…
La route risque d’être longue ,l’amour va-il l’emporter?
Je termine cette trilogie avec un grand coup de cœur pour Raff et Bash .
La détresse de Raff m’a touché .Il est rempli d’angoisse de peur face à l’amour qu’il ressent pour un homme .
Comme tout le monde ,il a le droit d’avoir des coccinelles dans le ventre dès qu’il voit l’homme qu’il aime plus que tout .
Félix ,Tanja ,Claudia et sa petite fille jouent un rôle important dans la vie des deux hommes .
Mais également Gabriel qui donne un petit coup de pouce à Raff pour prendre ses décisions.
Je quitte donc avec regret Islande et Bash avec qui j’ai passé un très bon moment de lecture .
Merci à Raff pour son message remplit d’espoir à la fin du roman

I will be reviewing the trilogy as one continuous story as they should be read back to back.
A bit confusing but the series is labeled Crushed Hearts or Breathless on Amazon and Goodreads, book 1 is Unfair Love/Titanium, book 2 is Broken Dawn/Gravity and book 3 is Awaking Trust.
This turned out to be an interesting found and fascinating short series with a very romantic ending. The first two books are novel-length, and the 3rd one is a bit longer. Both MCs are into street racing and highly value their cars, but during the day Icelander Raffael studies to become an architect and cocky Sebastian is a personal trainer. Their meet-cute is fun and unique … kickstarting a chain of dramatic events none of them can ever predict. The tension comes from them being instant rivals on the streets … but also from the fact that Bash is openly bisexual while Raff considers himself strictly straight and always in control. Sebastian completely rattles Raffael’s carefully constructed world and Raffael hates him for it … he is also just too petrified to face his true self. The only way to make him do that is to dare him. There is a lot of back and forth and drama between these guys, but their HEA is so worth it. I enjoyed the tension, the games, and the angst ... oh, the angst ... and although Bash might come across as too demanding at times, I admired him for his amazing patience with Raffael. Yes, he is pushing Raff but always within reason ... and sweet, unsure Raffael needs Bash as a safe place. The books are light on steamy scenes, but there are many sweet and tender moments. I loved these two so much, I tore through all 3 books in one sitting. (Please know that there is a short MFM scene in the first book and even though I do not like those in MM books, here it makes sense and is essential to further the story.)
