Misfit Inn #2

Those Sweet Words

Rate this book
Good old, reliable Pru. Of the four Reynolds sisters, Pru is the natural choice to take on custody of the girl their late mother had planned to adopt. At thirty, suddenly becoming the mom of a teenager means big changes, but Pru's ready to do whatever it takes to adopt Ari. Before she settles down, though, she wants one thing for herself.

Enter Flynn Bohannon, the sinfully sexy Irish musician in town for her sister's wedding. He's led the kind of free, vagabond life Pru can hardly imagine. Definitely not the kind of guy she should be dating, but he's the perfect guy for a crazy fun fling before her life changes.

When Pru proposes a brief, no strings affair, Flynn's not about to say no. But when unexpected complications endanger the adoption, the two find themselves in a phony engagement.

Now they have to convince a sharp-eyed, skeptical social worker, a teen who's too smart for her own good, three dubious sisters, and one protective brother-in-law that Flynn's willing to give up the gypsy life and settle down. But in convincing everyone that this relationship is real, will they convince each other as well?

Those Sweet Words is another terrific story by the talented Kait Nolan.

Pru and Flynn are a dynamite couple. I love the way Flynn brought out the fun, adventurous side of Pru and was determined to bring joy and sunshine into her life. A sexy man, with an Irish brogue(I heard it every time he spoke) and a heart as big as Texas, would be enough to make any woman swoon. Add in that he has no qualms about taking on a teenager (and falls in love with her, too) and Flynn is beyond swoon-worthy. Pru is the most level-headed of the sisters and I was thrilled to watch her 'let her hair down' and start enjoying life. Her relationship with Ari was so realistic and heart-warming. Without even trying, Pru and Ari made Flynn yearn for roots and feel like he was finally home.

I envisioned Almira Gulch(Wizard of OZ) every time Lydia Cooper was mentioned. She was a perfect villain for this sweet story.

If you enjoy sweet romances with tons of romantic moments and gestures (no descriptive sex, YAY!), realistic characters, and all the feels, wrapped up in a well-written, keeps you turning pages as fast as you can, story, then this is the book for you. I urge you to read Those Sweet Words as well as Book 1 When You Got A Good Thing. I'm eagerly awaiting the next book in this awesome series.

This was an excellent book. I could not have enjoyed it more. I loved this story about Flynn, Pru, and Ari. It was wonderful. There was a roller coaster of emotions. There were parts that were funny, sad, joyful, tears of joy, happy, and anger. It ended wonderfully. There was no point in the book that felt rushed and I liked that. We got to experience the wedding of Kennedy and Xander. And, I thought that it was neat to have a reference to Wishful. I love the Wishful series and now I love the Misfit Inn series. Kait Nolan is an excellent author.

My favorite excerpts from the book are:

"Even if I wasn't comin' to realize that keepin' an inn is in my blood, your sister's under my skin, and I'd choose her anyway. I'd choose her over anything else."

"Flynn I don't think ---. No you're not thinking. Not past the surface. You lived the gypsy life, and you know what it is to come home again. And, you also know what it is to have no one believin' in you that you'll stay." "It's not the same,' she insisted. Can't you see that it is? I found home with her. With them both. The story of how we met may be lie, but the rest is God's truth, and I'd thank you to have a little ------- faith--in me and in her."

"I love her. She can't accept the words just yet, not without action to back it up. I'm reading and willing to wait her out on that. In the meantime, I made her a promise to stay by her side and see this through. And that's exactly what I will do."

And, Ari going off in the court room. "Why are adults so stupid?" "The rules are stupid!" "Flynn loves Pru. Period. End of story. Why should it matter when or for how long or why? The three of us are better together, and only a total moron would think otherwise."

Pru: "Honey we don't call people stupid or morons."

Ari: She stomped her foot, flinging her arms out to encompass the entire assembly of adults in the room. "But they are, Mom!"

I can just picture this whole courtroom scene. It makes me laugh.

And, then the last several paragraphs were so heartwarming. Especially the very last paragraph.

Good Job Kait Nolan!

Those Sweet Words is the second entry in the The Misfit Inn series and is a WONDERFUL addition to the Kait Nolan series. Pru is the stable, dependable, steady sister who is always taking care of everyone else. She is a lovely character, with depth and substance. I started to love Pru in the first book, and I was excited to see that she was going to be the heroine in the second book, but I was worried when I saw the hero was going to be Flynn, who we met briefly in the first book and was established as a rolling stone. I normally struggle when a confirmed rolling stone has a sudden change of heart and becomes solid and stable too quickly, but Kait Nolan really convinced me with Flynn. He's sexy, Irish, strong and admittedly, a perfect match for Pru, despite my initial misgivings. As always with Kait Nolan books, the secondary characters are strong, but she's outdone herself with Ari, Pru's foster daughter. Ari is smart, talented, fun and troubled. Like Pru, I loved Ari in the first book but love her even more here, as we get to know her better. My favorite moments in this book weren't the love scenes (though WOW and STEAMY come to mind) or even the romantic moments, though there were plenty. My favorite moments were when Flynn or Ari would stand up for Pru...sometimes even to Pru herself. There were some tough moments in this story, and I definitely got emotional when reading...stressed, sad, touched, happy...Lots of good "feels" here. I'm not sure I like the two sisters who don't live nearby...but I suspect Kait Nolan will be changing my mind there too! This is a really strong story, and an absolutely lovely read. When I was finished, I was in a great mood, and I loved it so much, I wanted to turn around and start reading it again.

Note: I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. However, I have ALSO purchased this title because it was really good, and I wanted to support the author.

This was wonderful. I love the Misfit Inn and its characters. Pru and Flynn seemed an unlikely couple but really were just so good together......and together they found home! Ari is just adorable as their daughter and she is such a fun character. This kept me entertained every page and had me laughing and crying as its so full of emotion and you just get pulled into it all. Love how the story wrapped up and I look forward to reading more about their continuing story in the future books in this series.

The second book in the Misfit Inn series this one is a winner too. And in this one the title actually makes sense. Those Sweet Words are, "I want to stay." For all of her life people have left Pru Reynolds. Her parents abandoned her leaving her in foster care. Her sisters abandoned her after high school, Kennedy (heroine of the first book) to travel the world, Athena to Chicago where she's a 5 star Michelin chef and Maggie to the West Coast where she is a successful PR for the stars. Pru the oldest of her sisters has always been the rock of the family after their mom. She's the one who never colored outside the lines, who cleaned up their messes and supported their needs. Just as Kennedy had in her book, Pru feels unfairly stuffed into a role by her family that chaffs. As her sister Kennedy's wedding nears bringing all the sisters home she's tired of hearing how she's the good sister, the reliable sister. She doesn't have any memories of sneaking out at night or skinny dipping at the local pond. Because of her history she's the most logical one to adopt 13 year old Ari whom her mother was in the process of adopting when she died tragically in an auto accident. I have to be honest here, these are my only two problems with this book. First, if you read the first book it seems Kennedy has the more organic relationship with Ari because they have so much in common. And now that she's married Xander, to me the more logical sister to adopt Ari. Second, while I understand how Pru ends up running the family home now converted to a large B&B while Kennedy is away on her honeymoon, again if you read the first book the idea of turning the home into an inn was Kennedy's idea yet the primary responsibility for running it seems to have fallen on Pru even though Kennedys only other job is to tend bar at a local tavern. Since it was Kennedy's idea based upon her experience working in the hospitality industry while she traveled abroad, and Pru is a licensed massage therapist by trade, I really don't understand why when Kennedy returns from her honeymoon why the day to day running of the inn isn't her responsibility? Anyway back to our story.....
Flynn a handsome Irish musician who had become a close friend of Kennedy's during her travels in Ireland comes to Edens' Ridge for Kennedy's wedding and there is an immediate attraction between him and Pru. Pru has heard the talk that Flynn is a gypsy at heart who never stays in one place more than a few days. She doesn't care. She hasn't had sex in forever and wants one wild filing before she takes on the full time responsibility of motherhood for Ari because apparently in her mind, mothers no longer have a sex life. Just go with it kids. At any rate Flynn readily agrees to be Pru's short term lover but this is a romance novel so of course the minute he finally is inside Pru (literally) he feels like he's found home in her. For the first time in his life he doesn't get the itch to move on. Pru finds Flynn is far more than the capable lover she thought he was and finds herself against her better judgement falling for him. As their romance is brewing they are trying to run the Inn and Pru is in the final stages of adopting the irrepressible and adorable Ari. Just as things are going along swimmingly Pru and Flynn are caught in a compromising position in the middle of the day by a new social worker assigned to Ari's adoption. Flynn attempting to protect Pru from the social worker thinking she's having an afternoon delight with a guest announces he's her fiancée. Once the words are out of his mouth and Pru doesn't correct him, they are committed to the ruse so that the adoption will go through. This involves not only convincing the anal social worker, but also Pru's sisters and the rest of the good citizens of Eden's Ridge. I think I've now laid out more than enough of the story so I'll stop here before I give away all of it. As with the previous books I've read by this author this story is a quick fun read with sappy romance, steamy sex, some necessary drama and a wonderful happily ever after.

I have been provided with a review copy of Those Sweet Words by the author for an impartial review. This is the second book in the Misfit Inn series and it brings you back into the Reynolds sister’s world. In this book you get to see Pru Reynolds and Flynn Bohannon find their way to each other. I really enjoyed getting to learn more about these characters that we had previously met in the first book in the series When You Got A Good Thing. I loved watching Pru and Flynn find each other it was really beautiful to see and I can’t wait to read the next book about these sisters.

Of all the sisters at The Misfit Inn, Pru seemed like the most settled when she was introduced in When You Got A Good Thing. I expected an opposites attract type romance since Flynn was so different, and I prepared myself to dig in with excitement because let’s face it, Kait Nolan rarely lets readers down.
But damn, did Flynn have to be so tempting? So delicious with his Irish lilt and charming words? Oh, hell yeah he did! I mean, who else but a guy like that could bypass Pru’s natural inhibitions? Sure, she had a lot on her plate with a new inn, a new business and oh yeah, adopting a teenager, but she found time for Flynn and though I’m not quite as glad as Pru, I can’t deny how much I loved reading Those Sweet Words.
I did have an issue with the way Pru assumed that Flynn was unsettled and against commitment because of his lifestyle. It was a little annoying, I mean if he’d spent the entire book hemming and hawing because she had a teenager we’d all think he was an insensitive jerk. But she got over it and so did I with his help, because when a guy like that is waiting for you, wanting you, you get the hell on board PDQ.
One of my favorite things, in general, about Kait Nolan is the heroes she creates. They aren’t those bullying alphas that everyone loves, they are really great guys. Good, solid men. You can’t help falling in love with a guy like that, which is the backbone of her stories. Flynn just amped it up by about a million and I’m still contemplating putting him at the number 3 spot of perfect male partners right under my husband and Pacey Witter.
I don’t know how many ways to say I loved this story, more than I thought. I still think the first one was my favorite—so far—but this one was a really good time.
A damn good time, in fact.

Pru is the reliable one in the family. She holds the family together & is the least judgmental one. She's the one expected to make the B & B profitable. She just never does anything for herself. That's why it's so out of character for her to be so attracted to Kennedy's friend from Ireland. Can Pru keep her heart from getting involved?

Flynn & Kennedy were friends in Ireland & he was with her when she got the call about her mother. Since he's in the US, he decides to work his gigs around checking on how she's doing. He didn't expect a shapely figure to literally fall on him from the rafters. He can't take his eyes off Pru & is instantly attracted. When they are caught & Pru's foster status is in danger, he steps in with a proposal to try to help her. Will they get caught or will it work? Will Flynn settle down?

Kait Nolan has written a series about 4 adopted girls & the family they made. I was drawn into the story immediately & couldn't stop reading until the last page. The character of Pru was the dependable one. The one everyone relied on. So I loved that the author had her caught the one time she did the unexpected. When the mother dies, the girls band together to save the house & its legacy. Theses strong women each have their own heartbreaking stories about life before their foster mother adopted them & their life since. These women are heartbreaking & damaged with what they've gone through. They each have their own strengths & personalities that pull them together but also push them apart. They don't think before they speak & so their words can hurt. However, their actions show their love the loudest. This was a great book!

From pretend to forever

It was beautiful to watch this opposites attract, single mom story unfold. This heartwarming and spicy story will give you all the swoony swoons while also pulling at your heartstrings with all the emotions. Kait Nolan does small town, lovable and relatable characters in emotion rich romances to perfection and this love story is no exception. Pru is a massage therapist who recently started a B & B with her sisters following the unexpected death of her mother. She also recently agreed to adopt a teenager, Ari, who was her mother’s foster child at the time of her death. Flynn is a wandering Irish musician who came to town to visit Pru’s sister, Kennedy. The timing meant he was there for Kennedy’s wedding. Once the wedding guests are gone and only Pru and Flynn remain at the Inn, there’s no harm in a quick fling before Pru is once again the reliable one and Flynn is off to his next destination. Of course, the fling is just the start of their complicated, evolving and ever expanding relationship. To get to their HEA there will be minor baggage unpacking, dream reevaluating, life course correcting, and leaps of faith. Ari was a wonderful and integral addition to the story rather than a flimsy story prop. The story would not have been as rich and well rounded without the full development and inclusion of her character. Many of Pru and Flynn’s character growth centered around Ari’s story arc. This heartwarming romance was well written and included engaging dialogue, three dimensional characters who grow, and a captivating storyline. I’m looking forward to reading more in this series.

Pru Reynolds and her sister Kennedy are trying to make sure Ari doesn’t go into the foster system. Pru and Kennedy’s mother had been in the process of adopting Ari when their mother died in a car accident.

Flynn Bohannon was an Irish fiddler and singer that Kennedy toured with for years and were best friends. He came to town and was bowled over to find out that Kennedy was getting married. He was in for another surprise when he saw Pru. Even though he never stayed in one place long, he stayed to spend time with Pru after Kennedy left on her honeymoon.

This book was so good! I loved Ari and how she was always eavesdropping to find out what was going on, and then putting her two cents in. I felt bad for Flynn as everyone thought of him as never staying in one place, even if he fell in love. There was one person that made me so mad, I wanted to tell her a thing or two. I always enjoy reading about the characters I have met in a previous book. The telling of this love story made me laugh and cry. I strongly encourage you to read the book. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader’s Copy of this book.

There is something special about the Misfit Inn. This story made me laugh and cry. I loved it. In Kennedy's story, we met Flynn, but really didn't get a lot of time with him. We met Pru and the other sisters as well. In this one, we pick up in the days leading to Kennedy's wedding. I liked Pru from the beginning. She is the friend/family member that is always there when needed. We all know the type....the one that puts everyone else before themselves. I liked that in this story she took the steps to go after what she wanted and needed. And it was nice to see that she got someone that wanted to put her first! I loved Flynn! His reputation of being a wanderer really is misleading. He was a wanderer but has strong roots from his family that were just looking for the right person and place to plant them. The rest of the cast in the book is great fun. I loved Ari....I hope at some point we get a story about her when she is grown up! I would recommend this book and the previous in the series (though they really do stand alone). This story was emotional and a great read. I received an advance copy in return for an honest review.

Pru is reliable, responsible and practical. She's the glue that holds the Reynolds' family together. But Pru is dissatisfied. She longs for something for herself, to put herself first just once. Enter Flynn, her sister, Kennedy's Irish best friend. He's a gypsy - traveling from place to place moving on whenever the mood strikes and playing his music to support himself. The attraction between them is instantaneous. and so Pru decided to treat herself to the lovely Irishman. But when they get caught by the new case worker handling her adoption of Ari, things go awry. Flynn agrees to stay and help Pru. As he proves himself to be good help, he and Pru and Ari become closer. But when lies are revealed and Ari"s adoption is on the line, will they be able to survive? Will Flynn really stay when leaving would be easier?
I loved this book! Flynn is my new crush! I can hear his Irish brogue in my head. Pru is so relatable. You've got to love her. This story is funny and sweet with chemistry off the charts. Real life problems meet wishes and desires in a "must read" romance!

Pru and Flynn—she runs The Misfit Inn and he’s basically a troubadour from Ireland who is a good friends of Pru’s sister, Kennedy. When Kennedy gets married, Flynn shows up and he and Pru click. He stays longer than he’s planned so he can hang out with Pru. She is trying to adopt her Mom’s last foster daughter as her own, so when a social worker walks in and finds Pru and Flynn scantily clad after lovemaking, Flynn says they’re engaged. They create a believable back story and get a few key people on board before the spread their cover story to their small community. Within a short time, their fake engagement becomes real. Unfortunately, the social worker discovers that they lied about when they actually met and threatens to take Ari, the foster daughter, away. Ari then runs away. They find Ari the following day, but the social worker gets them in front of a judge quickly. The courtroom is a little crazy, but in the end, the judge sides with Flynn, Pru, and Ari. And their HEA is set. Sweet story full of love, family, and music.

rcvd an advanced reader copy from the author for giving my two cents. I really enjoyed this book. we met Pru, older sister of Kennedy, who has made the decision to adopt Ari and make her a Reyonlds. Kennedy and xander's wedding is going to take place and Kennedy is hoping her Irish bff will play. we then meet Flynn who arrived a day early to catch a beautiful brunette singing and hanging lights then proceeds to catch her when she falls. Pru is beside herself with the hunt Irishman and does a very un-Pru thing...she propositions him but is interrupted. a day later Flynn takes their unfinished business into his own hands. time together has both Flynn and Pru falling for one another but what they didn't count on was a new social worker that resulted in a lie. will they get caught? will Ari be able to stay? what will Pru's family think of the turn of events? will Flynn continue on his gypsy journey or will he plant roots?

I both love and hate leading with a warning to keep the tissues handy. I love it because it shows just how deeply moving the story is and I hate it because I just bloody well hate to cry. This doesn't have anything as big as the wrenching, sob-inducing scenes that the first book contained, but my eyes did leak more than once over this story. According to her family Pru and Flynn are complete opposites and probably shouldn't even talk to one another let alone fall in love. There's a reason opposites attract. Pru's giant, loving heart gives Flynn someplace he can call home. And Flynn's zest for life inspires her to take some chances to experience life in ways Pru hasn't before by putting herself first once in a while. Ari is the best character ever: teenaged angst and disdain coupled with too much sass and a far too wise old soul. I can't wait to see which sibling is the next to find their forever partner at the Misfit Inn.

Nolan did it again! Visit Misfit Inn again; you won't regret it.
Pru is a sympathetic and relatable character. She does something out of character (and she admits it, which makes it totally okay) and that decision snowballs into something she could never imagine.
Flynn's accent comes through the dialogue, and it made me swoon. This traveling musician settles into Pru's life a little too easily, I thought. I would have liked to see him struggle a little more.
The character who iced the cake for me was the teenage foster daughter, Ari. She's a sassy thing who's not afraid to butt in where grownups don't want her. Fearless it seems, until the one thing she fears most comes to pass.
If you like the fake engagement trope, this is a must read. If you swoon over hunky men with accents, you must read this book. If you're a fan of Nolan, you'll adore this story.

ARC for honest review with no compensation

Those Sweet Words is the 2nd book in the Misfit Inn series and another great book by Kait Nolan.

Pru is the dependable, steady and stable sister who is always taking care of everyone and is trying to be a perfect role model for her foster daughter, Ari who she is in the process of adopting. Flynn is a friend of her sister, Kennedy and comes for the wedding of Kennedy and Xander. While staying at the inn Flynn finds he is attracted to Pru and decides to pursue her even though she turns him down at every turn until she decides to take something for herself. Then who shows up but Child services for a home visit and all things turn into a fiasco.

Can Flynn and Pru work together to keep Ari in the family and find their HEA of will it all fall apart and Ari becomes a ward of the state??

So many feelings in this book that it keeps you guessing what will happen next and you will laugh, cry, be frustrated and root for them to find their HEA….

How I loved this book, I thought book one was great by Kait outdid herself with this second book of the Misfit Inn series. I fall in love with this series from the very first chapter of book one and was so looking forward to books two. I was not disappointed with this story of Pru and Flynn. I was so excited when I found out that this book included Flynn as I was very intrigued with his character from book one. Kait Nolan really knows how to get you to feel and understand her wonderful characters in every book she writes, they almost feel like friends. I revied this ARC copy of this book and this is my voluntary and honest review. This book can be read as a standalone but to totally get the full enjoyment I would suggest you start at book one to learn all you can about the Reynold’s sisters. I love the interaction between Flynn, Pru, and Ari during this story and the chemistry between Flynn and Pru is electrifying to very sweet at times. You can not help but love Flynn and his Irish ways.

If you like small-town romances, you will like this book.

For me, it was less emotional exhausting than the first one (When You Got A Good Thing), because it didn't deal so much with topics that are sore spots for me.
This one is much sweeter and, well, some conflicts seemed a bit far fetched , while others were quite believable and relatable.

The only thing that really bothered me was Finn and his identity as an Irish, because to my mind, it was way over the top.
I've been to Ireland several times and lived there for half a year and I never met someone who used Gaelic words as a default. Yes, they learn it in school and yes, there are tv channels and lots of stuff in Gaelic, but it's usually not the spoken language.
I can understand that it's hard to emphasize his origin, especially since it's impossible to make the reader hear his accent and the many Gaelic petnames are absolutely fitting, especially if the character is a musician with, I suppose, several Gaelic songs, but please don't say/write that he 'defaults' to Gaelic or uses it when he talks without thinking about it, because this way he seems more like a cliché than a real person.

a beautiful story about what defines a family, our leading female character is Pru, the oldest of three former foster sisters who happened to have a wonderful foster mother who had fostered at least a dozen of children over the decades until she suddenly dies and leaves her latest foster child in danger of being sent back into the foster system. Pru is determined to fight for her chance to adopt her latest foster sister herself, but then their entire plan collapses and ....you have to read for yourself to find out how this absolute clusterfuck of events can be turned into a happy ending.
this was my first book by this author (and it won't be my last, because each of Pru's Sisters have their own stories to tell), so I am grateful to former insta-freebie ( going by a different name now which I have forgotten) for the opportunity to geht to know this author.

Oh I have that warm joyful feeling inside, the one you get from a truly satisfying and beautiful story!! I completely adore the Misfit Inn series, and each one gets better and better, and you love the characters even more.

I love that initially you see that Flynn is a great guy even if he is a bit of a drifter, but as you get to know him and Pru better, you can see that he is, unexpectedly, just what she needs and they make the best couple I have seen in a long time. The love they have for each other and for Ari, is what we all aspire to find. Ari is such a great character in her own right, and brings humour and joy to the story.

I can't wait for the next instalment and the next Misfits Meet Cute story.

When we were first introduced to Pru in the first book I didn’t take to her, so when I saw that Flynn and Pru’s story was next I was a little disappointed. Boy was I wrong!

Pru is a wonderful character who has a huge sense of loyalty to her family; they come first, despite her own needs so when Flynn showed up for Kennedy’s wedding she finally found someone to let her hair down with. Throw in a change of social worker for the child she wants to adopt and an awkward set of circumstances and things look like they’re about to fall apart for Pru. Flynn and Pru are brilliant together and I adore them.

If you haven’t read Kennedy and Xander’s story I would read that one first.

I received an ARC and this is my honest review.

Pru is the good girl. The one who is always making sure the family stays together. I know all about that type of person. What Pru needs, as does everyone else who is always putting everyone else first, is someone to love her and look after her.

Enter her sister Kennedy's best friend, Flynn. Flynn has never wanted to settle down. He equated settling down with settling. That is until he met Pru. He now wants his home to be wherever she is.

Will the two of them be enough for each other? Will Pru be able to hold the family together with Flynn in the picture?

I received an ARC of this book, the opinions of this review are my own. I absolutely loved this book!! I love anything related to Ireland so fell in love with Flynn even before reading the book!! This story is one that you can't put down! I loved the interaction between Flynn, Pru, and Ari! What I loved most about this story is that it reminds people of real love and putting the needs of those you love in front of your own needs! This story makes you believe that there are great men out there who will keep their promises and be there for you every step of the way! Thank you Kait for another amazing love story! Can't wait for the next one!! <3 <3

Those Sweet Words, by Kait Nolan, is the second book in the Misfit Inn series. I honestly fell in love with the first book of this series, but Kait Nolan did an outstanding with this next edition. This author has an amazing ability to write a well rounded story with great characters and stories that fit those character personalities wonderfully. I thought the flow of the story was precise and well paced, and the continual character development of characters that introduced in the first book, but also in this book, was really well done. I have not yet read a book by this author that I have not enjoyed and each book is better than the one I read previously.

Amazing book!

The number one way to make me fall in love is an Irish man and a singer, too? Insert swoon because Finn was just perfect. Opposites attract is one of my favorite combos, and I love how Pru and Finn complimented each other. Their connection was quick, but he saw Pru so much clearer than anyone around her and she deserved something just for herself. I loved how it wasn't just Pru that he fell in love with because Ari was a huge part of their story, too, and she never felt like an afterthought. Kait Nolan never fails to bring the emotional roller coaster so I can't wait to start Athena's book!
